"You could have chosen anywhere in the world, RyuKyu, and you went with a place full of bones! Must definitely be you dog half!" Kei'Taro spoke quietly to his spirit animal, as both him and the Ryukyuan pup walked towards the cemetary. The Lion-Dog had been tasked with the objective of finding a suitable place to bed down in for the night. For two weeks they managed to find decent places, but Kei was also the one picking.

RyuKyu lopped lazily ahead and perched atop a grave, but before he could begin digging up a femur or collarbone, he dematerialized at the whim of Kei. "No need of both of us staying here, and this may be the best punishment for you!" The laugh came easy and a happy bark sounded in his mind.

After a brief moment of looking around the area, Kei shrugged off his sleeping bag and let it land with a soft thud on the ground. He knelt beside it and retrieved the strange musical device he was asked to hold for a previous opponent. He hadn't been able to return it, as the man simply vanished off the face off the earth. He learned plenty about the device namely that it was a MP3 player. He thumbed the device leisurely before slipping it back in his bag and finding a piece of dried meat in his bag. Last week ended his hunt for the Elephant Bestial Key, and with it the poaching days of a group of rich yankees on a safari. Admittedly, they knew well how to perserve meat, a pleasure he aimed to enjoy the benefits of in the present.

With a sigh, he leaned back against the headstone of a Geoffery Geovanni, who by his headstone was a loving artist, and placed the strip of meat in his mouth and began to chew. Hopefully the next Key; the Key of the Scorpion would be found next and preferably not in a place where the dead resided.

You can try. I've placed fourth with him before. Post whenever you are ready. I assume T1 rules, with preps and the like, or will we be going more with no preps, just limited to one magical attack per turn, as it seems you and Blades are?

Fun fact. I wouldn't be one of those judges. Hahaha. A win is a win is a win. I may tell you that you did almost everything better, but ultimately if you lose you lose.

To me, writing should be the determining factor only when the rest aren't viable. Into WOTW it was set up so that if needed the minor amount of points for writing, could be sort of the swing vote instead of the main. of course, judges would have their own styles I suppose because no matter tyw standard fare, we're all different and would see things differently.

If the folks wanted a normalized grading scale, we could certainly endeavor to make one. Democracy and all.

In most cases I suspect it'll be declared by the players and how the characters fare. The judges may have their own criteria, but I think it was discussed that there will be less on the writing ability and more on the events in the fight. I prefer damage count and stuff, and to use the grading sheet I used for Way of the Warrior. points for writing but minimal.

I'm not saying don't use the summoner. Who can summon dragons/drake. I'm just saying he ain't overly strong. He has strict limits. So your summoner should provide a good challenger for him.

He's actually more or less mid tier. he doesn't have any exceptionally powerful moves. just has a lot of different stuff. XD
