SHIELD Triskelion - 1100

At the SHIELD headquarters in Washington DC, level seven agent Jonathan Trent was waiting patiently in one of the training rooms. He had been told by one of the higher agents to meet there, but it wasn't specified what time he had to be there. It was odd since there was usually an exact time of meeting, but he didn't ask questions. He knew that he was being drafted to a new team, but he wasn't given the information about who was on the team and who was leading it. Honestly, he wouldn't care who lead the team as long as it wasn't him. Normally he would be granted access to things as simple as who was on his team, but something about the whole thing seemed a little off to him. Normally the team leader would talk to all of the team members and organize them for a meeting, but instead it was higher Agent Phil Coulson, who was a level eight agent. He informed Trent about the team and the meet-up location, and told him that he wasn't the leader of the group.

So here he was, standing patiently in one of the advanced training rooms meant for mutants and people with special abilities. It was like the danger room that was housed in the Xavier Academy, but smaller, and there were more of them so more people could train individually at the same time. He had used them before, and he had no trouble completing the scenarios given to him. He couldn't help but think that there had to be a better place to meet up, like the cafeteria or just about anywhere else. A training room that wasn't active was just a giant silver box when looking from the inside. There were hexagonal panels that lined the walls and ceiling, and the floor didn't have a single mark on it. It was just an odd place to wait at, and he wanted to meet the team so they could get out of the place and do something.
A little ways away from the SHIELD base of operations, a rather strange man was walking through the streets. He wore a dark red striped suit and a red mask with large black eye holes and smaller white ones inside the black. Now, it wasn't all that uncommon to see a superhero or caped crusader in public, but this was just odd. He strode across the sidewalk with unmatched confidence as he whistled a tune to himself.

This was Deadpool.

Normally, he would have been in his normal mercenary attire, but he decided that something as important as going to the SHIELD headquarters would require a certain level of maturity and confidence.

And since he didn't have that first one, he decided to go overboard with the second to make up for it.

This would he the first meeting of many with him and his team, the appropriately named Odd Squad. After bugging Director Fury for long enough, the cyclop finally gave him access to a team, but quickly wondered why he even allowed Wilson on SHIELD grounds at all.

"This is going to be fun!"
I'll have the first post up in the morning.
Who is ready to start?
I could accept one more person, and Karuba is accepted!
Alistair watched as the weapons transformed, taking note of the large majority of them being bladed weapons like he and his brother. As his brother began to stretch, he did so as well, but to a much further extent than his brother. He needed to be ready if his brother was going to turn into a weapon. "So, will you be showing off your weapon form now, or will I have the honor or doing so?" He asked, honestly wondering how the would start off.
While not having any true reason to stretch, Karin did anyway. Even if she was the weapon, she had to stretch before whatever exercise they would be doing.

The teacher had not yet said anything about transforming, but it was something that didn't need to be said, as his own partner transformed into a weapon as well, but a different one than the one that they saw when the two of them introduced themselves to the class a few days ago. This weapon form was smaller than the one before, but it was still a large silver greatsword with purple accents going all around it. The design was asymmetrical, something that brought the young Lord Death insane whenever he saw the weapon. One half of the weapon had jagged and straight purple lines going through it, and the other half had curved lines, almost resembling the wind.

Karin looked at her partner after stretching and was basked in a white glow before turning into a weapon, falling into the hands of her Meister wordlessly as her human appearance was in the reflection of the weapon.
Work in Progress

Name: Jonathan "Fracture" Trent
Appearance:
Age: 25
Gender: Male
Skills: Basic SHIELD stealth training, advanced hand-to-hand combat training, and is resourceful with his ability
Powers/Abilities: Osteokinesis (Bone Manipulation) and increased healing - When having large amounts of calcium in the body (typically by drinking normally unhealthy amounts of milk), Jonathan can grow his bones to protrude through his skin and out of his body. The bone can then be used as dermal armor, or can be used for other purposes like growing into spikes for combat or climbing. The bones cannot 'ungrow', and breakage is required for healing to take effect. Because of the bones piercing through his skin, it would normally take a long time for the body to close the wound and heal fully. While not to the extent of Logan Howlett or Wade Wilson, he does have increased healing so that he would not bleed out from the giant holes going through his skin. The full healing process would take a few hours, but he can continue working only after a half hour of healing.
Personality:
Biography: Jonathan was born in California to two mutants in hiding, gaining his father's bone density and healing factor, and his mother's bone manipulation. While they were aware of each other's powers, they did not know that their son had mutant abilities as well. His powers were revealed when he was in primary school, at the time dealing with a common bully. The young man was so furious at the bully for being as harsh as he was, and his clenched hand became covered in bone armoring. The display of his powers scared off the bully, and scared Jonathan as well. He was not aware of his parents being mutants, and didn't know that he was one as well. The were just as shocked as he was to find out what he could do, and began to help him harness his powers.

Years later, Jonathan was at a bank with his parents when a robbery took place. It was a group robbery, with five people being involved. The teen and his parents were up at one of the counters when the even took place, and as such they saw most of what happened. Jonathan's parents decided not to do anything as the chance of being injured or killed was too high, and despite what they told their son, he took action and covered most of his body in dermal armor to fight the robbers. He was fully aware that he could not make the bones recede back into his body, and had to deal with the consequences of walking around in public with broken bone armor. That kind of appearance attracted attention.

SHIELD heard about an attempted back robbery in a small town in the golden state. They were quite surprised during their background check of Trent, finding out about his abilities and parents. They set off quickly to find him and induct him into the elite agency.

At the age of seventeen, Jonathan Trent was taken to be trained as a SHIELD agent. He spent five years at the SHIELD academy of Operations, where he trained to be a field agent. He spent more time at the academy than most because of his mutant abilities, but that only meant that he had more training before going out into the field. He was a great field agent, normally being put on missions that could require one to three other people. He worked well on a team, but not as the leader. He followed orders to a tee, but couldn't give them out quite as well.

Recently, he was given orders to join a new team, oddly named the Odd Squad.
Everyone so far is accepted!
Nikko was quick to nod at the suggestion. He had heard that some water benders had moved down from the north to help the sister tribe, but he wasn't sure who exactly was in the group going south. He hoped that one of his former masters, Master Pakku, was there at the South Pole, but at the sake time he wished that nobody he knew was down south, as he feared what would happen if he were to meet any old friends. He nodded once more, but hesitantly this time. "I think that it's a good idea, let's head down south, and spread good word about fire benders along the way."

((Should we do a few small timeskips every so often until we reach the South Pole? Like every few posts we move a bit firther ahead))
