The Battle of Sea Salt Bay (A 50's RP)

Oh, snap! The two toughest gangs in town are battling it out! It's the royals versus the slicks over dominance of the small town of Sea Salt Bay. Whom ever wins, pretty much controls the town. The town is run by the two gangs: The Royals and the Slicks. Both teams are always arguing over something. This time, it's territory and it's their biggest fight yet. The Royals want to take over the town because they're the richer ones who always get what they want. The Slicks want it because they want to stomp out the Royals for good (since they normally control everything).

So, are you a Slick or a Royal?

Royals: -Mostly the richer kids of the town who decide that they could do whatever they want.
-Are normally snotty and stuck up.
-Occasionally, there will be a much nicer Royal.
-But that rarely happens.
-Hang around Empty parking lots and movie theatres.

Slicks: -Mostly kids on the poorer side of town.
-Physically tougher than the Royals
-Some are actually Orphans
-So they consider the Slicks their family
-hang around the junkyard and the park

A little about Sea Salt Bay

-Sea Salt Bay is a small town that's near the beach.
-It is mainly recognized by its popular boardwalk attraction and it's taffy factory
-The general population is very small though
-It's more of a tourist attraction

*Even though this takes place in the 50's, I'm erasing all misogyny and racism along with making it LGBT+ friendly! So don't be afraid just because it's in the 50's! And no slurs of any kind!

What I'm looking for:
-At least 3 other RPers who are willing to be a Royal or a Slick
-Characters that are aged from 15-19
-At least a paragraph or two of response
-A bit of world building (well, town building)
-must be able to play their own OC and

**Im also still debating whether this should be private or just another topic depending on how many people join

Ok so I don't normally do this but I've really been into Overwatch lately. So why not do an RP? (or several) I'm not picky about who I play. As long as it's Overwatch (and canonically correct timeline wise) I really don't care. I would post scenarios but I'm not sure whom other folks want to be (whether it be canon or OC). But enough of that, let's get to the point.

Do You Believe In Magic?

I've had this in my description but never posted it up here. So here you go.

You are a witch/ wizard! You have been since you were little and your parents raised you to be one! Heck, your whole family is a bunch of witches and wizards! In order to become a true witch you have to live on your own and develop your powers for a month without taking power from others or cheating. You are not allowed to tell anyone that you are a witch/ wizard (because people don't like them very much). You end up living in a small apartment with a roommate who might be a witch/ wizard themselves! Can you make it a month? (Romantic or non-romantic)

What I am looking for:
-Someone who can write 1 to 2 paragraphs. More is always welcome.
-Someone who can reply at least one or twice every few days. (I understand life can get busy so just tell me if you'll be gone for awhile so I'm not waiting for too long and get worried about you.)
-Who can help with a bit of world building. This doesn't really take place in any real world town or city. Or even country for that matter. But it still takes place in the modern World. (Only a bit of town building at the most is fine.)
-This doesn't have to be romantic. But if it ends up being so, I would like it to be a slow build.
