*Slow smile* Enjoy.
Walking close to the young one Dorian keeps his eyes scanning the people moving about in the early evening hours. He casts his senses about, seeking out more of their kind should there be any. 'If his sire is still in town, that would make my job much easier' Weaving this way and that, the scent of humans makes his nose tingle. Finally he lets out a sigh. 'There are no more like us in town. His sire must have moved on after making him on the ship' His body shivers lightly. 'After the little one feeding off of me the other day I seem to be rather hungry tonight. We may need two humans' Suddenly the boy moves in closer and hisses his selection into Dorian's ear. His gaze travels across the square to the one James indicates with his hungry gaze. 'I see' He takes a long whiff, drawing in the man's scent. 'He is young, this should not be too difficult. I just need to keep James from killing him and he should sleep this off tomorrow like a bad hangover'

Turning his head he whispers to the boy, “Just remain quiet and close. That young man is a good choice, he smells quite tasty.” Slipping his hand from the boy's shoulder to his waist he takes a firm but gentle grip before moving towards the young man. A smile finds it's way to his lips as the man snuffs out the fire from the wick of his lighting stick as they walk up. 'Seems he is finished for the day. That is good, it will make things easier' The young man, his dark brown hair gleaming with hair oils in the flickering firelight of the lamp, collapses his stick and turns towards the two as they approach. He stops short, obviously having not noticed them before his moment. Before he can say anything Dorian purrs out, “Hello there young man. I was wondering if you had a moment to spare.”

As the last few words leave his lips the brunet seems to relax. His questioning gaze goes a little soft and he smiles faintly. “Um, yeah. I mean yes sir, my work is done, so I have some time. What do you need?” His voice is a little faint and Dorian can't help but mentally patting himself on the back.

'It seems I still have it. This level of charm takes practice and I have not used it in some time' His smile widens. Mapping the town out in his mind he picks a building on the other side of town. “I am sorry, we are new around here, and I was wondering if you could show us to the fishery.” The young man nods with a smile and goes to move past them. Reaching out he touches the boy's arm gently. Locking his gaze with the human he murmurs softly, “We must get their quickly, so if you know any back ways?” The guy smiles back with a nod and begins heading off towards the middle of town. Leaning his head towards James as they begin following he whispers softly, “We need to get him somewhere away from prying eyes. Most of the time I hunt in inns or even get myself invited into the human's home, however for tonight, I will be more expedient for you.”

It does not take long before they are lead into a dark narrow alley. After a quick check with all of his senses so make sure no one is about he whispers “Stay put for a moment.” before releasing James from his grip and sliding up next to their guide. Pressing his hand to the young man's lower back he smiles as the brunet jumps and whips around to look at Dorian. The vampire stalks closer, a smooth smile on his lips as he backs him towards the wall of the alley slowly.

“Um, sir? Is something? I, uh. . . .” He stutters slightly until his back makes contact with the cool stone wall and he freezes. “Sir, I, um, I don't know wha. .. “ His voice trails off and his eyes droop as Dorian slides in close. The charm is coming off of him in waves and he can feel the young man shudder beneath his fingers as he reaches up to grip his chin gently.

His smile becomes a little hungry at the sound of blood rushing through his system, the pink tinge on his cheeks ending a rush through his own chest. 'He is mine' His tongue darts out as he presses flush against the younger male to trail across his chin to his jaw. Words fail the boy and his body grows warm under the elder's touch. Trailing his tongue down a little further he at last stops over a spot on his throat. 'If I were to bite here, he would bleed out in minutes. However, we do not want that. I will explain this to the little one later, but for now. . .' Shifting his lips a little further down he opens his mouth a bit wider and gleaming fangs slip out for the bite. The razor sharp canines slip into the young man's skin like a hot knife through butter. As the first splashes of blood trickle down his throat Dorian grins at the moan of pleasure that comes from his prey. 'This venom should keep him still for now. I should let James feed before he explodes' Leaning back he laps at the few small drops still clinging to his lips as he turns to James. Motioning him forward he steps away slightly so the newborn can take his place. Before he can bite though he gives him a warning. “Bite where I bit. Any higher and I will have to stop you. We do not want it to die. I know that spot is very tempting, but you must learn to discipline your feeding habits.”
There we go, a nice long post. . . Mostly about a place we will not see again, at least for a long time, save for recollections :P
As he re-enters the village for the last time in a long time Rei looks about at the various inhabitants. 'I wonder what they did in the past to make the humans afraid' To his eyes they all seem rather tame and calm, the only raised voice those of children calling to one another, or a parent calling their child home. With a sigh he walks down the naturally formed stairs that lead down into the main meeting grounds. Each step is outlined by a tree root of a tree that's well over a thousand years old growing a few yards away. The entire village is so deep in the forest that the only lights are the ones the villagers themselves keep, and the luminescent plants scattered through the entire area. Large glowing mushrooms and bio-luminescent moss that grows up the walls of the finely crafted homes.

As he moves swiftly through over the hard packed dirt of the meeting place he ignores the frightened looks and fleeing figures of his fellow fae and instead focuses on his house in the distance. His living space, barely more than a large hut, is settled near the central lodge where the leaders often meet to work out problems that community has from time to time. 'I know they keep me close to keep an eye on me, however it is all the more pleasant for me to be close to their hall of books' Climbing back up out of the meeting place he pauses to let that same group of children from before pass by, their instructor hurrying them along. She looks startled at his sudden appearance and her wide eyes stay upon him as they pass. Once again his eyes are drawn to one boy who does not seem to be frightened of him. He even stops to stare at Rei as he moves on towards his house.

Rei looks back, watching as the instructor darts back to grab the boy and drag him up with the others. 'If they are so afraid, they should not pass by my house' Finally he arrives at his house and pushes inside. He has no need to lock the place, though many of the locals have taken to doing so more often as of late. Other than his books, there is nothing to steal, and no one is really interested in them. Just inside the door there are a few steps leading downwards into a kind of cafe like area, surrounded on all sides by smooth thick roots the size of his torso and thicker. Most of the houses near the great tree at the north end of the town are somehow incorporated into the tree's root system, and his is no exception. Ducking under his only table he digs carefully past the books he has stored there for a leather bag. He'd purchased the messenger bag years ago when he bought so many books it was a little awkward carrying them in his arms.

'Right where I left it' He wastes no time in pulling it out and packing the three books he does not want to leave behind. Once the bag is secure he heads back outside. A moment later he ducks back inside and rummages around for something to use as a headband. It takes some time but at last he finds a silk scarf he once used to strangle a man's mistress that he's pocketed because he liked the design. Folding it over a few times he tries it out to make sure it would work to cover his ears, looking at it in his small mirror over the wash basin. Giving a nod, the light glistening off of the snake design centered on his forehead, he unties it and slips it into the bag along with his books. 'Now I am ready' Slipping back out of the front door he makes sure it is secure behind him before stalking quickly over to the lodge. The building is twice as long as the great tree is wide, the tree itself centered behind it.

The great front entrance has no doors, symbolizing that all are welcome, however at the sight of him a few guards shift uncomfortably, the hands tightening on their weapons. The only place with guards is the lodge, the village maintaining an easy peace for many years now. He pauses, letting those who wish to flee flee before making his way over to one of the lodge workers he knows by sight. He pale blue hair shifts from one side to the other when someone whispers to her and she whips around to face Rei. She laces her fingers together nervously and waits for him to come within speaking distance. “Hello Rei. How may I help you today?” The girl is on edge, but the usual fear glinting behind the eyes of the other fae is absent in her gaze.

He gives her a nod. “I will be on a mission for a long time, perhaps over a year or so. I may find occasion to return from time to time, however if there is a use for my home while I am absent, feel free to make such use of it. I only ask that my books remain undisturbed.” His voice is low, thwarting most from overhearing what he says to the young woman. However a few catch what he says and soon a faint hum of murmurs and whispers break out around the hall and Rei knows that by the time he leaves the boarders of the village everyone within it's boarders will know of his leaving.

He eyes go wide and a faint smile finds it's way to her lips. “Oh, I see. Well, it is your home, and I can not think of anything right now to use it for, however I will tell the council of your offer.” She pauses for a moment then in a faintly forced nice tone she adds, “Enjoy you time away!” He simply nods in return and turns, moving swiftly out through the tall wooden arches. More people than usual watch him as he makes his way to the edge of town. Less seem to run from him, and a few even come out of their houses to watch him go. 'At least I can give them this little joy I suppose' A few paces from the edge of town he pauses. A faint chill runs up his spine and in a slow motion he turns around to look back towards the glowing wood. There, silhouetted against the blues and greens of the village is the young boy. They simply stare at one another for a long minute before they both turn, and walk in opposite direction. 'That one is different. I wonder why he is so interested in me' Shaking off the chill Rei begins the long trek back to the kingdom whose prince he will soon be in the employ of.

~*~*~*~*~*~

Getting into the palace this time is a little more difficult. Rei watches carefully as even in the middle of the night guards patrol the grounds inside the palace walls. 'Their formation however has several flaws in it. I suppose it would work for an invading force, but they know nothing of keeping out individuals' After watching for over half an hour, marking out the guard's patterns and keeping a sharp eye on all the overlooking windows, he at last drops down and moves like a shadow to the bushes beneath the prince's window. He had watched the open window for a any signs of movement within, and seeing no sign of the young man so often at the prince’s side he deemed it safe to make the trip past the guards. He watches for a particular guard to pass before starting a count. At the count of thirteen the guard passes out of sight and he has just enough time to scale the wall before the next one comes into sight.

Moving swiftly and silently he makes his way up the wall and in a few seconds he is inside, his feet making no noise as he lands in the stone floor. Before even looking to the other person in the room he checks to make sure none of the guards spotted him. With a nod he confirms that he was not spotted and turns so he is standing beside the window rather that directly in the moonlight. His breathing is slow and even, showing no sign of exertion. A quick sweep of the room confirms that the prince is the only other living creature. Finally his gaze settles on the young man and he tilts his head, waiting for instruction. Murmuring just loud enough for the other to hear he says, “The guard is much thicker tonight.”
Yes, I would like to keep with the "Organization" idea where both sides work together. I really liked the idea of our two guys working together but having to pretend to hate one another for the co-workers :P I think the Organizatsia(Bad, bad me:P) would have been set up soon after the war ended when it became clear that even if a peace was called, that the fighting between individuals or smaller groups would be harder to quash, and make it nearly impossible for them to hide their existence from the humans.

I has no idea of creepy vampiric Philippine beings, however I was going to limit myself to only two blood drinkers is that's what you mean :P I'm drawn to the darker side of things myself, so for the most part you may see me coming up with Nightwalkers :P I suppose we could have a few Riba(Reversable) creatures if you really want them, but when it comes to stuff like that I think they should be the less evolved creatures who act more on instinct since most things with at least human intelligence have learned for themselves what side of anything they want to be on. This also fits in with my idea of no one deciding factor making one Night or Day. I want 2 blood drinking creatures, but one a Night and one a Day, so as to not follow the stereo type that if id drinks blood, it's a "Creature of the night", y'know? As for stuff like Elves and Dragon. . .I'm a D&D Dungeon Master :P I know some races of elf seem on the permanent dark side, and that half the breeds of dragons are evil, but I want to ask a question first: How many breeds of each were you planning on and from what base? The D&D base would provide us with an already established line(Plain colors vs metallic for dragons, ect.) for most creatures, but if we're going strictly mythological then things could get way complected real fast. I'd like a mixture of both, but meh *Grin* However, if we do have more than one breed of dragon, I may begin being a little selfish when it comes to what side they are on. All elemental dragons are said to be neutral :P

All the cliches, all of them :P Kidding, sorta. Yes, I was wondering if you wanted to avoid all dwarves being loud and heavy drinkers, or the vampires sleeping in coffin(I want to scrub that one out myself :P) and also as far as plot goes I know you like more morally ambiguous sets for it, so which in particular of plot devices would you like to avoid?

We could have a world that's a mixture of all those elements. This could actually be the base for the humans themselves having some sort of, I don't want to use the term "Cast system" but something like a rivalry between those living on the floating island, and those living on say, the shifting sands, and the tree dwellers. I can see us coming up with some fascinating modes of transportation on this world :P

I have a list of races I'd like to see in the RP, some of my own long time creation. If you want I can list them now, or later :P
""Lord Enasi? ...Sir?" With a gentle tap on the shoulder, the Dream Guardian blinked and looked over at the doctor. "O-Oh. Sorry." Crios nodded and then politely gestured him out. "Will you be...okay sir?" The doctor looked pretty concerned, having to keep his annoyance for Seishu's antics at a bare minimum. Enasi nodded and glanced over at him, walking off. "Just a little tired. I'm going to go lay down.""

Two people talking, one paragraph :P
I hope you don't mind I have Illiendi following like that. If you don't like it, I can change it, but it'll be a lot shorter :P
Shivering slightly Amano leads the way out of the room. In a low voice he murmurs, “Perhaps later. Yes, I would like to hear about the rest later.” The young man makes his ways swiftly from the building, glancing up and down the street. “I. . .I know where we are. The place isn't too far. . .” Slowing to a reasonable pace he looks over at his new companion. 'I wonder if he's hungry too. I know Cardigan won't mind if I bring a guest, but I hope she gets the hint to not start asking questions' Turning his eyes to the road he does his best not to draw attention to himself. He has no idea how many people were involved in what happened, and for all he knows there were others not at the ritual who had a hand in his kidnapping. After a few silent minutes Amano begins to catch sight of several people looking in their direction. Following their line's of sight he smiles absentmindedly at all the attention Illiendi seems to be drawing.

'Not that I can blame them. He is very different looking, and stunning to boot. I wonder if they can feel the. . .Whatever it is, coming off of him as well. . .' Raising his hand up he brushing the mark over his heart lightly through the fabric and lets out a sigh. As they move into a more crowded street a low hiss of whispers reach his ears. He looks all around and notices that the gossip news system is in full swing with rumors of the “Odd happenings” around town last night. A few people he knows even stop him to ask what he's heard about them. Unsure of how to respond he just smiles and shakes his head. When at last the restaurant comes into sight he casts a final glance at the milling crowds before giving Illiendi a smile and slipping through the front door.

The interior is lit with low light, giving the place a rather secretive and cozy feeling. Chatter is subdued with most diners speaking in hushed tones to one another. Amano had often come in here to simply observe the other patrons. On one such excursion he'd uncovered a group of men planning of robing the place, and ever since the owner has let him eat whenever he likes as long as he pays up every few months. He glances around the room, and not spotting her he gives a wave to one of the servers before heading to a booth in the back corner. The server gives him a nod and heads off to grab his usual drink. The corner booth is rounded into the corner of the actual room, the seating well padded and pleasant tot he touch. With a light smile he motions for his companion to take a seat before scooting into the middle of the bench where he can keep an eye on the rest of the restaurant. “I love this place.” He murmurs. Adopting a more serious look he turns his gaze to Illiendi. “So, um, now. I would like to hear everything you did to them now. Unless you wanna wait for the drinks. . .” Amano bites his lip nervously, not sure how much he'll be able to handle.
". . .as the distance between them separated."

Was this suppose to mean he got closer, or further away? The sentence itself makes no sense save for something about the distance between them changing. . .

Also, you went back to putting everyone's dialog in the same paragraph again :P(See your previous post)
Oki, good. And, I just need to say this to someone since it's riling me up at the moment: I really wanna kick one of my other RP partners right now. She's being such a ditz and treating me like I'M the one being stupid. . . . .*Sigh* Anyways, sorry for dumping that on you, I just need to say it to somebody. See you tomorrow!
