I play a lot of Pokémon Ultra Moon. If you have any requests for specific eggs/babies, let me know and I will see what I can do.

Lot of old folks I knew in the past are checking me out. I wonder what they are plotting. :3

I wonder how I should address all the shade people have thrown at me during my time away. My mind says to let it go, but my heart says "with a chainsaw". Decisions.

Bio

Oh, you want to know about me? Not sure why, but ok.

A long time ago, in a bedroom far far away... my mommy met my daddy... and they did it.

What? Not that far back? Oh. Ok.

I'm a mechanic by trade, though a work-related injury nearly a decade ago has really hampered my life since. I'm what some would call a folkish heathen, if matters of spirituality interest you... though I lean more toward tribal rather than folkish. I live in Cleveland, have a nice little apartment in a decent neighborhood, and have two cats.

As far as RP? I like things with anime elements to them, as well as modern and traditional fantasy. Not interested in romance or furry or anything like that. Miss me with that stuff.

I'm brash. I do not sugar coat things. I will call people out on things. I will likely frustrate you at some point. ... however, I am one hell of a loyal person, should I ever decide you are a friend.

So there it is, I guess.

Alright. Edited. Is it up to snuff now, or did I miss anything?

Asuas needs to change the line that says golem to a statue, and then you can deal with the child being attacked by the pack of hounds.

So then I DO need to edit, then?
*facewalls*

Fuck. We weren't all in the same town? I thought you mentioned the big golem thing that LR is playing? Ysolda was sitting on its shoulder.

S'why I figured you two were in the same place as my character. If I'm wrong, I can scrap that and make edits.
The creature did not really respond to Ysolda's questions, but it DID to something unexpected. The thing created two steadily growing stone pillars after merely touching the earth. That settled it, it was definitely some sort of earth spirit or elemental. And just as she went to hop off of it and see if she could figure out a way to communicate with the locals, she spied an odd sight on a nearby roof. An indistinct something-or-other skulking about like some sort of Abyssal murderer. From her vantage atop the Elemental's shoulder, Ysolda saw that same figure slip back into darkness and out of her direct line of sight

While she had not been in this land long, she knew that this figure was different from the dog-like creatures that had attacked her on her way to this town. But just as the Solar was about to hop down and head over to investigate, another roughly human-sized figure approached the same area. Barely visible from the vantage point that Ysolda had, she could not tell if it was a man or a woman. What she WAS able to see was that this one was also different from the locals, much like the other that she had seen moments before. Time to get their attention, she figured.

Reaching behind her back, Ysolda unclipped her small golden-colored bow and arrow. Drawing back the string without knocking an arrow, some would call the woman crazy... but just as she finished pulling back the thin metallic wire, a glowing projectile was conjured as if from nothing. This was known to her as the "Phantom Arrow Technique", and it created an arrow out of her essence. Letting loose the bowstring, the arrow of light flew straight and true to its target... an area not far from the two (or more, as she couldn't see all that well into the darkness that the woman had crept) beings. This was clearly not so much an attack as it was an attempt to shed light on the situation in both a literal and figurative sense, and the two beings would soon reveal themselves to her, like it or not.

Not even two seconds after the arrow hit, Ysolda tried to communicate. "Oi. Any chance you can understand me? Probably not, but worth a shot." This would likely be the same situation as with the locals and the giant elemental... more people that couldn't understand her language. Luckily she had made sure to aim her arrow far behind where the two known figures were, and the light showed that there were no others. Hopefully the large gap between the people and the light arrow would show that she meant no hostilities with her action. But just in case, she kept the bow at the ready... however, it was not drawn back in attack position. "If you understand what I'm saying, then come on over. And don't worry, I won't attack unless given a reason."

This was a gamble, but a necessary one. She could feel something... wrong. Having lived several centuries, Ysolda had more years of combat and survival experience than most humanoid beings had years of life. She wasn't sure WHAT was going to happen, but her gut told her it wasn't good... and whatever it was would happen sooner rather than later. If she was right, she'd need allies... or at least people she could somewhat rely on. "You still not ready to talk, big guy?" she said quietly to the silent elemental. "I might need a bit of a hand if things get hairy and you might, too. What do you say?" Still keeping her eyes on the area where the arrow had landed, she sincerely hoped that this wouldn't erupt into something unpleasant. However, with the short time she had spent on this world... she knew that at least a fair portion of its creatures were inherently hostile..
Ah. I've been away-ish for a couple days and hadn't checked the thread. Am writing up a post now.
Posted. Skall, whoever else, let me know if edits are needed.
“I am capable of understanding much, but in you I sense loss as well. Why do you mourn? Why do you feel the way you do? Are you not blessed to live your life focused on your world and your life? Would you prefer to stay here, amongst the dark halls, the forgotten dreams and watch the vast potential of all life play out before you? Would you prefer to stand watch here among the shadowed and dream alongside the eternal?”

Those were the words that the Dreamer spoke to him. Though they stung, the words were absolutely correct. Talon was uncertain, uneasy, and upset. Somehow, this being had read the Dragon-Blooded like a book. Adding fire to the flames that roared in his mind were the numerous images he had seen when they all flashed before him. So much information that it would take most months or years to glean it all... had been shunted into his mind in nary a second. They showed many lands. Some darker than the Underworlds of Creation, some brighter and more glorious than the Imperial City or even Yu-Shan. Creatures more foul than he had ever seen, and beings with beauty incomprehensible.

The skeletal being was correct. To this point, Talon's entire life had been a sham. Anathema were not even a fraction of that which plagued existence... there were much worse things. Hell, he had even had an Anathema as a friend, and was going to even question the guy instead of simply execute him. But then, that friend sent him here. Perhaps Yuri knew what lie in store... perhaps he wanted his friend to find there was more to life than hunting those who have done nothing wrong. Then, the same being offered Talon and his men a place and a duty. To remain in the Nexus and defend the Dreamers as their guardsmen/enforcers/etc.

"You would be able to keep myself and my men here? We would remain comfortable, fed, and with a fulfilling purpose again?" He sighed heavily and discussed the prospect with his two lieutenants while the two other newcomers chatted and bickered. The two officers both seemed conflicted, but not against the prospect. They wanted to do more, but also seemed to feel that this was their best prospect for survival in this odd new place. So it was decided. They would remain and serve the Dreamers as soldiers, guards, emissaries, and enforcers.

"We accept. The Burning Wings will remain in this place and perform the tasks related to your defense, so long as we have purpose and are not mistreated." He honestly didn't feel these beings needed someone like him to defend themselves, but how was he to know for sure? Perhaps their magics were more defensive and supplementary, rather than offensive. "Just tell us what to do and we shall comply." He then looked at the two newcomers, one of whom was being more disrespectful than Talon had been on HIS arrival. "Shall I start by escorting this one off of the premises, Sir?" asked the Exalt as he rested his palm on the pommel of his weapon.

You'll have to go to Necropoli where two low tier characters are at, you can face one of them if you want since they are separated.

Ysolda and that Titan are Low-Tier?
Skall, could you please read the last PM I sent you? I am not sure if you were simply too busy at the time or just forgot, but a response would be appreciated.

I linked to a youtube video that showed the detonation of a 15-kiloton yield shell, for reference as to the sheer power nuke shells posessed.

Also, getting to work on my post, finally. Was away for a couple days unexpectedly.

You can use a shovel to carry your backpack to and from school, doesn't mean it's being used .

Yes. Yes it does. Because that's awesome.
