After minor research, I have discovered that to the public, the perpetrator is known as "Azrael, The Angel of Death" and is worshiped by a small percentage of the world's population. If I may, I would like to directly address the killer. Azrael, if your watching this, What your doing is wrong, The killing of anybody is wrong even if its a criminal. I will hunt you down, until you're caught agents will be everywhere"
