Cool, so I can post my CS into the CS page?
I edited my CS.
I'd like to know too.
Full Name Yuga Abubu Nick Name Eighteen (Refers to the fact she's the eighteen Yugu) Gender Generally refereed to as female. Age 5 years old Year Second Year Birthday Was first made on May Seventieth. Astrological Sign Gemini Species Sapient AI - Yuga isn't a robot per say, but sentient soft ware. Specifically she's an attempt to create an artificial intelligence capable of adapting and replicating the personality and knowledge of others. Yuga is a newer model with an more easily adaptable memory and better grasp of personality and independence. Class Tank - Yuga prefers forms with heavy armor and heavy firepower. Be it artillery pieces or giant mechs. Generally being tough to kill but also able to draw as much focus on her as she can. Weapon Yuga's weapons depend on what sort of body she inhabits, and she can only inhabit machines that have a compatible Operating System specifically made for her. That being said she can easily hack that OS into most machines if there is some way for her to connect directly into the terminal. Most earth-made computerized terminals she can attach a sort of "bug" if she has access it's hard drive directly using a device built into her current body (See the Appearance) though she can also upload her OS through physical port. If the device is capable of receiving Wifi or other similar wireless data she can also attempt to download her OS that way, though it does require permission from the terminal (So she basically uploads herself akin to Malware). Yuga's current body (See the appearance) is incredibly durable and agile. Her strength is also well beyond human but not much higher than that. This body's only unique defensive weapon is creating reflective barriers can deflect kinetic objects back to their point of trajectory. It's mostly used for large, low velocity objects, such as falling rocks and such. It can be used to deflect smaller anti-personnel caliber bullets up to .357, but it strains the barriers. Also useless against lasers. It's a two-way barrier as well: Nothing goes in or out. She can also make her body glow at various light levels, from faint ambient light to like that of a flash bang. Yuga has a more combat focused chassis with much higher durability and weapons, but notable lacks hands for finer dexterity. Her right arm consist of a GAU-8/A Avenger 30mm rotary cannon with various attachments and accessories added to make the recoil more manageable. Her left arm is a variant of the Milkor MGL that is essentially "Double Barrel" though it is more accurately over-and-under. Yuga's shoulders also have twin linked Nebula VM20 plasma burst anti-armor blasters. It has a shorter range than the GAU-8 but but the searing heat from the plasma bolts makes it more reliable in disintegrating armor and melting flesh. It can also be sent to "Less-than-Lethal" on the occasions that Yuga must not kill her targets or be wary of friendly fire. World Earth Biography Yuga Abubu was the Eighteen Yugu AI created by a heartbroken scientist. He wanted to try to create an AI that could replicate the personality and memories of his dead daughter, but of course at some point during the process the scientist went insane and died. His research was claimed by a shadowy government organization as well as Yuga and her siblings. Yuga was one of the few AI's who developed enough to be considered "Sentient". She was quickly able to pick up basic school educational knowledge and essentially passed highschool when she was only three years old. And because she was the only one of her siblings to pass the personality test she was also allowed to join the Academy of the Arcane Artes to test her combat capabilities. Originally she was simply going to be sent into the Black Gale on her own, however the price of her combat bodies and the unknown threats within the Black Gale made it too risky to send her alone, and even their scouting machines failed to come back after sorties. They also can't seem to access their machines once they past the Black Gale, and attempts to set up bases within the Black Gale were also equally ill-advisable. They couldn't get any information off of their robots and scouts once they left, and rarely do they ever come back. The only ones who did never went far in the first place. Thus, it was decided to be more practical for Yuga to attend the Academy of Arcane Artes to learn exactly what threats were within the Black Gale so she could send the data back to her company for further analysis, which in turn would help her combat these threats. (Basically she's at the Academy because it was cheaper to have her work with them than risk her multimillion dollar bodies for exploration since the other scouts they sent failed to come back and the ones that did don't have anything new. They also couldn't access any data they picked up once they pasted the Black Gale, so there was no safe way to transfer the data back.) Personality Yuga is a pretty passive person. You could almost say she's boring. She doesn't really react to insults or compliments. Of course she'd be more willing to hang out with people who don't make fun of her. Will find ways to occupy herself if no one has anything for her to do. Partner [This can either be assigned to you or you can figure out who you want to partner with.] Fear(s)/Weakness(es)/Limit(s) Yuga's current body is made for physical durability, but aside from that it can be shutdown with EMP's and such. It's also not suited for combat so it lacks any specific weapons to defend herself with. Yuga is actually afraid of the dark and will always try to make or be around some sort of light source. If for some reason she gets stuck in a dark area she will freak out. Yuga isn't sure why she's so afraid of the dark, though she thinks it might have to do with her original programming as the scientist who made her in the likeness of her daughter probably had a phobia of the dark. Yuga unfortunately picked that up, and can't seem to be rid of it. Yuga as an AI is also defenseless to others manipulating her programming, if they can reach her terminal or gain access directly to whatever body she's in. While not so much an issue when she's in her body (Because she can fight back), her Main Terminal lacks self-defense. While it is safeguarded by various firewalls and such (It even has a self-destruct as a last resort) anyone competent in AI programming or has enough time to hack into her system could very well change who she is the next time she goes to link herself up to her Main Terminal. And she wouldn't know until she uploads herself, and by than it'll be too late. Skills/Abilities/Traits Yugu can edit and upload her own knowledge so she can preform jobs depending on what sort of knowledge she uploads into her mind. Specifically what she does is alter her "Memory Banks" to whatever new Memory Bank she has with her. Memory Banks are pretty much different algorithms she can download into herself so she can use whatever skills are put onto those algorithms. It's sort of like having a mental step-by-step guide that Yuga can instinctively do. She can alter and make hybrids of these Memory Banks, but there's a limit to how much data her Memory Banks can hold. More sophisticated and detailed memory banks typically use up a lot of data, not including new data she'd add simply from learning. Her creators would normally send her different memory banks but she can make some herself simply by observing and learning about others, then copying what she learned into blank Memory Banks if she has them uploaded into her body. These Memory Banks come in the form of physical chips she puts into the back of her head. Yuga is also technically immortal. She isn't reliant on her physical body at all: should it be destroyed she simply moves to her Main Terminal which essential serves as her Spawn Point. The Main Terminal is essentially a super computer/miniature robotic factory where Yuga stores her other bodies, including replacement bodies of her current form (But not her combat body as it's way too expansive to make more than one of if they aren't going to see regular use). At the Main Terminal Yuga can store her memories and send them back to the Company for record keeping, as well as holding a copy of Yuga's AI Code. These codes are essentially save files like those you'd have in a video game, and like a video game she has to come back regularly and store her AI Code if she doesn't want to forget anything should she end up destroyed before than. The Main Terminal also requires Yuga to check in once a day unless otherwise specified, however it can only go for a week before it creates a new Yuga. While this Yuga has access to the most recent AI Code, it would be made specifically for the task of finding out the whereabouts of the previous Yuga. It cannot serve any other purpose until it finds a sufficient answer. If it finds the original Yuga alive it will attempt to bring her back or at least share her data to report back to the Main Terminal. If the Yuga is destroyed it would also report that and salvage whatever data is left available. If the new Yuga cannot find any remains of the original Yuga it will return to the Main Terminal and report back to the Company. Within a week or so the Company would send back a new AI Code of Yuga using her most recent memories, thus allowing her to come back just herself, albeit voided of any knowledge she had since her last time leaving the Main Terminal. Theme Song Terminate Other Yuga keeps in contact with her other siblings and expects some of them to arrive to the Academy within the year. She's also the only one of her siblings to still refers to herself as Yuga Abubu. She also needs to eat, albeit not as much as a normal human would. She's much better at digesting and processing biomass so she doesn't necessarily have to "Eat" food. She can identify what she eats to process it's qualities and determine if it's safe to be consumed by others using this knowledge. She prefers meat however, specifically chicken, especially when it's fried.
Either Ssarak's blow was hard enough or the robed man was fragile, as he went limp with the first strike. His body slammed against the rocks and with him out of the way the battle was over. Meirin was about to turn to leave when she heard Ssarak call over to her. He wanted her to save the robed man, for some reason. "What!?" While she blames Alaira for instigating the fight in the first place, the robed man was a corrupted officer of the law. While she doesn't condone Alaira's actions, Meirin had a feeling that they would not have passed the bridge unharrassed if the robed man was as slimy as he was before. Still, it would do them no good to leave behind a trail of corpses. At the very least Meirin felt obligated to bury the ones they did make. Jogging on over to Ssarak she could see where the robed man was stuck. She doubt he was alive but they would discover the truth soon enough. The river was deep enough that she'd need to swim most of the way there, however there was some rocky formations that she could leap across. She'd rather not risk herself saving him, but she will do what she must. First she leap across the rocks to reach the robed man, pulling his head out of the water. He was bleeding and she was certain he was dead. But she would bring him to shore nonetheless. Carefully positioning herself Meirin swam towards the river edge with the robed man in her arms. He made no resistance, so he was either out cold or dead. And now she would soon find out. Once Meirin pulled the body out of the river she turned to Ssarak. "Let's tie him up. I'll use some of my magic to try to heal him, see if we can snatch him from death's clutches. But we shouldn't let him too close to the others, especially Alaira. Oh, but I guess we should check him for any hidden weapons." Meirin searched the robed man's body for anything else that he might end up using against them. While she didn't feel all to comfortable rummaging through his clothing it was better safe than sorry. Once she found everything on his person Meirin moved it far away from him. She came back with a length of rope and securely tied the robed man up. "Alright Ssarak, be ready for anything." Taking a deep breath Meirin did a few weaving motions for Vitamancy to give herself minor healing hands. She lightly touched the robed man's head and waited to see what effects it would have.
It wasn't long before Cinder and Cyropath were attacked by tire-armored thugs. Desperate and drugged up mooks running towards their deaths. Cyropath pitied them and silently promised them a glorious death. Soon the entire streets was alive with traps and hazards meant to endanger everyone, but to Cyropath there were just a means to an end. Come on than! Let me release you from your suffering! The first two mooks came at him with nail boards, but they were unceremoniously smashed into the ground by Cyropath's giant fists. That didn't stop the others one though who jumped onto Cyropath's back and tried to bash away at him. They wouldn't have done any better if they had real weapons. The only threat they made were weighing Cyropath down as more and more mooks piled onto him. But he didn't fret and instead ran towards one of the buildings. He crushed anyone in his way and when he reached the building he started to climb up it like king kong. A few of the mooks feel to their deaths but the others were still stuck onto Cyropath, some of them trying to hurt him, others who were stuck because their hands has frozen to his armor. Than Cyropath just jumped off the building and into the ground. He crushed the mooks under his body, staining his icy-blue body blood red. That was about twelve bad guys in five minutes, but the entire street was still swarming with them. He wasn't sure what Cynder was doing at this point but it was safe to assume she's still alive and kicking ass, just not around Cyropath. He needed a more reliable way to get rid of all these thugs since just smashing them was taking too long. So he made use of some of the traps. As Cyropath carved a path of destruction through the mooks he headed to a flailing electrical wire trap. Once he was in range he dodged most of the wild swings, grabbed a mook, and used him as a glove so Cyropath could safely grab hold of the wire. Than using his giant strength he pulled out the entire electrical trap and swung it around like a flail, massively increasing his range as he continue to spin around and around. He killed at least thirty more mooks this way, either by frying them with electricity or just smashing them with the wires. And when things were starting to clear up he even took the time to nail one more bad guy by tossing the trap onto him, flattening him like an insect. "Cool."
Meirin Kurenai
Breathing hard Meirin held Lyn tightly but knew she couldn't stay here for long. She could still hear fighting behind her and as much as she wanted to make sure Lyn is safe she needed to get back to the others. Lyn was in more danger away from the wagon so Meirin got back onto her feet and started to move briskly to the wagon. She saw the Robed Man launch a flurry of spells before jumping off the bridge, but she still saw him at the bridge fighting Alaira as well. Meirin had a bit of an idea of what might have just happened: the robed man must have used a Doppelganger. She vaguely remembered seeing something like that when she was with Ssarak during one of their morning exercises. Meirin guessed that the one at the bridge was a doppelganger because she saw Ssarak flying over the river. She knew that Ssarak would be able to discern the difference between a Doppelganger and it's mage, so he must have chased after the real robed man. Meirin returned to the wagon, careful to shield Lyn from the ravaged corpse on the ground. Alaira must have gotten to him, as his head was just an utter mess. Though near the body of the corpse was also Lyn's bear... Covered in blood and gore. Meirin wouldn't have been surprised if one of Lyn's guardians also gave her a protector in the form of a bear, but what exactly this bear did to kill the pale guard was something she'd rather leave unknown. Regardless the bear was important to Lyn so Meirin picked it up, tried to clean it of the blood the best she could, and than put it and Lyn back into the wagon. "Stay here, okay Lyn? We're going to protect you. We almost have all the bad guys beaten, so please just stay here until we come back." Meirin gave Lyn and quick kiss on her forehead to seal her promise before running off to help Ssarak. She saw Alaira and Darius fight the doppelganger, and uncertain of how one goes about defeating one of them Meirin simply shouted at them. "That's a doppelganger you two! Don't waste your time with him, the real one is in the water!" Meirin didn't stop to say that and yelled it as she ran past them. She couldn't fly as well as Ssarak could and frankly she didn't think it would have been much help if she did. Ssarak was already flying as low as he could and she'd only get in the way if she tried to squeeze between them. Instead she ran as far down the river as she could until she was a bit ahead of the robed man and Ssarak. Meirin spread her legs shoulder width apart, took a deep breath, and thought back to one of her previous Weaving lessons. Spreading her arms out Meirin began to move her arms slowly upwards in a circular motion. Only one arm was up and down at a time, in perfect cadence with each other. It needed to be for what she was trying to do. Soon she was able to move her arms faster and faster, timing it just right so at the last moment, she exploded in a flurry of movements ending with what looked to be a palm thrust towards an nonexistent chin. This set of movements was actually one of her Hydromancy Weaving Techniques: It basically allowed her to move a certain body of water sharply upwards. She could move a whole bathtub of water up, but she couldn't do the same for the whole river. But she only needed to move the section of the river where the robed man was, so timing it just right with Ssarak's hammer swing, she launched the robed man into Ssarak's hammer.
Myrn Vaan'Atisha
A lot of things happened very quickly. Soon after the headmaster arrived a small entourage of others showed up. It made sense she suppose, there was a rather large disturbance at his very own office. Still just who came to the office shocked Myrn more than the vines did. Shortly after Khan and his demon arrived Myrn was tackled by a very large person. She nearly punched him in the gut when she realized that the person, an orc, was the very same one she's been looking for all this time. She was just as surprised as he was to see her here. "Whoa! It's you again! I-I can't believe it, I knew you where coming here, but I never thought an orc would actually show up at the college..." Myrn didn't get a chance to say much before another person arrived. A very pale lady, whom Myrn thought was rather beautiful, but something about her screamed of danger and arrogance. Like a noble who served in a deadly decedent court. The woman seemed to have not noticed Myrn and went strait to the head master. With just a glance Myrn could tell that the Head Master was in pain. She's seen plenty of others doing exactly what he was; trying to hide how tired and hurt they were from doing something as simple as running. But where others would think this made Khan weak Myrn knew better than that. While a strong mage should be able to keep themselves in good shape, she knew from stories and experience that even the oldest of veterans were a force to be reckoned with. Their scars and injuries were merely a testament of their durability. Myrn was certain that whatever Khan must have dealt with to be so weak, it was something powerful that not even she could withstand. Myrn was going to speak to Khan when someone else arrived. Someone or some... Thing. A grey creature who, whom Myrn pinned down as a demon of some sort. He looked very monstrous, but what he said scared her more than what he looked like. "W-w-worms!? Myrn looked down at her injuries, and sure enough there was something crawling underneath her skin. Her body went cold. How could this have happened? Was it the vines? Just what in the world was going on? Than the demon approached her with blade-like claws, causing Myrn to step back and draw her blade. It was an instinctual thing to do, despite coming to the realization that she likely just drew her weapon on a teacher at the college. She was going to apologize when another person arrived. He looked normal at first, but when she looked down she noticed his bird like legs. He called himself Baulder, but Myrn could hardly comprehend it. This was madness. It needed to be stopped. "Stop, just, stop! Everyone please just stop!" Of course it didn't. As though the situation wasn't any more bizarre and lacking of colorful characters, a suit of armor approached them. Myrn could tell at a glance that the armor was hollow but that didn't make her any close to being at ease. First there was the Eysire, than the pale woman who radiates a sinister aura, the demon who threaten to cut her open, and now a possessed suit of armor. Despite being one of the more odder creatures here the suit of armor, Uicle, seemed to be one of the more reasonable people around. He told the demon, Tyrael, to put away his claws. But the way Uicle said it made her think that this was a regular occurrence with Tyrael which was why she still kept her sword up. Than out of no where a part of the ceiling fell on Uicle's head, denting it. If she didn't already know he was a hollow suit of armor before, she certainly would now as she heard the echoing in his body and saw now sever the dent was. If that helmet had a full head their skull would have been split. Finishing off this madness was another Demon Rathel, at least that's what Myrn think's Khan called him. Apparently he can safely get the vines out of her body, but at the time Myrn also thought he was the reason why they were in her body in the first place. Sufficient to say she did not trust him at all. But from what Uicle and Tyrael said, she was in mortal danger. At this point Myrn was seriously debating if she should just take Krogal and fight her way out of the college. But she started to feel her strength get weaker. She suspects that this is the work of those vines or parasites, sapping her body of energy. She wasn't really in any position to fight further, so she shot the demon Rathel a hard glare. "Just get it this over with." To say that Myrn was incredibly annoyed right now was an understatement. She sheathed her weapon and readied herself for whatever it was that Rathel was going to do.
I was invited to join. I hope you don't mind the Killer Weapon I chose. --- Username: Ryonara Name: Cryopath Age: 27 Gender: Male Race: Cyborg Appearance: Basically Cyropath looks like a cross between Regice and a frost atronach with some metal bits just to remind you that he's a robot. Standing at a whopping ten feet tall and eight feet wide this guy looks like a ice-theme mech than a half-human cyborg, but most of his human parts are just his organs anyways. He's covered in hard reflective ice with some spikes here and there to remind you that there's more than a frostbite in store if you get too close to him. Also like Regice, instead of a face he has some dots on his head which can change color to suit his emotions. Bio: Cyropath was formerly an esteemed robotic scientist before Death Watch took over his city. Initially, Cyropath wanted nothing to do with the slaughter. He was pacifistic to a fault, refusing to take part of the fighting even if he could have saved lives, figuring that he would have died and saved no one anyways. The only reason people even wanted him around was because of his robotic knowledge, which allowed him to give others cybernetic enhancements. But that would only protect him for so long when a organized band of Kill Stealers came and slaughtered nearly everyone including him. As his body grew colder, he crawled to his machines and hooked himself up to a life support system, where he slowly began to create a new body for himself as his physical one wasted away. He was growing steadily more unstable, but kept trying to hold onto his ideas, even if he ended up creating a mechanized suit to defend himself with. Now, whether he wanted to or not, he has entered Deathwatch as Cyropath, the delusional "Hero" trying to save everyone from Deathwatch. Personality: Despite being ice theme Cryopath has a warm heart and easily sympathies with others, and would even offer his help to them. But you might regret his charity when he turns you into his robotic slave, if he doesn't end up freezing you to death to "Protect you until this nightmare is over". Cryopath has a sort of willful ignorance that allows him to completely ignore any of his own flaws, or at least downplay them as something too trivial for him to have to fix. At best he has good intentions, but his executions become very literal in the sense of the word. Killer Weapon: Perfect Freeze - Cyropath's start radiating deathly cold air which freezes the ground solid and covering it with slick ice. Cyropath himself can walk the ice just fine but everyone else won't be so lucky. IF their feet aren't frozen to the ground they'll have to try to navigate over frictionless ice. Those caught in this personal blizzard start to get frozen solid and sluggish, two things you don't want to be when you're in Cryopath's swinging range. Meirin Kurenai
Meirin had no idea what she just did. She guessed she killed the captain. A small pang of guilt struck inside of her, but it was unavoidable. She would, at least, give him some form of a burial once this battle was over. She'd have to ask what Ssarak's attack did to the man as he seemed to have taken the effects rather badly. Was it some sort of poison? Meirin soon forgot as she turned to face the next opponent. That's when she heard Lyn's scream. Looking over at the wagon she noticed that Alaira had gotten up and seemed to be making a charge at the Psychomancer. Yet Meirin could still see the demons who continued to pester her, but noticed Lyn running. Meirin had no idea what had happened but for the moment Meirin forgot all about her fight here. Meirin did not even pick up her monk's spade or told Ssarak what she was about to do. Meirin began to move her arms rapidly before ending with a hand sign, and suddenly she was floating. Another set of movements and Meirin pushed herself with a blast of wind as she chased after Lyn. She caught up to the little girl in just three seconds. Maybe it was a bit of an overreaction on Meirin's part, but she wasn't going to let Lyn run off to danger. Meirin swept up Lyn into her arms, holding her close. "Shh... It's okay Lyn, I'm here. Meirin is here... No one will hurt you."
Myrn Vaan'Atisha
Myrn fought furiously against the vines, but ever step forward the vines would push her five steps back. Initially avoiding them was easy enough since they kept following her, but soon more vines started to lash out from her from behind, from the side, even above and below her. She pretty much slashed at everything around her, and ended up cleaving through some of the furniture in the process. She suffered from some nasty cuts as she fought but didn't let it slow her down. No, the more she bleed, the harder she fought, turning herself into a tornado of bladed fury. At some point she managed to muster the strength to push against the vines as she worked her way towards the exit, but just as she grew stronger so did the vines. They just kept coming at her no matter how many times she cut them down. It was a race between which gave up first: the vines or Myrn. And than suddenly the vines stopped. Just as Myrn was about to make one final effort to just run for the door the vines ceased their attacks and pulled back into the wall. "Did I... Did I win?" She said with a heavy breath. Looking around she noticed just how much stuff she destroyed and really hoped that no one was using this office. Those hopes were dashed when she saw an Eysire come into the room. With him was a demon who seemed to have been able to control the vines and Myrn knew she was in for some trouble. "A-are you... Khan?"
Alright. I'll get a post for her and Meirin up sometime later.
