Dusty is a massive individual, standing at a staggering 6'9", with a incredibly bulky and muscular body build. He has lightly tanned skin, which is covered in various scars, and long, messy light brown hair. He is a very hairy person, having think eye brows and sideburns as well as a excess amount of body hair. Like a few other Ghouls Dusty's kakugans are always on display. His teeth, namely his canines, seem to be sharper than both the average human's and Ghoul's. His ears are slightly pointed, though they are usually hidden under his hair. His clothes usually consist of a pair of battered work boots, tattered jeans, old shirts, and a raggedy over coat.

Dusty has four large appendages sprout from his back when using his Kagune. Two of them go over his shoulders and resemble massive three clawed hands, they are primarily used for offensive attacks such as grabbing, tearing, and smashing. The other two sprout from his lower back and look like two giant tendrils with leech like mouths at the end of each, they are used for his defense by blocking blows and using them to launch himself into the air. He is also able to consume people, whole, through his defensive Kagune.

Personality
Dusty is the living embodiment of the word gruff, he is the type of guy that has no patients for, as he puts it, "unneeded bullshit". Though he has no problem with violence he doesn't lose himself in it like other Ghouls, he keeps his usual stoic demeanor. If he deems you not worth his time you might as well be dirt on the ground, something that occasionally needs to be stomped down when it gets in the way.
History
Not much is known about Dusty's past, namely because he keeps rather tight lipped about it. What is known for a fact is that he made is start in the 13th Ward after he slaughtered three CCG investigators for what seemed to be no reason. Ever since then Dusty has moved from Ward to Ward apparently killing random investigators. Most Ghouls have never spoken with him and just go by what they have heard about him, calling him one of the crazed Ghouls that gives everyone else a bad name and stirs up the Doves for no reason, but those who have come into real contact with him call him a hero.
