The baseline idea is a character who kinda follows the ideals of the Boethia (That one Daedric prince who has you sacrifice a companion in Skyrim) cult in that he believes ' I kill, therefore I am'

I'm leaning towards a thief Khajit build, but first: do we still have an unusually high amount of Khajit? And second, which do we have the most of, the stabby type, the magey type, or the sneak and slit your throat types?
