Current Getting new RP ideas is agonizing when you realize you need to shelf them until you're less busy.

Lucas Walsh

Location: ARGUS HQ, Athens
Interacting With: Risa @Lady Amalthea

Smirk plastered on his face as he watched Risa remove her heels and approach him, Lucas appeared all-too-amused at her displeasure with what she was wearing. The threat of waxing was one she'd given to him the last time she had to wear a dress, and considering he still had a reasonably masculine amount of hair on his legs, he assumed she was only bluffing this time as well. He glanced down to his legs at the suggestion of a kilt, giving a light shrug as he shifted the hand in his pocket over somewhat, more than aware of the damage she could inflict now that she was close.

"Y'know I wouldn't complain that much, the freedom would probably be wonderful," Lucas grinned, shifting his gaze back up to her eyes. "Besides, you did that and they'd probably swap out yours for a skirt." He continued with a sly wink.

Lucas more than enjoyed poking fun at Risa's distaste for dresses and skirts, it gave him even more satisfaction to what was already the rare pleasure of seeing her in one. He could see where some of her complaints came from, of course. Hiding a firearm was far more difficult in a dress, particularly one such as that, knives were less of an issue, but overall practicality was rather greatly diminished, he'd stick with his own formalwear, even if it was a tad high-class for his liking.

Reaching up, Lucas adjusted the bow-tie around his neck, loosening it somewhat, they were the only part of his outfit that ever irritated him, they were always far too tight for his liking, and generally he figured they looked stupid. Alas, he trusted the Tailor and Risa on what was appropriate wear, as much as he disliked the feeling of the tie, he had to admit that he looked spectacular, even more-so than he usually thought he did.

"Though you really should thank the Tailor, in a dress like that my attention probably won't drift to the other women at the gala... Probably." Lucas smirked, poking the bear a bit more as he lowered his right hand from his tie back down to his side.

Interacting With: The Tailor, Risa

Lucas' experience with the tailor was going far better than Risa's. A subtle smirk on his face, Lucas looked over his outfit in the mirror which had been set up before him. After one or two unfinished attempts, which had been discarded in a much neater fashion to his left. Now, Lucas wore a deep, navy blue velvet smoking jacket, and a pair of darker trousers to match. Under the jacket was a white shirt and black bow-tie, and the tailor had been kind enough to conceal a holster around the small of his back, his thunderbolt would fit, along with a suppressor, rather snugly in a totally concealed manner.

"Not bad, not bad at all," Lucas commented idly with a smirk, giving himself one last look in the mirror before he stepped down from the platform set up in his quarters, shifting his gaze over to the tailor. "Athena was far less pleased with my work, i'm afraid." He commented with a smirk, seemingly still amused by Risa's displeasure.

"It's no surprise, probably just upset she can't fit her gun anywhere." Lucas commented with a chuckle, moving toward the door as the tailor began to clean up after himself.

"Either way, you'll thank me when you see the dress." The tailor said with a wry smirk, Lucas didn't give him another glance, though he certainly heard the comment as he moved out of the room and closed the door behind him. Adjusting his sleeves as he left the barracks, Lucas began to go for a wander. It didn't take long for him to hear the tell-tale clicking of Risa's heels on the floor, following the sound until he came to the source, the woman dressed to the nines - and clearly furious at what she was wearing. Lucas took a long look over the dress as he approached, much like the tailor had assumed - he wasn't complaining.

"That definitely looks better on you than it would on me." Lucas commented with a smirk as he approached her, shifting his left hand into the pocket of his trousers as he approached her, a wry grin on his face as he kept his eyes locked on her.

Joel Grau

Location: Munich International Airport
Interacting With: The Delivery Man
Date: March 15th

Joel had spent only a little bit of his time shopping, and he had mostly done so for a few formal outfits, having very little in the way of dinnerware of general smart wear other than his uniforms - which he had no desire to bring on the trip itself. Making his way down to the lobby of the hotel, he'd settled on a navy blue jumper, along with a pair of khaki trousers and a white, buttoned shirt, simple but nice, and most of all comfortable. Joel had planned to take a taxi to the airport itself, but as he got into the lobby he found himself stopped by a smartly dressed, older man in a black suit and coat.

"Mister Grau, i'm here to take you to your flight." The man said rather simply and kindly, Joel had to make a double-take as he looked to the man, having not expected anyone to show up ready to bring him to the airport itself, not that he had any complaints. "Very well, thank you, that would be wonderful." The man took his ticket, and Joel followed the man out to a black sedan which was waiting, placing his bag in the back before he climbed in, idly staring out the window as the car moved off the main road toward a gate, driving out onto the tarmac itself and off toward a private hangar.

Joel certainly hadn't expected this sort of reception, until this point he'd figured he'd be sitting a normal flight, but as he saw the private jet they were approaching, it finally dawned on him just the kind of treatment he was to receive. Something about it unnerved Joel, that lingering feeling that it was all just too good to be true, but he wouldn't question it, at least not openly, apart from the feeling in his gut he had no reason to.

"Welcome, Mister Grau," the pilot greeted Joel, opening his door and watching as the man climbed out. "I am Captain Adler, and I will be flying you to Paris this evening. Is there anything I can do for you?" He asked simply, escorting Joel to the plane itself.

"A glass of whisky wouldn't go awry." Joel commented simply, the pilot giving a smile and a nod as the steward poured Joel his drink and handed it to him. Joel took it with a curt nod, watching as the pilot moved off to the cockpit as he took a long drink, settling down into one of the lounge chairs by the windows, he wasn't quite sure what to think of all this, never had the man been so privileged in his life.

Letting out a sigh, he shifted the glass in his hand idly, staring out the window as he settled in for the flight to Paris.
@knighthawk

Fair, but then the thought of those in the same sentence is even worse.
Lucan Cauldwell

Location: The Crossed Swords Tavern
Interacting With: Kyra, Alto, Ash, Lob, Sundos, Sona

Listening as the others mulled over his offer and agreed, Lucan seemed legitimately surprised at how easy it had been to convince them all to join him and Persephone. "Huh, well having more help'll be useful, glad that you'll all be coming." He gave them a firm nod, pleased both for the company on the road, and for the possible assistance should any individuals he'd rather avoid came along, he particularly was glad for Lob coming along, curious as the large half-orc was, and, well, stupid as he was, he'd be more than useful in a fight - and he doubted Lob would side with any bounty hunters over Lucan.

Shifting his gaze over to Kyra as she bid them goodnight, he gave her a nod. "I'll be down here in the morning so we can all head out together." He uttered simply in her direction, but the comment was intended for all those present. Watching as the group separated to move off to their own rooms, Lucan was yet again struck with the fact that he had no room to stay in. Shrugging off the thought, he moved to a table nearer to the door and sat, figuring he'd wait for Persephone to return and inform her of his success before he went off searching for a place to spend the night, or for an unoccupied room upstairs for him to sneak into.

Settling into his seat, he idly watched the fire from where he was, and the sleeping lob - eyes drifting over the elven bard occasionally. He hadn't had a chance to actually speak to her yet, but he assumed she was coming along, so he'd chat to her then - assuming she went up to bed like all the others.
I'm not sure what's worse, what everyone's talking about now, or Lob's bone.

Either way, brain bleaching intensifies.
