I wouldn't mind joining a Fairy Tail one. But I'm everywhere right now.
**Luminai** Lumiani somersaulted in the air to find the voice speaking to him. It was a compact flip but it was elegant nonetheless, give thanks to his cosmic mother. He fixated his eyes on the tall man, dressed in a suit, and rather flamboyant in his appearance. His words dully clicked in the back of his head; of course he was floating, that would explain the weightlessness, though he rarely felt like he weighed anything anyway. He dropped down to his feet with two soft steps and put back on his humanly colors. His skin turned a cream color while his hair and eyes remained yellow, albeit with a color enhancer. He noticed the ignorance of the other humans, they passed around them as if instinctively avoiding but none even dared to look their way or voice rejection. "How... are you doing this?" he asked with trepidation, though his cheery tone would betray his worry. "Its amazing. You humans surprise me more and more everyday."
> LU is being talked to by Chris Oh cool, I get the first interaction with a teacher. :P suck on it all of you guys! lol. I'm about to respond now btw.
I like this idea and I'm leaning towards the second one because I sense more plot-development from it. Hmm, interest is grabbed but I'm not sure if it'll be kept.
**Nayta Zellk - The Orange Devil** The early morning was shattered as a lustrous mass flung a limp body into the southern wall of the Zellk's small estate. The shadowy mass cracked with a bang as his body sunk to the ground, blood flowing from the back of his head and onto the short grass he laid on. The insects' songs, their buzzing and chirps, made him want to ground the man into a even bloodier mess. A large arm shot into the air, its fiver-fingered shadow looming over the unconscious man, its reddish-gold colors riveting back and forth down its form. "Enough, Nayta!" called his father from behind the safety of several chakra-formed barriers, barriers made from the Kekkai Genkai of the lower-ranked Zellk members. Of course they were forced to risk their lives to secure his father's own but it made no difference to him. His arm halted a foot from the bloody trash that laid meters away from him. It staid frozen in mid-air, biding its time until its master ordered an attack. A ominous thud resounded through the backyard as Nayta smacked the side of his own head with his actual arm, his eyes never flinching from the pain, never showing any. A slow chuckle left his small, hunched frame as he glared down at the koi fish pond. "Now father, don't go getting too cocky," he uttered. He could hear the loud and nervous gulp of a coward afterwards, though his voice betrayed little of it. "Listen to me. If you continue to kill your sparring partners you'll have none lef-" The large glimmering arm whipped around swiftly and crushed several layers of the crystalline limbs standing in the way of his father's body. The servants' screams and agony occupied the air there after. They fell to the ground and with another cleansing wipe, Nayta's crystalline arm had swept them off the wooden ledge with harsh force, tossing them sprawling onto the ground. The youth's head cocked suddenly as he eye'd one of the fish snatch up a lizard at the pond's edge. That was weird, he hadn't believed that fish could be predators before that moment. Which lead him back to his original thought, his father had gotten too full of himself lately, suggesting things and throwing weak Zellk members at him to fight with. It seemed to him that he was trying to keep him busy but maybe he was wrong. "I choose who I want to fight and honestly, these members are boring. Tell me father, where are our elites? where have you sent them?" he asked slowly and emotionless. "O-On missions of course. F-For the Leaf, we must earn their trust if we're to stay. You know this, Nayta." "Hmm, I wonder sometimes." He stood up from his spot, ready to leave the dreadful place of gray and black. The leaf village offer much more entertainment than his birth family did. In the leaf there were smartasses, rebels, and pissy-jocks that he could beat down. Here, all he had to fight were mindless beasts and bogs of misery. Another tactless smack to the side of his own head and he was walking away towards the exit. Behind him, the groans of his loyal dogs were still echoing. They were in pain and he was utterly bored of it. The large appendage behind him smacked the ground with quaking results before sliding into the back of his shoulders and hiding beneath the skin. "I'll be back soon, I have a sensei to meet," he told the fearful man behind the trembling remains of his barrier. He couldn't recall how long it had taken to get to the Academy but he knew that the gray morning had gained some color by the time he had. Diverting from the norm of walking through the front door, he scaled the building onto its roof and found the window of the Classroom they were to be meeting in. He slid open a window with his small fingers just in time to hear the loud greeting of a kunoichi. He paused in the window, his feet balanced perfectly, a hand lifted sidewards to say hey to all that looked. "Sensei!" he yelled loudly, mocking the call of the other girl. "Nayta Zellk is here!" A grinned widely, bringing a certain charm to his otherwise wildy features. He dropped inside the classroom and gave the side of his head a good smack before walking to the first row and sitting down. He laid his orange eyes on the girl that spoke before smiling at her. "Sorry about that. I'm just really nervous," he lied.
You guys don't rest do you. I'm loving the energy and all but everytime I get on i feel lost and forgotten ^^ Just kidding of course. Did I miss anything big?
> Anyone here like infamous? Go look in the casual interest check area. I might go do that too, I've been looking for a RP to test my power creativity on.
> The thing is, people aren't supposed to see the magical side. Although I've been considering giving Chris memory manipulation and setting him up as the "school councilor" > > Edit: here's my changes for Chris. > > New powers: > Memory Manipulation - (replaces empathy) Chris can manipulate the fabric of human memory, either individually or en mass. On a one to one basis, he can go deep, removing specific memories and replacing them with fabricated ones. When manipulating a large group, however, the most he can do is influence their decisions in the near future. (For instance, "I should go see the school councilor about my hallucinations.") > > New job: School councilor :) That made me smile for some reason. Its an awesome little set-up for the school and its ignorant little metahumans/aliens.
> LU has issues with the idea of subtlety. Lol, LU just doesn't realize he's being out of the ordinary... yet. It'll hit him as soon as a someone gawks or points.
**Luminai Nuclineus** Sticking around to see the situation to its end was brainy. It made him feel just a bit more confident in his knowledge of humans, even if some of them were keen on exterminating the others. On his planet, once his brothers or sisters were incapable of fighting back, they stopped, but I suppose a planet that his mother called animals would be more "survive or die" in their methods. Must've been some Earth tradition, kill the loser. But if that was the case than it was the wrong choice. As curious as he was, he was more curious of Orean Cause and what the new year would bring. Raising on the energies of the wind, he floated four feet over the others and blurred gold as his body harnessed his powers. A burst of air sent coats whipping and skirts up as he flew through the entry gates and headed towards the Cafeteria. "Now I'm hungry," he told himself. He slowed down as he passed over other students heading there, one of them was floating in mid-air like himself. He slowed to a small thrust as he went casual mid-flight, ignorant of the bustling humans below. "I'm going eat whatever they have in there. I hope its meatloaf, sandwiches, steak, spaghetti, chicken, pork chops, burgers, tacos, and salad," Feathers of gold energy disappeared into the air as it left his mouth. "Ahh man! that sounds delicious!" he told himself, floating just above the entering students.
