Glacier over heard a child say "look over there daddy!" pointing to both Kouta and Zabura. He looked and saw the two figures down below. People where whispering to each other and another yelling "Hey! you aren't supposed to do that!". He didn't think much of it thinking they where weak as humans and security would deal with them. He doesn't want to jump in unless the humans couldn't deal with it or someones life was in immediate danger.

He stands up trying to look over the people where he is out. Glacier waits for someone to make a move.

I thought i replied to the thread..apparently not. I took your advice and put a link in there. Also yes, it is like nations..expect you can play individual characters as well. So its like a hybrid of nation and regular RP. You can play as purely nation too without having to deal with individual character RP. The choice is yours.

So what do you guys think I should add or improve to make this RP better?

Glacier was sitting in the crowd.wearing a green turban covering his horns and head. Also wearing sunglasses, a brown poncho and gloves to try to hide himself. Glacier is worried that someone will figure out his not from Earth. Although he saw the other odd looking folks; he was still not comfortable. Fearing someone might mistake him for his father. He came to Earth about two weeks ago when he found it to be the most suitable planet. He starts to eat his pop corn while watching the tournament. He waved his tail and accidentally hits a guy right by him with it. The guy stands up saying "Whats the big idea?". Glacier said "Oh, I am sorry. Sometimes my tail just has a mind of its own." He laughs and rubs the back of his head nervously.

Can we join the RP as an audience member? Or at least them being in a different location training for the next tournament?

The time for peace is over; it’s time you take your sword and lead your armies to battle and become king. Be a vassal for your lord and do his bidding. Marry into royalty and become a mighty emperor. Take a more peaceful route and become a pope and run the Catholic Church. Better hope you have a heir because someone might try a plot to assassinate you. Don’t like how things are ran? Gather a rebellion and try to take control. Life is like a river; where will your destiny lead you?

Welcome to Destiny’s River! The time period takes place around 700 AD in Europe. It revolves around countries and kingdoms. Below is a list of countries. You can be either an Emperor, King, Duke, Count ect. If you die without a heir your kingdom WILL break up and choose a new leader. You can get a heir by assigning one or your wife giving you a child. You can have NPC wives as well.

The main currency is silver, gold, and people can trade property for things as well. People can raise armies and conquest your land or others lands. Although be warned other players COULD have allies and they could assist and absolutely destroy you in a war. Please consider all the negative things that could possibly happen to you if you decide to go that route. Your citizens and vassals could rebel against you and try to contest your power. It is your kingdom and country so you are going to have to make your laws.

You can imprison people in your kingdom if you do please. You decide their fate via gold ransom or just execution (Could result in rebellion if you abuse that). Please choose a number on this map and give information about your kingdom. If you want to be a vassal of a kingdom please use the countries name or number and try to convince them to be a vassal. You can request people to be your vassal as well. If you are a duke you get counts; if you are a king; you get dukes ect.



Each kingdom gets a Capital city where you can trade and train your troops. Each kingdom starts off with 100 foot soldiers and 100 archers. You can try to end a war you are in and give the land the enemy has taken over. How you go about this is between you and other players.

Name: Ice Blast

Type: Ki Attack

Description: An all purpose blast that Glacier uses during fights when he has no time to power up. Takes
little time to charge but lacks stopping power. He just needs one arm out and a palm opened

Required power: 140

Name: Rush Hour

Type: Combination Attack

Description: A flurry of punchs and kicks intended to over whelm an opponents defense. The down side is it
makes you tired really quickly and doesn't provide a lot of power behind he attacks. Used as more of a stun
then anything else.

Required power: 200

Name: Hail Storm

Type: Ki Attack

Description: A series of multiple ki blasts that rains down on an opponent. They are yellow and medium sized
in nature. Similar to the Ice Blast but a little stronger.

Required power: 300

Name: Blazing Sun

Type: Ki Attack

Description: A single focused ball of ki. Glacier puts a finger up and concentrates the energy into a single
large ball of ki. Takes time to charge and leaves him vulnerable while charging.

Personality: While Glacier seems to be a bit edgy he cares for others around him. He puts others before himself
and loves to teach others. He is very knowledgeable and loves science. Although he trains he is mostly seen
in a lab. When he first meets people he might sometimes comes off as hostile. Although he tries his best to work
out those problems. He loves to be around groups and getting to know them. He loves to be romantic around girls.

History: Glacier was born and raised on a ship with his family. His family took him to many planets during his
child hood. His father was very violent and tried to raise Glacier to be just like him. Sometimes his father would
destroy a planet because he had a very bad day. Glacier grew up to fear his father and not to anger him. Watching
him brain washing his other two siblings who where younger then him.

Glacier vowed to never be like his father and cursed his fathers name. So Glacier would loose himself in books trying
to learn how to make his own ship to escape his father. Glaciers father was a criminal on his home planet and decided
to flee with Glacier and his other two siblings. Glacier tried to turn his siblings against their father but they where
too afraid to do so. Glacier is scarred from what his father did to him and others. He spends a lot of time on learning
technology to bury the hurt feelings he has.

Other: To make things fair for everyone I am going to lock his other forms until he trains better. Lets say he has never
transformed before and didn't learn to do it yet. He has up to four forms. Although his race is naturally strong he hasn't
trained in a very long time; he has gotten very very weak.

Thank you J8cob. I am trying to determine what his power level is going to be. I don't want him to be too powerful since everyone seems to be pre-Vegeta saiyan saga level of strength. Maybe Frieza and his family where the special ones who's power levels went into millions easily.

Could you consider maybe adding Frezia's race to the list? I mean we have Majins why not the ice demon race? I would really love to RP a friendly one.

Considering the stats the way they are: Have you played Dragon Universe on byond? Seems to remind me a lot of that only without the nazi over lord that is named EXGenesis.
