If it weren't for the fact that Jun wears a skirt and has long hair, most people would assume she was just a feminine looking boy. The way she carries herself seems to be that of a man, at any rate. The fact that her "casual" wear (read: clubbing/picking up girls) wear is a suit doesn't help matters.
She rarely wears anything revealing because of the
dragon tattoo on her back. It takes up almost the entirety of her back, the only revealing sign that she is indeed, linked to the yakuza.

Personality:
Jun has charisma, and lots of it. She's frank with her opinions and tactful with her words, with a sharp tongue and rapier wit to go along with it. The only problem is that she has no chance to display this aspect of her personality. People are often intimidated by her - if not her reputation then her skill in kendo. It also doesn't help that she's mercilessly shot down every guy who's worked up the courage to confess to her or chucked their love letters straight in the bin in public view.
The hushed whispers behind her back that she's the daughter of a yakuza boss doesn't help either. It's a sore spot for her, especially since she wants nothing to do with that life - even if she's grown up in relative comfort thanks to it. It's her main motivation to do well in school and get a proper job elsewhere. Preferably overseas and far out of the reach of her father.
All of this has given her a reputation as a Frost Queen, and the fact that she does nothing to improve her reputation in this regard gives people the impression that she thinks she's better than them, or that she really enjoys the status of being yakuza. The truth, however, is that anyone who gets too close to her might simply end up being pulled into her world, and that's the last thing she wants for her classmates. The overprotective nature of her father has also meant that anyone he deems to be a dangerous influence on her is immediately removed - either by eviction or less savoury means.
If anyone really got to know her, however, all of that would change. Jun is scary, but only because she inherited her father's protective nature. Anyone she comes to respect and care for will find a steadfast and loyal friend who always has their backs - especially in a fight.
She is also scary because of how shamelessly skilled she is at charming women in clubs or (her guilty pleasure) the staff at the maid café she frequents, Kawaii Kohi. She is unrestrained when in party mode despite being a minor. The only thing she refrains from is drugs, and even then only the hard, addictive stuff. If one offers her some pot, she's more than willing to try it.
Equipment/Skills:
Weapon - A Masamune katana. It technically meant to be on display in her home, but in Jun's words "There is nothing more pitiful than caged dragon."
Armour - Depending on whether she has time to change, the female school uniform or her suit.
Accessories - A necklace with a silver dragon coil around a piece of photoluminescent jade that glows in the dark.
Kendo - This goes without saying, but her father insisted that she learn how to wield a sword since he had no other heirs and wants her to inherit his position. She is trained by a private instructor and though she wants desperately to join the kendo club and actually practice with her peers, she reluctantly admits that if her father got wind one of them landed a blow and injured her, there would be hell to pay.
Aikido - Well, obviously a young girl walking around with a katana is too conspicuous, so Jun was also taught Aikido to defend herself.
Background:
Jun's entire family history could probably be traced to the Yakuza as far as she is concerned, or recalls. Her mother was a hostess who ended up the mistress of her father. For most of her childhood, this wasn't hidden from her, not that it could. Her mother's reputation preceded them everywhere they went. Jun was ostracized by the neighbourhood kids, but they never did anything more than hurl insults. Presumably because their parents were afraid of the consequences.
As long as her father's world left her alone, she was content to assume it didn't exist. When his wife could not bear him any heirs, however, he saw Jun as his only chance left of securing a successor that was directly related to him by blood. So began her years of training in etiquette and kendo, in asserting her authority. She was tasked with running her household's finances with her mother, in preparation for managing territory.
She hated every moment of it. She knew what happened to daughters of yakuza. If her father became indebted to another gang, she would be offered as "goodwill". At best, she would be married off to another influential member of the underworld to seal an alliance or merge two families. The only problem was that she wasn't interested in men.
The first time her father got wind of her sleeping with a girl, he was furious. The girl's family suddenly received an eviction notice and had their store burnt down. Though he did not claim responsibility, the warning was clear to Jun - anyone her father deemed to be a disgrace upon the family would be removed. That list included any girl Jun deigned to have a relationship with.
So she moved away, transferred schools and was relocated somewhere nobody knew of her inclinations or what had happened with her previous girlfriend. Her lessons in succession continued, but Jun knew that she would never be free to live her life as long as she was just a daughter of the yakuza.
