this RP does sound interesting to me, even if at the moment, my brain is fried insofar as trying to decide what my character should be xD

but i do have a question, because i'm not a lore expert;
exactly how much is the power difference between a stormtrooper, to a sister of battle, to an astartes and to a grey knight exactly? :O
Hm....I might know someone. Want me to nudge him in y'alls direction?

considering our current lack of manpower, probably yes, that'd be the best thing to do xD
<Snipped quote by Rithy>

Pft. It's totes all your fault. B|

oh naow! you walked us into this!

when you take point, it's your fault when your party steps into a minefield ^_^

Ah. Editing then. Sorry!

EDIT: Fixed it!

@Rithy Looks like we made a boo-boo. You have to edit too. ^^;

dammit feisty, i blame you for this xD
"Yup. That's it. They're dead."

Aleena was quick to conclude to the rest of her sisters the moment Liaena and the other apprentices had left the cover behind the crates and walked straight up to the White Hand mercenaries.

"It might just be stupid enough to work, maybe?" Lithriell suggested, to which Aleena merely snickered under her breath in return.

"But even if they get through, what about us? No way we'd manage to disguise or lie our way past those mercs." Sounded the concerned voice of a third sentinel in the back.

Meanwhile, Rithrynn had been following the events taking place in the room down below closely. Liaena and the group seemed to have successfully walked all the way up to the White Hand mercenaries without getting killed. At worst, they now had a couple swords, muskets and spells pointed at them.

This, however, presented an opportunity...

"If their plan fails, it is us who will have to take care of plan B." Rithrynn finally commented as she turned to look back to her sisters behind the box.
"While Liaena and her friends draw their attention, I say we spread out and begin incapacitating their sentries. If a fight should break out, at least we'll have the advantage!"

Rithrynn explained to the rest of her sisters. A glint of enthusiasm flashed across the silvery eyes that currently gazed upon her, as the promise of action seemed to excite her sisters!

"Oh, and do try to keep the killing to a minimum. Or Liaena will not shut up about it - EVER!" Rithrynn instructed, while pointing up at her sisters as to warn them that terrible things would happen if anyone disobeyed her, possibly including shrinking and a free date with Naliyah! They all nodded, though whether that was due to fear of Rithrynn or simply impatience in getting to the action remained unknown.

And with that, six of the sentinels began to spread out into the storage area, leaving behind two of their wounded sisters to guard the still levitating body of Alissah.

Rithrynn walked silently in the shadows between the shelves. The lighting of the storage area was also rather poor, leaving it an excellent environment for stealth. As she slowly began to scale up the back of a large pile of crates, she noticed one of the storage workers below who had been looking at Liaena and the Captain suddenly get pulled back into a crevice between the crates as Aleena had snuck up behind him!

In the meantime, Rithrynn had scaled the crates in order to reach the wooden walkway above.

Sneaking up to the platform from its darkest corner, she crept up behind the nearby battlemage who currently was watching the conversation between the Captain and Liaena down below. Standing up behind him, Rithrynn would carefully move one hand over to the side of his head, and pulling his helmet off him. The battlemage immediately reacted, but just in time for Rithrynn to give him a hard smack to the side of the head; knocking him out cold on the spot. Reaching down to catch the battlemage so that he didn't crash into the ground and alert the others, Rithrynn carefully lowered his unconscious body to the platform without making a sound.

Across the other end of the storage, she could make out the faint, shadowy figure of Lithriell as the sentinel incapacitated the musket wielding chevalier on her side.

Smiling at her sister through the shadow while giving her a subtle nod with her hood, Rithrynn would then reach for her bow as she looked down towards the middle of the storage where Liaena was still confronting the Captain. She could not see her other four sisters, but could only assume that they were working their way through the White Hand's numbers beyond her sight. The fact that she neither saw or heard anything herself was a good sign.

There was still the problem of the heavy knights standing at the elevator doorway however. They were too exposed in the open whilst standing in the light to sneak up on.

"I guess we'll have to improvise."

Balancing the lightsaber gingerly in her hand, Saleen studied its design with a sense of fascination.

"I had thought it'd be bigger." She commented as she inspected the device. Upon the revelation that it was just a cheap training saber and not an actual weapon, she felt a surge of disappointment. It would indeed have been cool to try wielding a proper lightsaber that was supposed to be able to even cut through support beams and ship frames alike!

"Shall we move on?"

Saleen was surprised when Ja'vi suddenly snatched her lightsaber back, the twi'lek's nerves apparently not managing to suffer it being in the human's care any longer. The twi'lek had already headed out into the corridor when Saleen stepped up behind her.

"Wait, let me just get dressed first!" Saleen exclaimed, as she was still only wearing a set of towels from the shower. Tossing them off, she jumped into her jumpsuit while following the twi'lek out of the room. Given how tight it was, getting into her suit was not a trivial task, especially when combined with moving at the same time. Managing to force it back up over her butt and enter into it with the rest of her torso, she'd jump out into the corridor after Ja'vi. Her hair was still wet and dripping, something that bothered her. A person of her social status and cultural affluence should not be seen in such a state!

"I have always wondered... " Saleen began as she trailed after Ja'vi and followed her into the armory.

" ... why don't you just,-"

Saleen suddenly went quiet, as a random rebel passed by them. The man seemed to throw them a confused stare as Saleen merely waved him away, making a clear sign for him to leave.

As the rebel left, she immediately turned her attention back to Ja'vi.

"What I mean is... why lightsabers? Wouldn't the force-thingy-whatever be even better with ranged weapons?!" She asked, sounding genuinely excited as she leaned over Ja'vi, drops of water dribbling down from her hair and onto the alien's back.
"I mean, MIND BULLETS!"
i'm sorry to hear that, @Sep, i don't want to feel like i'm hijacking the threads that i enter :O

i wish you good luck. and perhaps in the future, your schedule will become clearer :)
They were extremely popular / hated, depending on the viewpoint. But then they were turned into villains by Imperial Propaganda I believe. Not entirely sure, what I DO know is that they're all supposed to be dead / executed on sight via Order 66.

Soooo yeah.

EDIT: Posted.

Additionally, is my writing satisfactory? ._.;;

not to worry, feisty. it's all A-okay to me ^^

fortunately for ja'vi(or perhaps unfortunately), saleen, being an ex-artist, is a very curious soul! expect her to dig DEEP xD
"A jedi?" Saleen said as she cocked her head slightly to the side, taking a moment to simply stare at the twi'lek.

Although Ja'vi had originally met her with a sudden and harsh glare that was most unusual for the normally stoic alien, she now looked to be literally pleading with her eyes. Her eyes had grown almost to resemble that of puppy eyes, and Saleen felt that she was dangerously close to almost feeling genuine sympathy for the twi'lek!

"Please, you cannot tell a soul!"

Saleen gazed back at Ja'vi, whilst moving a hand up to rub her jaw as she contemplated the matter.

"Well, at least I finally got her to talk!"

She was not unfamiliar with the concept of jedi. Indeed, she had seen them in countless movies and video games back on her time during Coruscant, and even seen some on the street. That was at least until the new government had stepped in, and orchestrated something not far off from a holocaust against their order. She had never actually met a jedi face to face. The idea that she was now talking to one was both cool, and at the same time, a little worrisome!

Jedi were known for their dangerous lightsabers capable of slicing through any material, as well as wicked mind powers with which they could wreathe unfathomable destruction.

"Maaaaaybe I shouldn't be standing so close to this one! I mean, if she should turn hostile... !"

"I am going to assume that the thing you're trying to hide from me was a lightsaber, wasn't it?" Saleen asked with a slight smirk on her face as she gently nodded towards the twi'lek's clothes where she had last seen the cylindrical device. Tossing the door behind her a quick glance to see if it was shut, Saleen would look back at the twi'lek with a small smile.

"Can I see it?"
<Snipped quote by Rithy>

XD

Ja'vi isn't Rae'liel. She's not prone to violence. XP

Hmmm. Likely try to come up with an excuse.

awww, another attempt to produce a fight failed ^^

i also have a question; how popular were jedi within popular culture, including movies and holovids before the new order? did they often feature in action, adventure or even crime movies on coruscant?
