They're... a balanced Rank 4 toolbox, with the potential to go for Rank 5's as well (though the tight Extra Deck space means you'll rarely see anything except Sacred King Arthur, anyway). Well, as balanced as Rank 4's can get, I suppose, but their swarming methods have very fair restrictions to them. And their best play may be a turn 1 Sacred King with 3-5 Equips, but as I said before, you only need one MST to destroy Excaliburn, and all the other defenses it has won't matter.

Basically, you want to try and have more than one Knight on the field as much as possible. If one leaves the field, the equip spells can switch to your other knight, which should provide a good enough defense to save you for a turn.And I would say they're versatile enough for Synchro plays too, but... Konami seems adamant about refusing to support that part any more than they have, and instead going for Banishing or the slowest grave set up in the game.

But one of the three new cards is a one-card Rank 4/5 Xyz, and Merlin is almost certainly a Medraut searcher, so... yeah, may not be balanced for much longer, sadly.

...And I have way too much to say about NK's.

Personality: A girl who, at first glance, is incredibly shy, awkward and very much eager to avoid social contact. Conversation was never her strong suit, and even amongst familiar company, she keeps quiet due to a sense of having nothing in common with everyone else. Whether or not this is necessarily true, if there's one thing Anna loves more than anything else, it's Arthurian lore. Enamored with the stories from a very early age, the numerous adaptations and stories have all culminated in a headcanon that is reflected in Anna's deck - obviously chosen due to the Arthurian roots.
When discussing her deck or anything related to the lore, Anna suddenly becomes quite the fangirly motormouth, breathlessly outlining the story, characters and whatever else manages to sound like coherent word structure. Even in duels, she seems more confident than usual... though this tends to require Artorigus himself handing out words of encouragement.
Regarding duels, Anna has her own 'code of honour', which she sticks to adamantly. To summarise, she will do her best not to horrifically overwhelm an opponent, and will outright reject any tactic she views as 'cheap' or 'dishonorable'. ...Combine this code with her still-lackluster dueling skills, and you have a ridiculously easy opponent.

Bio: The reason she prefers to be called "Anna" during duels, is that she believes it to be a link to the mythos of King Arthur. Envisioning herself as a knight among them, as well as to further distance herself from her older, someone with less wholesome morals regarding dueling. her current goal is to improve enough, so she can defeat him and prove that her philosophy is far superior... and that Arthur is WAY better than Lancelot.

Appearance:
1. Human Form: Standing rather tall at 6'3", Alexis is incredibly slender, to the point that she could be mistaken for a male quite easily. Her hair is black, thick and wildly unruly, despite any attempt to bring order to it. Almost exclusively only ever seen wearing a formal business suit, as well as leather gloves. Her eyes are a dull hazel, which are almost always glaring at something. Have fun ever seeing her sporting anything other than a scowl, too.
2. Yokai Form: Transforming into a wolf creature, Alexis' body transforms into a black-furred wolf with golden eyes, capable of standing on her hind legs quite easily.

Race: Werewolf

Abilities:
Transforming into a wolf during the full moon.
Proficient at hand-to-hand combat.
Being a killjoy.

Strengths/Weaknesses:
Thanks to her lycan form, Alexis has a heightened sense of smell in her human form. And as a wolf, her strength and speed dramatically improves, as well as her senses. However, she has a severe allergy to silver, which is mitigated somewhat with her gloves. She is also highly vulnerable during her transformations, especially when reverting to her human appearance.

Bio: Raised from a young age to be a serious and respectable individual, Alexis' childhood can be described as strict and humorless, though she wouldn't consider it harsh. Spending much of her childhood learning martial arts, there wasn't a whole lot of time left to socialise with others, leaving her conversation skills lacking.
The reason for the strict training is simple; Alexis hails from a family devoted to protecting youkai descendants of greater status. and pride themselves with flawless service. Of course, Alexis has no intention of being the weak link, and will devote herself to her task before all else. Recently, she had moved to Primrose Terrace to fulfill her role and protect her charge.

In regards to Burning Abyss and Necloths... Yeah, the former became Tier 1 instantly with just three main deck monsters and Dante, and are pretty much designed to never lose advantage. The latter... Can instantly summon Ritual!Trishula, and get a free Shooting Star Dragon, thanks to the effect of one of their spells.

Don't know enough about the other two, though Spirit Beasts don't seem broken, from my testing. Potentially annoying, but nothing devastating. Though I guess I should note that their Contact Fusion mechanic lets the Fusions split up to avoid Bottomless and stuff. But that's balanced out by the main deck guys only getting 1 special summon each per turn. So... Yeah.
