It sounds good. =P

Mehhhh.
"Do you know how slowly these things walk? It'd take us days to get back, let alone take it all the way to Atlanta." Xander replied, trying to point out efficiency issues with his plan. "So unless you have a working car or a Vertibird or something, the only way we're getting any worth out of that thing is removing the usable parts."

When he finished explaining this to his friend, he sat down at the computer terminal and hacked it with ease. He pulled up a file that explained how to remove the portion of the laser part of the arm of a protectron, and leave the entire thing intact. All it would need is the outer body of a laser rifle. "Hey, I'm going to download a file. Could help us make quite a few more caps if I slightly change it and turn it into a schematic." He stuck his memory drive into the terminal and began the transfer.

Xander tuned in his swivel chair to say something, when suddenly a gatling laser was heard down the hall, followed by a loud clang that sounded like a robot hitting the ground. "... I think something just destroyed our protectron."

Ay, Jacoobie.

It's funny because that is one of my friends' many nicknames for me.
Name: Weiss Volarra

Age: 24

Appearance:

Height: 5'9", Weight: 150 lbs, Nimble Build

Race: Torcerrian (Tork-air-ee-en)(Identical to humans, aside from minor differences in genome. For example, a much wider range of eye colors, like Weiss's yellow, and hair colors, as well as a much more widely spread giftedness with math and science fields. [Above average intelligence, as a species, compared to most])

Personality: Through years of warfare on her decimated planet of Torcerria, she has become a hardened individual. As such, she can be very no-nonsense when on a mission. Although she has experienced much trauma in her life, she doesn't let her sorrow get in the way of team bonding or missions. She can occasionally be found sulking about her past experiences and mistakes. When this is not the case, she is very caring, easygoing, outgoing, and persistent, to sum it up. Her reason for joining the Corps was not for payment; Weiss merely wanted off her post-apocalyptic homeworld. Money is an added bonus. She has also taken the opportunity to form rather high moral standards, since she despises the frontier lifestyle that had forced her to do regrettable things. The most extreme example of this is her refusal to curse, or use foul language.

Class Type: CQC Powerhouse/Martial Arts Master.

Powers:

Turbo: She can initiate short periods of time where she moves so fast that her movements become a blur, often enabling her to inflict harm to many cannon-fodder soldiers at once with her bare hands.
Ethereal: Weiss can become nearly intangible for brief periods of time, allowing her to pass through almost all forms of solid matter and energy- or allow them to pass through her.
Explosive visionary: As long as it is within her line of sight, Weiss can form very small spheres of energy wherever she focuses her vision and trigger an explosion. The lethality of this explosion is subject to her discretion, and this can be used to sabotage small targets or disorient/kill a tight group of enemies.

History: Her planet was ravaged by global warfare long before her birth. She was merely born in the post apocalyptic nightmare. With the low life expectancy of those who did not align themselves with any faction on the planet, her parents were slaughtered brutally right in front of her when she was fourteen. Her father gave her her martial arts knowledge, and this little girl killed a couple of the bandits responsible, but eventually their brute force overtook her. She was beaten by them, spat on, and even molested as the lowly criminals were taking her back to their camp, but before she was taken to endure years of this pain, a patrol of soldiers for one of the largest democratic factions on the planet rescued her, and killed the bandits. They nursed her back to health, provided her with a home, and integrated her as a citizen. In exchange for all these kindnesses, and out of admiration for the soldiers who saved her, she joined the military.

With seven years straight of dedicated service, relentless training, and a plethora of combat experiences, she became one of the elite members of her army. She would go in on solo missions against armies and do a job that several battalions failed to do prior. And just when the war with her faction's biggest enemy was looking to close, she was stabbed in the back by another soldier similar to her.

After being restored from near death in a small, factionless settlement, she spent the next year waging a solo war against that massive republic, eventually exacting vengeance on the backstabber, as well as roaming the wasteland afterward, reflecting on her life. Tesera's eyes and ears got the company to come to her, and since then she has faithfully served, happy to be off the wretched planet.

How long have you been with Tersera?: One year, two months.

Weapons:

TWE-X9 Displacer Glove: Metallic glove designed to both increase strength of blows and, but thanks to a special pressure plate on the knuckles, create a small dispersion of energy designed to throw enemies back or knock them off balance.

TWE-PR34: A very valuable weapon designed at the peak of Torcerrian civilization, this shotgun is designed to give energy-shielded opponents an especially hard time.

CI-D87 Personal Defense System: A simple plasma-projecting sidearm. Sturdy and effective.
"Protectron?" He asked as he entered the room in which both Deke and the aforementioned protectron occupied. "Oh, that one. Let me take a look at it."" He said, handing the battery to Deke without a glance. He popped the rear off the bot with is and played with the wiring for probably less than a minute before the machine suddenly jumped to life. He threw the hatch back on before it started to walk at a snails pace around the facility.

"Perform a security sweep of the facility." Xander ordered.

"Command acknowledged. Initiating facility patrol protocol." It replied, and slowly walked out of the room

"Ha! Great! Now that's a smaller chance of anything sneaking up behind us. And, time permitting, I can deactivate it once more and pull its battery, and maybe even its ammo. Heck, if Im lucky, I could get some parts to repair a laser gun out of it." He turned to Deke and pulled out a Nuka Cola, making it clear he was taking a break for now. He popped the cap off of it and tossed it to his partner as well.
Stupid guild...

Misty: When did I do that?...Do whatever you think is right, Maymay. You usually are.

Must I waste my energy answering such a question?
Xander looked out of the window of the RobCo facility and sighed at the Wasteland he had grown so used to. How has humanity continued on for over two hundred years, after the devastating strength of the combination that is human greed and atomic fission? For whatever reason, he was thankful for his kind's persistence. Without it, where would he be?

He turned back to the factory and walked over to the shelf closest the hallway door. It was mostly scrap metal. "How much more of these do we need?" He muttered, and shoved all the metal carelessly to the floor. He heard a thud that sounded slightly different than the rest. He looked down and saw a fission battery resting atop the pile of metal. "Heavy, but worth a decent amount of caps." He said as he grabbed it.

He walked out into the hallway and carelessly shouted to his partner. "Hey, Deke! Got any room for a fission battery in that sack of yours?" If there were any hostile bots left, they wouldn't be too much of an issue.
