@Shoryu Magami oh yea, its a power that I would be careful with. My general idea is making it affect things that he directly influences. So something someone else does can't be affected, like he can't pull a domino and like jam peoples guns, or make them win the lottery. His power allows him to random chance his way into a situation, so he can say guess things well, but not pwrfectly and say throw a rock and have it start a chain reaction.

I would want it to be a power that is situationally really good, but not nessisary a combat focused ability, if the description makes sense

I have an idea with probability manipulation quirk, so like a luck quirk. I was wondering if that wouldbe okay, and if I could reserve it? I am at the parent's place for Christmas, so I can't make a proper sheet till I get home.

I think over the next few days I might make an RP around a similar idea to this. It will be a little different, but similar in design :P

Hey, so does anyone know, in relation to when the characters get their powers, this RP starts? Does it start when they first get their powers? Or a few months later?

We aren't totally sure. Its a little odd, our GM has been offline for about a week so we don't have a lot of information. My advice would be to write one without the powers yet just in case and add on once we find more information :)
