Current Just because you "fight a good fight" doesn't mean you didn't do horrible things.

I'm sorry for anyone who was waiting for me. Some real life stuff happened, but for now things seem calm. I'll try to post in my RP's ASAP.

I sure did miss a lot... Anything in particular happen that I should be aware of since I've last been here?
Meirin didn't remember much of what happened after she and Ssarak got out of the river. There was yelling, which she imagined would happen, though she herself was much too in pain to remember clearly. Alaira, despite how hasty she had been acting, was knocked out cold. For some reason this made Meirin angry. For someone who did so little aside from endanger everyone's lives, how was it that Alaira was out cold while Meirin herself still had enough energy to walk? If Alaira was awake (As far as Meirin knew) she would have given her a piece of her mind. But instead, Meirin simply kept silent and followed the wagon to the nearest village. It was a good thing it was uneventful after that, as Meirin was uncertain if she had the strength to put up any sort of a fight.

Eventually they reach the village of Wayward. Meirin remembered taking a few travelers here, and she remembered coming across the village when she left to the college. By this point Meirin had a slightly clearer head, but she could now feel the full pain from her arms. She couldn't even leave them hanging limp without a burning sensation in her shoulders. She feared that she might have torn them out of socket, and if that was the case, she would be ill-suited to continue the mission even if she could ignore the pain. As the caravan settled into the inn Ssarak came to ask about Meirin's health, and she was blunt. "It's so painful. I think I might have dislocated something when I tried holding up the bridge. I don't even know why I thought that was a good idea..." Meirin tried to move her arms, but just getting them past her waist proved to be a painful endeavor. She winced and looked at Ssarak. "I... There's a healer in this town. He could do something, but... I don't know how serious my injuries are. I think... Maybe.... I might have to go back to the college. If the healer can't fix my arms, I won't be any use to protect the caravan. I'm sure I can get the treatment I need at the college, but it would take me a while to get back to the college even if I went on my own." Meirin didn't want to jeopardize the mission by continuing with her injuries, but she had no idea if they could afford to heal her here. She doesn't expect the healer to treat her for free, especially if her wounds are as bad as she thinks they are.
Alright, so I've been called here. Just so you know, I don't really know much about anime and I don't keep up with a lot of the more recent ones. Also I might not post in the OOC everyday, though I'll at least try to maintain some sort of presence.

Stalker!!! :p Heya, Ryo, how's it going?

It's alright. Just left my lunch break though, so I'm going to be on later tonight maybe, see if I can at least get a CS up before I start making up any lore.
I may look into this later.
Smitten Kitten was just trying her best not to get hit by stray bullets, but soon it looked like Corpse Collector found her, and was now trying to actively kill her. Smitten Kitten tried to use some evasive maneuvers, but the skies were so chaotic that her creature took on solid hit and was killed, sending her on a free fall. Trying to regain control over herself Smitten Kitten latched onto another flying Dissolution which luckily didn't notice her. From there Smitten Kitten carefully jumped from Dissolution to Dissolution, until she was about thirty or so feet above Corpse Collector. By this time she knew that Corpse Collector had no interest in allying with her, but she was a threat. But also, possibly a prize. Smitten Kitten might not be able to convince Corpse Collector to help her, but Smitten Kitten was sure that if she could defeat Corpse Collector, she could use it as leverage to get close to the Black King. That way Smitten Kitten would be in a better position to defeat him. Such underhanded tactics wasn't really how she operated, but she would work out the details later.

Once Corpse Collector was within range Smitten Kitten put a large sticky rune under Corpse Collector to keep her rooted in place. Unfortunately it also kept all the Dissolutions in place, and it would also affect everyone else who gets near Corpse Collector. Smitten Kitten couldn't really attack either since her only offensive move was the Explosion Runes, which would cancel her Sticky Rune and possibly harm everyone within the blast radius. Once Smitten Kitten used her ability she landed on the roof top but his behind cover.
I'm here and thinking about getting up a post for Smitten Kitten. Cypher I'll take you up on that offer for a combo attack, so I hope you know what you're doing.
I'll attempt to make a post to get things moving again, though it won't be long. I'll try to figure out ways we can get involved so we have something to act on too.

Isa was actually quite familiar with the frozen tundra. The underworld was often much more desolate and cold. Not quite at home, but it was a familiar setting. She had an animal she wanted to take in mind, but they weren't native to here. She'd have to find a boat back, which was easy enough to do. All she needed to was follow death. Soon Isa found herself in Japan, where her search began in the rural mountains.

Akiko didn't like the cold at all. God or fox, he just didn't like it. He quickly used his powers to change into something warmer and got the first boat off the island to somewhere else. While he waited for his boat to reach land, he did think about what animal he wanted to tame. Obviously foxes would be too easy, but did he really want to go after something harder for him? He figured he should chose an animal that would work well with foxes, but he didn't have a clue what that animal would be.
We have you to thank for making this all possible Fallen. Of course, we're all to thank for making this RP last as long as it did. Even though we're a rather rag-tag group of RPer's, we've made lots of progress and been through tough times and good times. It's a fun time to RP with everyone as skilled, talented, or just plain lucky as us.
