> The CS is interesting, but what made me really curious is what you plan to do with your character? Try to kill the King, sure but is that all or do you have other plans besides that? Yes. He will probably try to kidnap children to restart the original plan. He may also infiltrate a guild to stir up an anti-monarch feeling to keep the guilds from joining in once he begins the assassination of the king again.
> Well, let me start by asking who you're applying to. Then, allow me to ask if your "soldiers" are immune to being eaten by a slayer. Just curious is all. Ah, I think for now, William won't have a guild. Since one guild is closed, and the other inactive. As for a slayer. Yes. I think a slayer would be able to eat the soldiers. Since it's not controlling them, but rather smothering them. That's a different action altogether. But if he makes the soldier out of the Slayers own magic, they won't be able to eat it, since slayers can't eat their own magic (Don't quote me on this, since I haven't checked in a while.)
**Name:** William "General" Maximus **Age:** 34 **Magic:** _Conquest Magic:_ Conquest is one of the Magics of the Yakuma Eighteen War Gods. A good comparison would be Territory, but Conquest and Territory are two different breeds. Territory is the control of lands around the user, while Conquest is the act of taking control of the territory your enemy wields. Conquest allows the user to create magical soldiers out of anything they see. Wind, fire, water, earth, and anything else. The magic soldiers obey the Conquest mage instantly, forming or vanishing as the caster deems fit. The soldiers fill any role the user desires, and any size. This can be for defense, attack, scouting, assassination, and whatever the caster desires. It is important to note: That if a Conquest Caster faces (for example) and Ice Caster, the ice caster will no longer be able to control any ice that is used in creating soldiers. Same for those who control certain elements. The soldiers cannot be controlled by an outside force. Ever. **Conquest Spells:** - Spear Surge: From the chosen element, a spear strikes. The soldier pulling themselves from the ground soon after. The major focus behind this spell is to keep the enemy on the retreat by summoning spears from the ground or nearby surfaces. - Arrow Barrage: The Caster summons a battilion of archers, who fire upon the enemy. This spell focuses on minimizing retreat options, forcing the target to restort to defense. - Shield Summon: The Caster summons shields to defend him. This is used to protect the caster, relying on sheer numbers to defend the caster. Head on magic is nearly useless. - Sword Strike: The Caste summons a sword from the air, attacking the target with wind. This is used to bypass barriers and defenses, forcing the target to dodge rather than stand still and defend a basic place. **Magic Level:** A **History:** Sometimes, war is not only inevitable, but desired. Not all love the king, and there are those that seek the death of the ruler. These individuals who seek war have been in wait. Plotting. Planning. Children missing from their crib, never returned... William is one such child. A child trained by a so called rebellion. He never knew his real mother and father, but only that he must have been loved. From the age of one, he was raised in the slow boiling mentality of war. That the death of the King was desired. And William, believed every word. He was picked, almost at random, to be a leader. When all other youths where trained as soldiers, he was a leader. They taught him magic. Kinds often thought rare and hard. William, became a Conquest Caster. The ability to conquer the enemy with an endless army pulled forth by his magic. Such a stunning display of power. You would think there wasn't much to William's childhood. And there wasn't. He never knew peace, only the hard road to the one day battle. Training, training, training... Love, tenderness, adventure where not things he has experienced. Only the hate he must carry to battle. He was 20 when his leaders chose to wage war. The Rebels snuck into the crown city, and attacked the king. For three days, the king's castle was under seige by the rebel forces, led by William. But the Mage guilds intervened, and one by one, the army of rebellion was stifled. William, was surrounded by mages, struggling as more and more poured upon him. And finally, he was forced to run. He fled as the rebellion died. Three days of war was the result of a life time of preparation. And yet, this warmonger still lives free. For years, and with many different faces, William has been on the run. Plotting his revenge against the king, for he knows nothing else. **Personality:** William is thoroughly brain washed. Brain Washed with the idea that the king must die. No other life style is possible. He must find an army, kill the king, and be the conqueror of all. Yet, for it all... He is so naive. William knows very little of the world outside his training, even after several years in hiding. He travels often, keeping contact with others small. When he talks to others, it's often highly critical, and he judges almost everything they do. He's vocal in his dislike, and will not hesitate to tell others the way of the world, or to spread his brain washed idealogy. If others try to argue, he ignores them. **Team Members:** None **Three Strengths:** (Not just combat) 1. Tactical Mastermind/ William was considered one of the great masterminds by his fellow soldiers. 2. Stealth and Sabotage/ William is fairly knowledgeable about what it takes to destroy. 3. Hand to hand expertise. **Three Weaknesses:** (Make them Applicable) 1. Almost no social skills. 2. Over reliant on magically overwhelming others. 3. Since he has nobody to rely on like a regular general, he is overly paranoid. **Greatest Love:** War. The concept of violent battle is what William lives for. **Motivation:** The drive to kill the king conquerors all. But he cannot do that without others. **Appearance:** ![enter image description here](http://fc02.deviantart.net/fs70/f/2013/096/9/c/hellsing_ultimate___the_captain_wallpaper_by_supersonicrulaa-d60lvma.jpg "enter image title here") **Additional Details:**
> > Hello. I notice there are only two guilds, one of which is closed and the other is dead. Is there a third guild people are trying to start? > > Nope Thank you. Was just curious.
Hello. I notice there are only two guilds, one of which is closed and the other is dead. Is there a third guild people are trying to start?
Hillian, I want to apologize. I've been sick recently and not really up to roleplaying. Feel free to subtract me from the list. I haven't placed my character yet into the IC, so it won't be much of a loss.

Again, I'm sorry.

What's with everyone being weak to genjutsu?

I'm fine with that. It means I can cover them all with my sensory ninja.

Besides, people don't use genjutsu because... It's an autohitting thing. You can't effectively block it, and the only way to actually provide any interesting battle would require the victim of the genjutsu to powerplay out of it. It's not fun to fight a genjutsu user, and it's not fun to play as one.
If we're doing mission ideas.

- A group of chunnin have abandoned the village to join another. The Tsuchikage feels that this would be a good chance for the Genin to see action, while still being able to rely on their jounin captains to easily handle the situation. (SPOILERS: It goes badly for everybody.)
- Another genin squad is stuck in a really bad situation, and our teams are sent to back them up.
- Someone hires our teams as bodyguards for a temple that recieved some threats, and a battle breaks out there. Involving a fire attack and a group led by one of the Seven Swordsmen.

Alright, after having read the character, I do have 1 tiny tiny notion which is that nothing in Naruto is indestructable. (Guessing that you were basing the black steel off the awesome weapons Pein used, which were ultimately destructable by for instance Hinata (best scene in the entire anime hands down)) So the steel release needs to be worded differently though I am quite sure you didn't intend to make it seem like the indestructo pieces of steel that they were supposed to be in the anime. However I think we can find it agreeable that they are very hard to destroy. You're in, accepted, welcome to the family, yadda yadda.

Chances are, the black steel comes from the actual movie where Steel release comes from, as it was black, and indestructible according to the movie.
