Heads up: In the process of moving, so for the next few days, I may not be able to post (And depending on how long it takes for my ISP to appear, could be a few weeks). I can still check in with my phone, but... Screw writing with it.

Guilty Gear: X-tinction

Just putting down what I have right now. Might not be able to do too much with it over the next few days, since I'll be moving and may end up without internet. Also it means I won't need to write the full thing before finding out if her ability's broken.

Name: Nanako Nanatsu

Appearance:

Theme Song: Strawberry Crisis by CROW'SCLAW.

Personality: A girl who loves to play around, have fun and annoy as many people as possible, for no reason other than it's just plain fun. Nanako loves to trick and deceive, though not out of destructive, malicious intent. Perpetually happy, it is said by those that have personally known her longer than a day have never seen her without a smile.Even when the war was declared, she didn't seem too perturbed by this.

Weapon(s):
She is primarily a fist-fighter, though she can weaponise her illusory powers to the extent that "as long as you believe it's real, it is real". Although in her state, she can't convincingly form anything more elaborate than swords or hammers or the like, once you realise it's not real, any effects it may have had are instantly evaporated.
She focuses more on speed and trickery than brute strength in battle, which makes her a nightmare to hit, but in most cases, one hit is all you'd need to keep her down.

Abilities/Powers:
"Flash Step" - A technique Nanako uses to fool the Opponent into thinking she just warped behind/beside/moved somewhere next to them, as a quick ploy to throw off their guard.

"Otherworld" - When Nanako's restraints are unlocked, her full power comes flooding back, allowing the use of large-scale illusions. Nanako conjures up a strange, firey world, populated only by a giant wielding even bigger sword, who seems to exist solely for crushing anything that sees it. While susceptible to Nanako's usual weaknesses regarding illusions, it is much more difficult to dispel through knowledge alone. Note: I have no plans to ever use this thing at all, and is pretty much there because Instant Kill Stand In, and also the technique's name.

What about Youkai? Apparently, there was a Fox Spirit in Overture, so I figured something like that would be possible.

Hm... the idea I have at the moment is a foxgirl trickster type, who'd throw out illusions/deceptive imagery to create openings. With her ultimate weakness being petting
