As SongBook said, we are in the middle of updating things which you can always check out in the news section if you are interested in checking out what is happening.
Two minor things that are not necessarily a bug but a feature I miss since the migration is being able to see the PMs you've had with other people by looking at their profile page. The second one is having a time stamp of when a thread was created shown in each section instead of having to open up a thread to see how old it is. I was wondering if you were thinking of implementing these features again down the road.
Oh I noticed something Mahz. I like the addition you've made in the subscriptions with the option to delete subscriptions but threads that are locked and hidden cannot be unsubscribed from and I am given a message that says forbidden.
Also is it just me or does Spam and the Test section keep switching spots. I'm trying to figure out what is triggering but still haven't found it.

Go to the section you are wanting to make a thread in and scroll to the bottom. There is a text box which you can use to make new threads.
Edit: Oops, Landaus beat me to it.
Currently you cannot do that since Mahz still needs to flesh out the "edit profile" section (which is where signature changes are done.
Yes they will return. It is currently on Mahz's [todo list](http://www.roleplayerguild.com/topics/75056/posts/ooc) so give it a little time and he will have it up.
I'm guessing those people were the ones who were in ghost mode before the site was updated (such as me).
