Ever since man found a way to improve their ways of living, they have also found ways of destroying the planet as well. From the fossil fuel filling the air and destroying the ozone layer to millions of trees being pulled down and to become paper or be made into furniture. To forests be torn down so new homes can be built. Humans have been destroying the planet they call home for centuries. In the year 2017 the earth finally had enough and released a toxic green gas into the air that covered the whole planet. This gas would be later called Haze. As the Haze rose from the ground the human race only thought of this as something that would pass, but it never did.
Soon people started to grow ill and started to behave abnormally. They began to revert back to their primal stage and change into hideous monsters that would attack anything they came in contact with. However, humans weren’t the only ones affected by this Haze as animals and plants were affected by the epidemic. Scientists classified these creatures as Statistics. To preserve the human race scientists, mechanics, and inventors began work on Air Ships that would carry 200 to 300 people so they would be safe from the Haze and Statistics.
In the year 2025 the human race took to the sky’s as the lands started to collide with each other creating new continents. The human race began their new lives on the air ships and it seemed everything was alright. However, this was a mistake. Statistics learned how to grow and adapted and even evolved wings to attack the air ships. It was unclear if they saw the air ships as threats because of their size or because the Statistics were targeting the human race trying to eradicate them. Scientists knew that normal humans could not fight the Statistics so they invented what looked like normal items such as watches, belts, rings, necklaces, and wristbands.
However, even though these looked like normal items they were able to use Haze particles to create weapons and let the user use the partials to create supernatural powers. The scientists called these items Haze Dales. In 2027, almost ten years after the Haze rose up from the earth the planet has changed considerably. None of the land marks could be recognized or even seen since the haze is as thick as fog.
It seemed the human race would forever fight off the Statistics and live on the air ships. However, geologist discovered that many parts of the Haze were being destroyed. After sending down a recon team; they discovered a strange rose growing from the ground. The rose was twice the size of a normal rose and it’s peddles were the color of blood. After carefully extracting the rose and running tests. They discovered that it’s peddles secreted a nectar that counteracted with the Haze to create clear air. Scientist theorized that the nectar could be used to revert the effects the Haze had on the Statistics. When the air ship was attacked by the Statistics, they used the nectar on the creatures finding that the nectar didn’t change the creatures back, but out right killed them. Humanity had finally found an answer for the Haze and the Statistics. To completely destroy the Haze and the Statistics, they needed a massive amount of the rose they called the Blood Rose. However, since humanity was now down to one air ship housing the last remaining humans it was going to be difficult to locate enough blood roses to destroy the Haze. The air ship, dubbed The Ark. Is now on a mission to collect enough Blood Roses to reclaim earth, but if they are unsuccessful. Humanity will become extinct.
