Arsenal Mk I

The first prototype that Arsenal created, it's an exo suit that allows her to use a wide range of weaponry while granting her flight, speed, durability and strenght to rival superhumans. While it is the smallest and lightest, it also allows her to maneuver in tight spaces more easily.

Seeker

Seeker is an infiltration/recon/stealth/sabotage mech designed for taking out single or key targets efficiently. It is the fastest of her mechs.

Knight

Knight is a combat mech, equipped with a wide range of firearms up to a .50 cal machine gun. It has high maneuverability and low altitude flight, and thick armor.

Guardian

Guardian is her largest mech and strongest mech, but is the most ill-equipped for combat. As its name suggests, it was built with the intention of disaster aid in mind - its cannons and armaments are all designed to put out fires, clear debris, rapid repair and evacuate civilians from danger zones. It has thick armor and is able to withstand the most punishment.

Personality:

Lily is cheerful and bubbly, though rarely leaves her home or her watchtower. She speaks extremely fast and often loses people with her quick train of thought or ramblings. She is mentally resilient and always willing to help, unable to leave a problem alone and determined to find a solution for it as soon as possible. She is also sheltered and incredibly naive, as well as socially awkward from her lack of human contact.

Background:

Lily's father was under heavy protection when she was born due to his work for the military and as such never had much chances to go outdoors or have fun. She was homeschooled and taught by her father, who was a leading engineer in the military's research projects. Taking after her father, Lily liked to tinker and build things from a young age, starting with her own toys and eventually moving on to her own equipment and wheelchair when she was older. One day, while visiting her father's lab, Lily came across an old hangar of decommissioned projects her father had been working on and discovered different mech parts and tehcnologies that the military had been exploring but never developed. They were either too expensive or too impractical to use.

Lily considered it a challenge to overcome and secretly stole a psychic-control chip her father had developed for the mechs and used it to build her own worker android. Over the course of the next few months, with a little hacking and quiet excursions to her father's abandoned warehouse, she assembled her first mechs and decided to prove that her father's projects could work like charms. It was only then that she discovered the projects were abandoned because people with the mental capability to control the mechs were rare - and she was one of them. Around that period the Titans started surfacing in Second City and Lily then got the brilliant idea of using her three mechs to help the city as well.

History:

No record of Matt Tennant exists, other than his identity as the Phantom. What records exist of the Phantom are only of his operations throughout the world - always massive in death toll and damage, and never once getting his hands dirty. No trace of him has ever been found at crime scenes attributed to him, because he always engineers them from the shadows. In fact, the authorities only know they're his handiwork because of the level of sophistication required to pull off the crimes and flair for theatrics... as well as his own personal claim of responsibility. How many more crimes can be laid at his feet but have gone undiscovered or unsolved remains unknown.

"Congratulations." Rachel replied sarcastically, waving her hands about for effect. "You want a medal?" At that moment, they were al transported to the rooftop facing their target location and Rachel used it as an excuse to stop talking to Sayaka, She scanned the area for a good vantage point that gave her a wide field of fire over the robbers, "I'll take the northern sector."

With that, she revved up her bike and floored the accelerator, jumping from roof to roof with on her ride until she arrived at her desired spot. Parking her bike, she left the roof top and used one of the top floor windows to set up instead. No point leaving herself more vulnerable than necessary. Shadow set up her rifle and made sure she had a good view of the rooftop and top levels of the building. "Shadow in position." She spoke through the comms, doing it more for formality than anything.

Loading her first trick bullet into her rifle, she aimed for the rooftop access door and fired, locking it in place with an adhesive gel over the frame. That would keep the robbers from escape via the roof for the most part. "Rooftop door locked down."

Just saw this...I'm not really one to make the full decision here since this is Stryder's and Chev's RP... though I suggest that you PM Mina since her character is heavily revolved around demons as well. :3Only thing that really matters to me though is the Heaven/Demon treaty, which is only something minor that revolves around Sinna's powers and how she is to use them.Also, do you still want the Sinna x Rachel story? It's about time one of the two broke the ice lol.

My take on the treaty would be 'no harm, no foul' - the demons can still do their thing in the human realm or remain in hell as long as they don't cause any trouble or fuck shit up? That would be the gist of it anyway. Probably an agreement not to kill each other on sight.

And yes to Sinna and Rachel, we can just pick up where Sinna was starting to regain consciousness or something.

History:

Rachel grew up as the only daughter of a mercenary family, and was trained from a young age to fight and kill. At age fifteen, she had already participated in her first battle, commanded a platoon of men, and assassinated an enemy general. War-torn Africa was ripe for business and the Blacks were the best there were. They were often paid to kill off rival armies and warlords, but it wasn't until they were paid to simply raze villages with women and children still alive in them that Rachel decided she wanted nothing to do with being mercenary or fighting for evil men. Despite her best efforts to protest against her parents, she was forced to shoot and kill them and their men in order to save the innocents in the village.

After that, Rachel left Africa and returned to the city of her birth, masquerading as a vigilante. Many people mistook her for a boy at first, since she was hiding underneath her red cloak and never spoke, only leaving behind the tarot card "Death" atop the corpses of her victims.

After Phantom forced her to kill her parents, she went into hiding and adopted a new identity as Danger Rose. With a new costume and preference for her staff over her guns, she has adopted a "no killing" policy and strives to erase her past.

History:

The Shirogane clan was a well-known throughout the history of feudal Japan for producing excellent women warriors without equal. Hikari was no exception, though her war was against crime and terror rather than against rival warlords. She had been trained from young and having watched her fair share of the news, she felt she could not just stand by and let people suffer while she had the ability to do something about it. As she heard about the deeds of the Teen Titans and other superheroes, she was inspired to do the same and started learning that one person can a make a big difference.

History:
Yan's father was a demon lord and her mother a half-vampire (still a demon, technically) and resulted in the mix of her abilities. Her demon blood won out despite her human features and Yan was raised in the human realm in a rural village, where the villagers lived in fear of her mother. They would send a young boy or girl as tribute each month to feed the two of them. In truth, the children were Yan's playmates more than food, but the frequent draining of their blood caused them to often fall sick and die shortly. Sick of her lifestyle, Yan left her mother's side and journeyed on her own.

It wasn't long before her supernatural beauty caught the wrong kind of attention and she was kidnapped and sold to a human trafficking ring, where her talents were soon discovered. She was forced to wear a shock collar to ensure her obedience, and the ring leader used her both as a personal toy and assassin. After being rescued by the Teen Titans, she joined them to help repay the debt.

I lost Phantom's CS for good so I'll have to re-write him from scratch. I'll post him later. Updated the three girls above with new images (mostly) and editted their gears/powers to better reflect what they can do as of where we last stopped the IC.

@Stry and Drakel - If you want I can come up with a rough idea of demons as a race and include more information on Yan's part.

(Also slight nitpick - Phantom never infected the hospital, that was a plain old bomb held by the mercenary company Rachel's parents led. His other intention with his plans were to sour the city's opinion of the Titans and making them out to be the villains in public perception when everyone saw how they dealt with his schemes (Bishop did kill a mall full of infected)
