Lol, I just found a list of questions I wrote up about a year or two back but never got the chance to ask regarding this RP. Should I post it here in case anyone needs to come back to use as a reference or would it be easier if I asked them through PM?

By the time Daichi had untangled himself from the situation and exited the tea house to pursue his sister, she was already well on her way towards the edge of the village; staying in one place for too long wasn't their thing, so this was to be expected especially when considering the ruckus Daichi had just caused. Besides, they enjoyed camping out much more than crashing at local inns.

Daichi ran to catch up with Amaya. "Thanks for covering the bill" he acknowledged with a sheepish grin. Amaya smirked, the gesture visible through her mask "You owe me for that" Daichi was about to respond when he noticed someone approaching from the side. "Hey, isn't that the kid you just lectured?" Amaya inquired with raised brow. "It would seem so" Daichi responded with confusion.

I was about to say that it would make more sense for Hikaru to approach Sheena but then I realized why that wouldn't work XD But sure I guess, I'm down for that.

The elder Hotaru brother surely would have been amused if given the chance to stand around for just a while longer to see what would happen next. However, from the corner of his eye, he noticed Amaya leaving their payment on the wooden table before heading for the door. Time to go. "Kid, just remember this: even the wolf knows to flee from the herd when outdone." Whether or not the young man (Hikaru) took his advice was his choice but Daichi hoped that for his own sake, he'd listen. The samurai then proceeded to follow his sister out the front entrance.

Daichi withdrew his hand and crossed his arms, smirking as he tried hard not to laugh at the young boy's rather dramatic and painfully obvious reaction. He was quick, yes, but as the older Hotaru brother further analyzed the boy he started noticing minor yet important flaws. The most dangerous of them: he was practically begging to start a fight he'd likely be unable to finish. Daichi raised a brow and tilted his head, wondering what he'd do next. Amaya, though keeping her composure, watched tensely from her seat.

After a moment of hesitation, Amaya sat back down while trying to act as casually as possible, but Daichi remained standing. Approaching Hikaru from behind he laid a hand on the boy's shoulder and gave a 'friendly' squeeze.

"Now now, that's no way to treat a lady who's simply defending herself"

he smirked. "Always gotta be the lady's man" Amaya mentally groaned to herself.
