WWould it be at all possible to trouble one of you guys for a mock fight? i want to test my phones ccapability. I'll link who I'll be using. It's Kei'Taro. I have more abilities for him that i can post as well
For tournaments it'll come down to host preference. In Way of the Warrior I had it at every three days you can auto connect a hit if you've already attacked(say last post you threw a punch and three days later no reply). Problem ultimately is WILL they actually try and finish like that.

personally, I just avoid time and space manipulators. in the Ranking I won't forbid it. But I also won't fight them. Unless I'm running the tournament. Then it's forbidden. period.
