Reaper, Zilla seems good overall though I believe that it is safe to assume that she lived in Eden? Also mind if I ask why she is in such a low city as Insurrection? Finally mind if I ask that her superhuman attributes is lowered a bit? Per say throwing cars in night and above athlete in day? Other than that she is good. Also there are several metals that you can use... Mythril - A dragon Slayer's metal that is summoned to create weapons. It is an indestructible silvery metal that absorbs magical raw energy naturally. It also enhances magical enchantments that are placed onto it. Orrium - a metal that Stryder made... It's an indestructible metal that glows a faint light blue at night and it reflects energy (like rays, beams, electricity, lasers, ect). This came from a meteor We also have Obsithion metal that was found in the oceans of Egypt that is pure black and gold metal that is rare to find though it is also near indestructible but it also is a metal that catches on fire when in the light of dawn/sunset.EDIT: As for Rachel, She is almost acceptable though I'd like you to add what martial arts she knows and how fast she heals. I'd also like to know what you mean by "tech ammo" and would also like to talk to you some time in IRC about this specific character before she's 100% accepted. Even so, your characters seem pretty good in my opinion. :)

Okay, I'll use mithril then. And I'm assuming only strength needs to be nerfed?

Also, when I said Mixed Martial Arts, I meant MMA. If not I'll change it to Krav Maga? She can heal from any wound that isn't an outright amputation of her limbs, etc. Bullet and stab wounds can be healed in minutes, but damage to vital organs takes several hours and of course she needs to keep herself alive long enough to finish repairing the damage. So if say, she has a punctured lung, her only chance of survival is to be put on a heart-lung machine till she heals within the next minute or two. (Ie not likely.)

Tech ammo refers to explosive/incendiary rounds and the like. Tracking devices, EMP rounds if it's not too op. It's not going to be like heat seeking bullets or anything.
[hider=Zilla Blackburn]
Name: Zilla Blackburn
Hero Name: Raven
Age: 23
Race: Human
Alias: Lilly Black

Appearance:

Unmasked:

Armour:

Powers:

Shadowbending - Zilla is mistress of the night, and marshalls shadows to her will. She can create familiars from the shadows, use them to attack or scout. A telepathic link is formed enabling her to see through the eyes of her shadow familiars. She is able to disappear into shadows and appear in another. She can "eat" the shadows of person's she's killed, thus making them her slaves. It also gives her the ability to cast dark magic and curses, though she needs to be able to see her target to do so or come in contact with them.

Superhuman Strength, Agility, Durability and Senses - Zilla's physical abilities vary depending on whether it's day or night - at night having the strength to lift a car with ease and fast enough to overtake one. In the day, her abilities are halved but still far surpasses human limits. What she lacks for in physical ability when compared to other superhumans, she makes up for with cunning and skill.

Skills:
Master Swordsman and Tactician
Charismatic, Persuasive and Well-connected
Excellent Tracker
Poison and Herbalism Expert

Weapons:
Ultor - A bastard sword (depicted above) that is bound to her and answers her call alone. It is made of an indestructible metal and can slice through most metals with ease. Its blade is cursed and any wounds inflicted by it will never heal unless Zilla lifts the curse.

Gear:
Her armour, as shown above
Audi R8
Various poisons and herbs
A small tablet.

Personality:
Zilla is confident, outspoken and arrogant, some would say to the point of being narcissistic. She has a strict code of honour, and never throws the first blow unless threatened or challenged first. She is fiercely territorial and protective of what she deems to be her property or 'subjects', and will go to great lengths to assist her allies. It is not easy to be counted as one by her, as she only acknowledges people whom have earned her respect by exhibiting great skill, character and intelligence.

She is eloquent, witty and not afraid to use her charms as a woman to get what she wants. In fact, her wealth and power have been acquired through such means and by mercilessly destroying anyone in her way, either with words or actions. She never yells or loses her temper, but will give one quiet, soft-spoken warning before carrying it out when pissed off. She's not above stabbing people in the back or killing them in their own homes if they don't heed her warnings, believing in totally annihilating the enemy so they can never rise to challenge her again.

Background:
Zilla is descended from an ancient line of royalty, and her family continues to view itself as such. Though monarchies are no longer in practice today, one will find that the Blackburns run their company and estate like one - the servants and staff all swear fealty to their queen or lady, and guards under their employ are all handpicked and swear a similar oath to die in service to their employers.

Zilla is the eldest daughter of the Blackburn family and manages their interests in the region. She also serves as protector and ambassador to their trade partners and associates, as well as rivals. While she does not have any formal influence or power over her neighbourhood, nothing happens there without her knowledge or blessing either and if it does, the culprits usually find themselves dead or in deep trouble of various kinds when she gets word of it.

Many go to her with their concerns and requests, and she sees to it that they are taken care of one way or another. Rumours abound that she has a personal assassin and bodyguard in her employ, but they couldn't be further from the truth - she is the kind of woman that handles her matters personally, after all.

Other:
Zilla appears androgynous when wearing her armour and mask, and uses the fact to her advantage - appearing as a man when in costume.

Name: Rachel Black

Hero or Villain Name: Shadow

Age: 25

Appearance:

Superhuman powers:
- Superhuman Agility
- Superhuman Strength
- Line-of-sight Teleportation
- Accelerated Regeneration

Abilities(Skills):
Parkour
Mixed Martial Arts Training
Subterfuge and Stealth
Marksmanship

Equipment:
A Quantum Shift Device on her wrists that allows her to "store" her weapons as data until she needs them.
A dagger hidden in each boot
Tech Ammo

Weapons(Be realistic):
- Firearms ranging from pistols to sniper rifles
- A staff she can break into two, each end has a energy blade when she needs it.

Personality:

Rachel is quiet, a recluse and introverted. She was not always so, and the few people who have managed to befriend her will tell you she is the kindest soul you've ever met. She does what she needs to in order to survive, and is not above breaking a few laws to achieve her goals. She has a "no harm, no foul" policy when it comes to dealing with innocents or civilians.

Her mentality towards her enemies, however, is cold and deadly. While she's not a cold-blooded killer, she won't hesitate to inflict heavy injury or seriously hurt anyone in her path when she needs to. Anyone who tries to touch her suffers much the same fate due to her wariness of strangers.

History:

Formerly a member of the military, Rachel was one of their best, distinguishing herself on missions and tasks with her sharp skills and marksmanship. She seemed to have a sixth sense on the battlefield and did more than just keep up the men in a male-dominated field. While there were some who were jealous of her ability or blatantly sexist and refused to acknowledge her skills and give her due credit, she carved out a successful career for herself until a raid at a chemical weaponry plant went horribly wrong.

Rachel was wounded in action, crushed under a vat of experimental chemicals and given an honourable discharge after her injury proved too severe to return her to duty. Her body rejected any attempts at implanting cybernetics to help her regain full functionality and the therapy and treatments soon cost her her savings and nearly her home. It was six months later that she discovered the reason why - the chemicals she had been exposed to were altering her physiology.

A bunch of thugs had cornered her and wanted to rob her on her way back from the grocery store. A crutch was a poor weapon and while she kept the men off her for a good five minutes, all she had to show was a stab wound to her abdomen to show for it as they made off with her wallet in the end. Lying in a pool of her own blood in a dark alley, Rachel cursed her fate when she blacked out and thought she was drawing her last breath. She woke up with a gasp and adrenaline pumping through her system a minute later as she felt the power coursing through her veins and noticed all of her injuries had been healed - she was whole again.

She chased down the muggers with ease and took them down, retrieving her wallet and making it back home. Over the next few weeks she tested her powers and abilities, before getting to work. She had debts to pay off and tempted as she was to return to the military, they didn't pay well enough to cover the expenses she had piled up. So she resorted to thieving and burglary, and at times cleaning up the odd street operation or two and taking their funds for her own. Over the next few years she amassed a small fortune for herself and invested in equipment and gear.

When she was finally ready, the former thief named herself "Shadow" and promised that whatever she had stolen would be paid back - by taking to the streets as a vigilante and hunting down criminals.

Was it so hard ti make GRAND COUNCIL a little more obvious than some bonded text? *grumbles*

Okay, so I'm assuming Fiora is being tracked right now?
Daiki was pretty amazed by the whole airship and how Beacon looked. He had been in the cities to trade with his father, so the architecture was not as strange to him as people might assume, but he had not envisioned a school being so... magnificent. He knew Beacon was a prestigious institution, famed for the quality of Hunters and Huntresses it produced, though he had never expected such a grandiose spectacle.

He had to admit he was a little intimidated by the people around him. So far he had seen all manner of weapons, all of them serving some dual purpose and with a lot of thought and firepower put into them. All he had was a plain old sword. He was confident in his ability to wield it, but it didn't have a gun and he didn't know what he would do against anyone here if he needed to fight them - a school like Beacon would most certainly include sparring. "Looks like we have a lot to live up to, buddy." Daiki commented to his sword, leaning back again a wall and watching the view out the side of the airship as it prepared to land and disembark the students.

Well, no point brooding. If that hunter said we were good enough to come, we won't disappoint. Daiki mused, patting his blade as he continued a silent conversation with it. His father had been so excited he had gotten a pair of tablets just so they could communicate while he was at Beacon. Daiki sighed at the expense. Surely simple pen and paper would have sufficed - besides, it wasn't as if there was no other way for his parents to contact him and he was sure it would a few hours at most for him to catch a flight back home.

Still, he took a picture of the view and sent it back home. No doubt his parents would want to see just where he would be staying for the next four years.

How does his Semblance manipulate the wood to shape it? It's not a problem with approving your character, I'm just curious what it looks like when he uses his Semblance, or what happens to the wood.EDIT: Nah, it was the year before, so Cororo was a Freshman when it happened, so he could've taken part if you'd like. Jack's not dead, but I don't think Lucius wants to bring her here, so this canon (if she exists) after she graduated, she disappeared. Maybe she was a teacher for some time after graduating and then vanished, maybe she just retired early, maybe she went back home to help the family, but she wasn't there for the Siege. She may appear in the future, if Lucy wants to bring her back, but for now she's somewhere else

The wood becomes incredibly tough and yeah he is able to manipulate the wood itself to change its shape. size.

Nitpick to ReaperSince this is After the Young Justice series, Artemis goes by Tigress now.Anyways.I am concerned what to do with Druid. Getting a block when trying to figure out where she should be and why.

I think he was referring to this.

AND I knew that, but Demon told me to use Artemis as her mentor so I just followed it.

It's somewhere on this site. In the off-topic discussion maybe?
After I click on the PM icon, I get redirected to someone else's inbox, specifically, tenebrae16's. I can't access the conversations themselves, but it's pretty hilarious. A refresh seems to set things right but still.
