His eyes scanned over the young girl's attire, or rather her overall look. She.. was quite beautiful. No, she was beautiful. Even thought her dress wasn't a traditional one that was made of petals and flowers, it looks great on her.

Taking her hand seemed very natural to him, like it had been in the forest when they first met. However they hadn't done that since that time as it was mostly visits of the professional kind. The silence was rather noticeable, but he didn't really know what to say without making heart beat soar faster than they were flying.

He noticed that Lyriia had stopped flying, so he followed suit and stopped before he ended up dragging her around. The hanging flower gardens were always quite amazing every year, it was quite a common sight to see other fairies just stopping and staring in awe at such a sight.

Suddenly, his partner was launched through the air by something, their hands separating as they drifted apart, good thing she didn't end up flying too far. Ahmal looked at where the source of the force came from. A small child. Obviously one of Lyriia's relatives judging by the sudden excitement generated in such a tiny person.

His gaze followed the child as she circled him. Her question was quite sudden, but a little expected. Children were always funny ones. His face went a slight, but mostly unnoticeable shade of pink as he went to answer, but it was interrupted by the other fairy's unconvincing denial. However, what came out of the mouth of the child, whom he now knew as Kierie, really surprised him. Flower-friend.

Such a term wasn't really something children should know, but he figured that most of them knew the term anyway due to how public some.. or rather most, fairies are about their exploits and whoever they're doing.

He listened to the back and forth that Lyriia was having with Kierie, noticing that her family was pretty.. disconnected from Lyriia. It didn't seem like she knew a lot about what was going on in her family. But the same could be said about Ahmal. As far as he knew, one of his sisters was going out with someone, the other 5 were doing.. something. But what he did know, was that they were all going to be at the festival. And the Ball. Hopefully he didn't run into any of them.. Although it seemed inevitable.

Bed-friend, public-friend... tie-up-friend.. "I think friend has lost it's actual meaning somewhere.." He mumbled to himself, his face a little more pink now, but it wasn't noticeable since he had chosen to turn his head away slightly.

"If you do choose to murder them, I'll have to arrest you." He responded with an amused look in his face, still blushing a little. "I think we should enjoy looking at the merchandise and generally going around the festival grounds before going to the Equinox Ball." He added with a warm smile. A rather uncommon expression for him, but it seemed he was all smiles tonight.

He gently took Lyriia's hand again and began to lead her to the festival grounds. He turned slightly to look at her, "I believe we'll inevitably bump into.. my brothers and sisters at this festival. I'll have to keep my wits about me." He sighed. It was quite obvious that he wasn't fond of them, they were like Kierie, except.. Not children.
When the red-haired girl said that she would join, both Gorrak and Talia smiled, although the Orc's smile was a little less obvious. "You're still a greenhorn, so yes, you'll need to be trained if you're going to make a living out of hunting as a Silent Hunter." Gorrak responded briefly, "You'll be meeting your mentor soon." He added.

Aelia's mentioning of Talia's magic was something that both the Silent Hunter's wanted her to forget, but of course, something that astonishing isn't forgettable. Talia couldn't help but chuckle a little, "Yes, that was magic. I'm sure you've heard of stories from long ago of it dying out and it might be quite a shock to see it now, after 300 years. Mages seemed to have been appearing around Ebonfort since the beginning of last year. It's as you say, I'm a simple huntress. Even I'm not sure how I gained these powers, but I choose to think about what I can do with them, rather than constantly ask myself why I have them." She explained in a rather mellow tone.

"It is best that you keep this within the Silent Hunters. Telling others may cause undue stress and it may spread to the Ebonknights, who have been searching for mages since last year. Possibly to make them soldiers. Talia is an important member of the Hunters, so we would prefer her to stay here." Gorrak warned in a rather serious tone.

"On a different note, there's a small lake that's a little north of here. You'll find your mentor there. However, keep your wits about you. He has a rather.. interesting way of greeting people." Talia said with a warm smile.
After giving it some thought, I must apologize because I'll be dropping out of this. I'm pretty busy now I don't think I'll be able to keep up.
I'll write up my character soon
I'll make a new character for it~
I would, but what's happening here? @Volenvradica
I'll be replying some time soon, sorry
She looked back, only to see a Charr get taken away by a female giant. Alya didn't really think much of it since she didn't know the cat at all and figured they'd be able to take care of themselves.

As they progressed through the cave, she could hear the thumping grow stronger, she was glad that it wasn't a chorus of noise like it was in the tower, and she wondered what kind of magic was being used to create such a different beat and tune. Her thoughts were somewhat interrupted when everyone had stopped at a fork in the cave. She could still hear the thumping, but she couldn't figure out where it was coming from.

Her gaze moved to Rilana when she was addressed, 'Yes, but I don't know which path it is coming from.'

She watched Rilana's actions for a moment before they had decided on a path to take. Alya didn't know what happened, but the Gryphon disappeared without a trace, it's shape leading toward the Moon Fey. She couldn't make any sense of it, but she figured it was magic. Of course it had to be. If Rilana wasn't a Mage, then mind speak wouldn't work at all.

Alya decided to follow everyone else, she's had enough of being separated from people in caves for a lifetime. The half elf saw the two-headed beast run off on it's own, which she thought was pretty normal, however, Echo had decided to follow the beast as well, having picked up a scent on some other creatures in the cave. Possibly bats.

Alya frowned slightly as she watched her canine companion run off, but she figured that Echo's hearing was sharp enough to hear her commands if she was to call him. Maybe she was being too lenient on how much of an adventure Echo could go on by himself, but she thought that it might be good for him to 'strike out' on his own once in awhile.
Talia smiled a nodded in approval, "Good to see someone who questions things! Usually people just jump at extra pay and ask nothing else. Needless to say, they don't get the job~" She stated lightheartedly. This time, Gorrak decided to join into the conversation, his tone a little less growl-y this time, "We do take a little portion of your earnings, however it won't cause you any stress about money. We just need it to maintain our connections, equipment and so on. You will not be restricted to a designated hunting spot, nor will you be monitored to that extent, however we do need you to uphold the rules of the forest, which we told you earlier. The Silent Hunters have an annual meeting around this time of year, and as a Silent Hunter, you will need to attend these meetings whether you have anything to contribute or not. As for what else we're involved in, we assist the Ebonknights in keeping Silent Rise safe, however we are not obligated to assists in fighting Screamers, although most opt to help. We take on tasks like culling rampaging animals that threaten the safety of the people. Should the need arise, we will discuss such matters during the annual meetings." He explained at length.

At the point, Talia decided to add her own little piece of information, "We'll also provide you with equipment if need be. We're very much an official Guild rather than a group.. Is there anything else you'd like to know?".."Or would you like to tell us if you're in or not?", Gorrak added on with a slight smirk.
