Character is up, let me know if more is needed or not. I could flesh him out more but I didn't want to needlessly pretty him up.
CS

Name: Cayden Wyght
Age: 15
Gender: Male

Personality: Insensitive and cold, Cayden is a bit more brutish than most. He's a open introvert, proudly stating that being around other drains him of his energy. While he's fine with just one or two people, anymore than that and he's reduced to one word responses. Along with a sense of needing to be in control of his situation, he actively pursues to stay in control. This tends to come out as brave and courageous acts that would usually be deemed idiotic or self-sacrificing. When he finds a friend, his awkwardness usually keeps them at arm's distance but more often then not, he's doggedly loyal and conveniently close by.

Bio: Being raised in a normal household did not keep Cayden from being undeniably different. He often stepped in the way of vicious acts and though he's been injured more times than he'd like to admit, its not exactly something he can keep from happening. Its programmed in his DNA or at least that's what his mother regularly told him. He has a great love for animals and enjoys being alone, which puts him at odds with the rest of his family-oriented brothers and sisters. Throughout his fifteen years of life he's commonly been called the noble one by classmates for his rash and reckless ways for standing up to those that won't themselves. He's missed out on have several relationships due to his preference of being alone and cold, if not direct, approach to everything.

Obelisk Traits: Courage & Kindness
Obelisk Gear: Monk's Staff, simplistic and black
Digivice Color: Cool White
Digimon: Hackmon
Type: Data
Personality: Strong in heart and courageous in his actions. Hackmon is far from impassioned. He meets every adventure with a new perspective and is determined to become the strongest in the world. Even if that means taking on the world to do it. His loyalty knows no bound, as he's willing to stand by his partner throughout the end of the world.

Abilities: Its Fif Slash technique shreds its opponent(s) with its claws. The Teen Ram attack is used in conjunction with its tail, which it spins rapidly in a drill-like manner to skewer its attackers. And finally its Baby Flame attack spews hot white flames towards his opponent to raze them. He's a tough combatant that fervently brawls with its foes.

Super robots aren't necessarily about dickwaving powerlevels. Mazinger Z, the original one, is probably the single most iconic super robot, on account of being the first mecha to be operated from a cockpit, and its most powerful attack was a heat beam from the chest while its main feature was being a giant robot made to fight giant monsters. No world ending super power of god and humanity's will to be found, no psychic shenanigans. A super doesn't have to be ridiculously overpowered nor does a real have to be inherently weaker. It's a matter of style and, in Super Robot Wars, a gameplay mechanic.Generally speaking supers are defined by being colorful, distinctive, based around a rather obvious motif or otherwise taken more as a unique entity itself rather than just a giant stompy weapon that could be mass produced, with their own arsenal generally being more outlandish, toyetic even, and not very grounded on reality, if at all. Why is a super robot's ultimate weapon a sword that can cleanly bisect things several times larger than the sword's blade? Why not just use an extra large gun? Because it's cool. Sure you might get some explanation in some show or another, but it's all meaningless mumbo jumbo. In SRW, a super is a unit that tends to have more health, armor and firepower than reals, but can not dodge an attack to save its life and they tend to be less accurate and more resource-intensive, having limited uses for their most powerful attacks n whatnot.Real robots, on the other hand, take more towards a sense of realism. A sense of realism, not realism, the genre is inherently unrealistic. Mass produced weapons of war that are treated somewhat less as characters in their own right depending on the show, armed with gear quite grounded on reality beyond having added cool factor like making all weapons beams of energy. Handheld, upscaled versions of real world military arsenals, missile pods, some manner of realistic take on currently conceptual weapons like railguns as time goes by, you get the idea. In SRW a real is a unit that is far more dodgy that supers, meaning they can actually outlive supers as long as they don't get tagged by a big hit, and while their weapons tend to be weaker they're more accurate and/or less resource-intensive.If you get down to it it's all just a matter of style. Thanks to SRW, there's also a gameplay divide associated with it but even then that isn't always entirely accurate. Dancouga, for instance, tends to be frail as fuck for a super, the tradeoff being that it hits harder than most. This all reminds me, and I'm not criticizing the bio or nothing, but the only thing "super robot" about Apollosarcher's mech is the gameplay thing of "gotta be a super to be tanky". It's a generally featureless grey and brown military machine whose entire motif is "human soldier but bigger", armed with an upscaled real world arsenal of guns. That's a real if I've ever seen one.And yes, I am making a bio, I've just been slow since I've been enjoying relaxing after a finals rush. I'll get it done today or tomorrow at the latest.

I get the gist of it and I want to say thanks for explaining it in such detail. You must take your mechas seriously.

Right um, explanation time. Expies are basically something that shares a lot of the same characteristics as the source but at the same time different enough to be their own character. This is an example of expies: Char Aznable who inspired a whole slew of clones after him. Note that while all of them have masks and mystique, they are all uniquely different enough to not be the same person. You can use something close to canon mecha in terms of appearance and function, but outright using the form is kinda bad form for something considered an original mecha game. ^^.

Ahh, I get it now. As long as it isn't out right the same. Its okay. Also, I was under the impression that Super Robots were suppose to be exceptionally strong. If I downgrade the mecha a bit, would it be fine to use that character. Or would you prefer I switch it up (which I might end up doing anyway, not sure yet).
Naraal Vrail, The Hask

It was quick, almost instant. The slight flip of emotion that gathered between the crease in his eyebrows, the narrowing of his silver eyes. If she did not known that his connection to the Dark Side had been blocked; its very likely that a force attack would had been predicted. However, without skipping a beat, he smiled almost formally and took a knee in front of her, his robes rippling to the ground.

His head bowed slightly, he hid the tensing of his jaw underneath the action. “I'am Naraal Vrail, your apprentice,” He told her, emotion leaking in the thin veins of his words. He wasn't too sure how well he learned to control his emotions, but he had never been taught to and it didn't come second nature to him like it did his Jedi father. He knew how to feel the air. But she didn't inspire any dramatic change in him. It was like standing in front of a thicker twig, something that was harder to break, but still breakable nonetheless.

I would like to know exactly whom? By team I mean player characters, to make that clear.I can figure what a few others will say due to knowing them personally. So I think that'd be the way to do things. So it's a matter of who teams up with who.

Well that puts a kink in my armor. I'm down for a alliance.
I'm having a hard time even attempting to revamp or begin a new CS. I'm not sure what exactly you're expecting. Do you want completely original mechas? are canon mecha pictures off limit?
Well I don't really know how to respond to that, cause I have a sorta of team already set in stone. I think I'll standby and let everyone else discuss this one.
Edit: Nevermind, gave it a second look over and I understood.
