"Jump!" Daiki yelled to the other student. Surrounded as they were by Grimm, it was better to land properly on their feet and ready to fight rather than follow the tree in its descent and possibly end up crushed or stunned by the impact. Time seemed to slow for Daiki as years of experience taught him to quickly scan the the terrain and plan their route of escape or engagement. That was when he spotted the Beowolf with a crystal like object around his neck. As far as he knew, Grimm were not known to have a fashion sense or even the digits required to adorn such a thing. "The alpha in the center! It's got that data thingy!" He cried out.

There were Ursa on one side, Beowolves on the other, and Daiki had no idea what his partner could or could not do, or even what kind of weapons he carried. "I'll take the Ursa, you take the wolves?" He suggested, before sliding down the trunk on his feet, rapidly accelerating as his hand went to his shinken and prepared to draw. At the same time, his aura infused the blade and prepared for an attack. Moments before he met the first Ursa at the base, he drew his blade, slicing clean through the middle of its snout between the jaws. The aura infused blade sent an arc of energy through it and cut through the Ursas behind it in a cone, before meeting the ground and creating an explosion of dirt and grass. Now that his landing zone was clear of live Grimm, Daiki landed on a small patch of grass that was exposed between the carcasses of the Ursa.

His blade was back in its sheath and Daiki adopted a defensive stance. He had the tree behind him for now, and the bodies of slain Ursa around him to hinder the movement of the survivors for a bit. He took a deep breath and widened his senses, trying hard to focus on each opponent around him.He hadn't used much of his aura and he could easily handle the enemies if he used it purely for offense, but Daiki still had to think about his partner and remember that both of them had to get the cache and find the corresponding pair, as well as make it ouf of the Grimm infested territory. He couldn't waste all of his energy here unnecessarily.

It seemed that it was irrelevant where Daiki actually was, at home or school or in a strange different forest - everywhere was a jungle and he had to use his skill to survive. He didn't have time glance back and check on his partner lest they were caught unawares. "You still alright?" He asked softly, afraid to attract more Grimm with his voice, despite the commotion they had already made.

Thanks for telling me what I already knew before you did that.

The cat kept moving thought out the city until he found a large tower shaped like a T, he cocked his head to have a closer look at it before he moved towards their trash and searched though to try and find something nicer then that little fish he had, he ended up knocking over the trash cans and then yowled at it slammed down on his tail hard and he took on bigger form made him lose his tail as he stood up and hoped no one had heard him break anything though he must admit, this tower felt strange

...

Just pointing it out, but Titans' HQ isn't a T shaped tower in this RP...

Also, Mikalo just letting you know dude that the Titan's base isn't like the occasional Titan's Tower... Their base is a large mansion on the mainland (there is a forest behind it) and not on an island... you're good with your post but I thought I should mention that lol...
There was someone following him, and Daiki knew it. Growing up with the constant threat of Grimm lurking about had given him a great sense of awareness of his surroundings. As long as his follower wasn't trying anything, however, he was content to leave them alone. No point starting a fight for no reason. At least, that was until he heard a branch snap overhead and stopped abruptly as someone crashed on the ground in front of him.

It was another student, who apparently wasn't very adept at traversing through the canopy. The boy lifted up his watch and requested that they form a pair. Well, he had pretty much given up hope of finding Grizel anyway, for their initiation grounds seemed a lot larger than he first suspected. Without anyway of finding out the map's scale, Daiki couldn't know if the faunus girl was a mile away or ten. Judging from the sounds of fighting he heard along the way, he might not have the luxury of time to find out.

"Sure." He agreed as he matched up his WATCH with the boy's. "The name's Daiki, and there's a cache not far away. We should be fine if we stay on the branches, think you can keep up?"
Thea felt like she was intruding on a private moment between the templar and the tranquil. So they were family, then, and he wasn't just some assistant. She heard the desperation and grief in Kaitlyn's voice and for a moment, saw past the gruff and lawful warrior to see the vulnerable girl. Perhaps in time, Thea might have even warmed up to the woman and helped her find a way to cure Wendell. That was a possibility that wasn't going to happen soon.

When the woman turned around asked Thea to light a fire to burn the body, the mage was apprehensive. "He deserves more than a rushed burial." Thea spoke quietly, waving her hands about in the air and using her magic to build a small pyre by gathering any stray pieces of wood, dry grass and leaves. The templar was right about them not having enough time, so Thea got the body on the pyre, with some assistance, and lit the fire.

"I am sorry." She offered quietly, unsure of what good her words would do at this moment. Watching the fire lick at the tranquil's flesh reminded her of something. "The fire will cleanse and burn off the corruption from your blade, if you got their blood on it." It was a gentle reminder, but an excuse as well to offer the templar some time to spend mourning her brother at the pyre before they departed. Thea couldn't sense any disturbance within the forest around them for the moment, so it seemed the small party of darkspawn they had fought were stragglers or a scouting party, and not the main horde.

She opened her mouth and began singing. It was an old song, dating back to Arlathan. "In Uthenara", the Dalish called it. The clan might be affronted that she would sing it for a human, but it was the only song she knew that fit a funeral and it seemed wrong to simply leave Wendell there to burn without any sort of ceremony or ... anything. Even with their lives still in danger, they could spare these few minutes to honour the dead, at least. When she was done singing, Thea laid a hand on the templar's shoulder., as she used knife to mark out a small gravestone for the man. That way he wouldn't just be a nameless victim to the blight, but anyone passing by would know that here a man had stood against darkspawn and gave his life to protect his sister.

"We'll go when we're ready... and I'll give you no trouble." Thea spoke quietly, hushing the thoughts that told her this was the perfect time to flee.
