“Oh thank god,” Seth said before he fell backwards on his back and began to laugh, “Now that was a battle. It could have used less me up chucking my candy bars but none the less that was great." Seth took out his pack of cigarettes and found he was down to his final one.

“I’m going to have to get some more. Maybe try that general store near my house. They got good booze there too,” Seth said as he put the cigarette to his lips and lit it. He let out a white cloud of smoke before he added, “Who else needs a drink. I might be able to swipe a few bottles from the general store. The old guy at the counter is easily distracted.” Seth soon sat up and smiled as he looked at his team mates.

“Anyone else hungry?” Seth asked as his stomach growled. He had soon forgotten he had vomited the contents of his stomach which left it empty. I just hope nothing else happens today, I need to regain my chakra. Seth thought before he asked, “By the way Akio, didn’t think a shark could come out of the ground did you.” Seth smiled. Out of everything that happened, he was still satisfied that his Rock Biter Jutsu went off without a hitch. Even if it was attacking a clone.
Seth waited for the punch, but instead felt his body suddenly be jerked back and appeared a few feet away from Akio just as an explosion appeared. Seth was about to thank Arashi, but he felt the contents of his stomach rocket up his throat. He rushed over to a bush and vomited out the contents of what was in his stomach. When he was finally done Seth yelled, “Damn it Arashi, chocolate doesn’t taste good when it comes back up!” it was his way of thanking him, even though it didn’t sound like it.

Seth was never good with teleportation Jutsus. When he was training, his father showed him how to teleport using Lightning nature based jutsu thinking Seth would have the same nature base techniques. The first time Seth’s father teleported him, was the last after Seth blew chunks all over the top of their house.

Seth sighed as he walked back over next to Arashi and asked, “Alright, what’s the plan boss? Should he rush in and attack or wait to see what our teammates do. Frankly I’m pretty much out of chakra and after my breakfast came up. My body feels crappy.” Seth was itching to get back into the fight, but even with his attack first ask questions later style of fighting. He knew something else needed to be done.
Lance sighed as he rubbed his eyes. He had pictured the Headmaster as a wise old man who took this place seriously and was strict. All he got out of this headmaster was welcome and how much of a pervert he was. However, the headmaster’s assistant scared the hell out of Lance.

“Note to self: don’t piss her off,” Lance said. When the whole ordeal was over he took his things and headed towards the dorms. He wanted to set everything up in his room before exploring the academy. He had a map, but he was going to mark all the places good for mixing chemicals. The school lab was obviously on the list, but he hoped to find a place outdoors. This way if something went wrong with the mixture. All that would be damaged was the grass and maybe a tree and possibly a passersby, but at least the buildings wouldn’t get damaged.

“Alright, so I’m in dorm 13, room 17A,” Lance said as he remembered the sheet that was delivered to his home. He stopped and examined the map and added, “Just head straight and take a left. Not too hard to find.”
Seth quickly jumped back before the Tendrils could make contact. He jumped up onto a tree branch before he nearly lost his footing when Akiro slammed into the ground. Holy shit got to remember not to get hit by that. Seth thought. He jumped down from the tree and smiled. He created a few hand signs before he threw a smoke bomb down at his feet. Puff of white smoke appeared around him. He suddenly ran out of the smoke, his smile still on his face. Let’s see you predict and counter this! Seth thought

“Communication huh? You actually think I care!” Seth yelled before he ran at Akiro again. He smile only grew before he added, “.If you trust your comrades to have your back no matter what, you don’t need communication.” The corniest thing I’ve ever said, but let’s hope the others see I’m trying to distract him so they can move in for the attack. Seth thought. He suddenly threw one of his Kunai at Akiro before following up by throwing the other right behind. Seth’s aim howeve,r was off as the two Kunai flew past Akiro. It seemed in his haste he didn’t think of actually aiming. Seth then ran at Akiro and slammed his foot on the ground as he pulled back his fist ready to strike. This is the last bit of chakra I can muster, so let’s hope this counts. Seth thought. Seth smiled as his gaze slowly drifted towards the Kunai.

One of the Kunai exploded in a puff of smoke before another Seth jumped out of the smoke and grabbed the other kunai. Seth’s plan flashed through his mind. Plant the smoke bomb, make a shadow clone before having the shadow clone transform into a kunai. Rush as Akiro and pretend to miss before having the shadow clone change back and attack from behind. His plan was working, but it soon fell through as his chakra seemed to give out as the shadow clone suddenly disappeared.

“Damn it, you couldn’t give me another few seconds, dumb chakra,” Seth yelled. No turning back now, let’s just hope the others can get the job done. This is going to hurt. Seth thought as he readied himself for Akiro’s counter. He knew with the advanced chakra it was going to hurt, a lot. He just knew this should give the others an opening to strike.
Lance stretched as he walked towards the academy. It seemed like forever ago since he first started his journey here. It was easy getting to the academy, staying in an Inn for the night was a different story. Most of the time he’d stay up mixing chemicals together to make more of what he called his “Chemical bombs” and Most of the time he could do it without a hitch. However, sometimes his mind trailed off and started mixing chemicals to see what would happen. This, most if the time caused trouble as many of the chemicals would result in an explosion. This would cause the owner of the Inn to throw Lance out onto the street after his room, or in last night’s case: almost half the Inn got blown up. He was forced to sleep outside on the stone sidewalk.

“Really, you’re really going to make me sleep on the cold ground outside and not have the common decency to give me a blanket,” Lance sighed. A white cloud of smoke flew from his mouth. He took out the cigarette than hung from his mouth and tapped it so the red ash fell to the ground before placing it back into his mouth and continuing his rant to himself, “So what if I blow up half the Inn, it’s not like you can rebuild the place. Hell, I paid for the damages but you still throw me out! The academy better not do that to me.”

Lance stopped at the gates of the academy. It was a lot bigger then he thought. He noticed all the students entering the academy and sighed again, “So far none of them look like the science type. But I shouldn’t judge a book by its cover anyway.” Lance shrugged and walked into the academy courtyard. The female male ratio seems to favor the female over the male. That’s new, but maybe it’s just how it looks out here and the ratio will even out. Lance thought before he threw his cigarette to the ground and stepped on it before he pulled another out of the pack in his pocket and lit it.

Lance looked up as he heard the announcement and smiled, “Time to get this show on the road.” Lance headed towards the square as he wondered how the head master would look. He pictured an elderly man who, in his mind could probably take down a bear with his bare hands. Lance stopped and smacked himself in the head. Great pun idiot Lance thought.
Mark sighed as he looked around at all the students coming into the gym. He was sitting far in the back where many of the students didn’t see him. He figured he was far away from them to light up another cigarette. It was a bad habit but his nerves and anxiety seemed to be skyrocketing at that moment. He dug into his pocket and pulled out his pack of cigarettes. He took one out and lit it. It calmed him down and made him feel a little better. He made sure to blow the smoke away from the front of the gym so it would float out an open window near the back.

“Why is it I’m so nervous today. Maybe it’s because of this place. New home, new people, having to understand my powers. Could be all of the above, either way: I’ve got to find a better way to calm my nerves,” Mark said with a sigh.
Seth’s eyes widened then the mud clone disappeared. He skidded on the ground before he rolled under the shark as it slammed into the ground behind him and crumbled. He stood up and turned towards where Akio was and smiled. He knew this wasn’t going to be easy, but he hadn’t expected this. He sighed as he stood up and took out another cigarette from his pocket and lit it. This is getting interesting. Since I used most all my chakra, I’m going to have to do this the old fashioned way. Seth thought

When he heard Akio talk about a handicap, Seth exploded, “Handicap! Screw that, I don’t need any handicap. Maybe the rest of them do, but don’t pool me with them!” Seth quickly took out two Kunai and rushed towards Akio. I’ll show you I don’t need my jutsu to be the strongest. I’ll fight you hand to hand if I have to! Seth though. He wasn’t thinking and didn’t think of working together with the others. His stubborn, hot hotheadedness was his ultimate down fall. With cigarette still in his mouth he attacked Akio. It seemed he lost all thought of the bells and was simply trying to show off his strength. He Swung the Kunai at Akio and was ready to follow up with a kick to the stomach if he missed his first strike.
Mark looked up when he heard the announcement. He turned to Katherin and said, “We’ll that answers all my questions. Anyway, I’ll see you later Ms. Winter. I have to go grab my bags at the entrance.” Mark soon ran out towards the entrance. He stopped a little of the ways and lit his cigarette. He then continued towards the entrance. He let out a puff of white smoke before he pulled the retractable handle of his suitcase and wheeled it towards the gym. When he was a few feet away from the gym he stopped and dropped his cigarette on the ground before stepping on it and walking the rest of the way.

“Here we go, the first step into my new life,” Mark said before he took a deep breath and walked into the gym. He found a seat near the back in the corner so he could place his suitcase next to him, without having it in the way of anyone. He then unraveled the map Katherin gave him and began to study it. So that’s where the office is. Mark thought.
