Stats are up. Hope you all like debt. I've only posted the stats for the nations already claimed, because I'm lazy, but I can easily post more if new players sign up. I'll post a brief IC in a sec, and then its all go, but of course the first update won't be for a while unless I get everyones orders in soon and decide to move the first update earlier.Recruitment is still open. I'd love to get another South American nation or two - don't want Rare getting lonely by himself.
