"Inquisitor of Heaven...?" Flonne repeated in wonder. Did that make her an Angel, too? She didn't look a whole lot like one... well, her title checked out at least. It was practically displayed right there! Quote a mystery... "Oh, sorry, my name is Flonne! I'm an Angel Trainee!"
Flonne opened her mouth to answer the question, but realised she didn't actually have a seat number. Seeds of worry began to sprout in the Angel's mind as she tried to think of a suitable answer. She could say a random number, but what if they included letters? What if someone else was using that number? What would happen?! Flonne didn't want to be kicked out into space! She heard it was cold out there.
"...Um..." very, very obviously hiding something, the sweating angel tried to buy herself some time, "...H-hypothetically... if I didn't have one... wh-what would happen? N-n-not that I don't actually have a number or anything! B-because I do!"

I am, of course.
Name: Shujiko Ishi
Species: Youkai
Appearance: Thank you, Rin and White~
Something to note is that, normally, Shujiko's hair and eyes are a dark brown/hazel colour, respectively. The blonde occurs when she's completely fired up and ready to tackle something with all her might. She also wears shorts under her skirt.
Abilities:
Power: Willpower. Basically, she is "I won't give up! I will defeat you no matter what!" taken to ludicrous extremes. No matter how badly she is beaten, how dire the situation, no matter how impossible the outcome she desires, she will not give up until it has been achieved. While this technically allows her to perform past her natural limits,impossible outcomes are still impossible outcomes. Like defeating Yuuka.
Oh and flight and stuff.
Spellcards:
Storm "Arcobaleno Orbita" - Shujiko summons seven orbs that orbit around her and fire different patterns, one at a time. They also work to shield her from attacks, but are all pretty fragile.
Drill "Sky Scorching Drill" - Shuji encloses the opponent in a spiral pattern, and occasionally shoots slightly-larger-than-normal bullets at her opponent.
Excel "Burst Forth" - This pattern throws a curtain of bullets, then a secondary layer focused on her opponent's general location.
Personality:
As a youkai of will, Shujiko is kind of predisposed to being hot-blooded and excitable, especially for battles. However, due to a distinct lack of challenging opponents, she fell into a state of incomprehensible boredom. There are hints of arrogance to her claims that 'none can defeat her', though is mainly because she has yet to find someone that can match her will to fight, or experience a danmaku battle. Especially against someone skilled at them.
Aside from that, Shujiko can be a tad clueless, and is surprisingly easy to fluster. And a horrible liar. She's also liable to idolise anyone that displays even the slightest chance of being insanely powerful.
Background: A recent immigrant to Gensokyo. Shujiko spent most of her 163 years in the Outside World, meeting incredibly few individuals to fight, never mind anyone worth fighting. In the hopes of finding someone worthy to battle, she has traveled to the enclosed country.

Species: Menreiki youkai.
Appearance: Emotions yet to0 be fully mastered
Abilities:
Spellcards: Here.
Also flight.
Also also, manipulation of emotion.
And finally, an excellent stage performer.
Personality: A quiet youkai who loves to perform. Kokoro uses her masks to express her emotions, as she is otherwise quite poker-faced. Losing just one of her masks, however, tends to make her behaviour and personality quite turbulent, with her powers even running amok, though she has been learning to reduce this problem. Her true passion lies with the stage, which is the most likely subject to bring out an excitable tone... and Koishi is the one most likely to bring about negative feelings.
Background: A tsukumogami that was born from 66 masks created by Hata no Kawakatsu. She somehow managed to lose her 'Mask of Hope', which resulted in her losing control of her emotions and plunging the village into despair and hopelessness. Then the religious leaders vied for popularity and battled. After that whole fiasco was over, Kokoro had regained her Mask, and is learning to properly control her emotions, without the aid of her Masks. At some point, she declared Koishi to be her mortal enemy,

An untrained, previously non-combatant young girl using powers never before used versus fish-faced mooks that Yuuka would normally never even have noticed. How sad, the wannabe villains were horribly outclassed already.
Nepeta seemed capable enough to the flower youkai as well, so she wouldn't need to dedicate as much energy to staying within protection range, and instead just focus on eliminating the nuisances. With an almost casual wave of her arm, Yuuka brought her umbrella down upon the skulls of any Nanashi within reach.
