Looks like MS Paint--Get yourself a nice program like GIMP for free, the free version of Paint Tool Sai, Inkscape, or Autodesk Sketchbook, or if you're willing to spend some cash, get Mischief, or Photoshop. I find that I'm more motivated to draw when I have good tools.

I think you'll find many like-minded individuals like yourself here. If you're looking to improve, I'd suggest you head over and browse the topics in Free Roleplay, whatever that forum header is called on the front page. Look for promising roleplays that may challenge you to do better, tell the GM that you're looking to improve, and join up. Also if you don't find anything good enough for you in Free Roleplay, try Casual Roleplay instead. Advanced roleplay is only for those few very daring people who are willing to write a full short story of a few thousand words per each post.
I personally don't got time for that sort of thing.
