_WARLORD CS_ Anime appearence) [Ai Lao](http://vignette4.wikia.nocookie.net/thethreekingdoms/images/6/66/Ma_Chao_(young)_-_RTKXI.jpg/revision/latest/scale-to-width/200?cb=20100213124250) Name: God-King Ai Lao. Age: 30. Your people gave you a nickname?: - "The Mad" - "The Demon King" Normal clothes: ![](http://vignette4.wikia.nocookie.net/thethreekingdoms/images/d/d2/Cao_Pi_-_RTKXI.jpg/revision/latest?cb=20100316125813) Weapons (optional): A glaive. Armor (optional): ![](http://img3.wikia.nocookie.net/__cb20111217185452/thethreekingdoms/images/b/b3/Ma_Chao_-_RTKXII.jpg) Skills: He is a somewhat capable warrior, though mostly uses this skill in either duels or for self-protection. When it comes to battle, he prefers to dabble in the domain of command, rather than fighting on the front-lines. However, planning is obviously not a strength of his. He is prone to frequent changes of mind and, due to his fascination with the occult, building his plans around the supposed influence of obscure phenomena like cosmic alignments. However, he is superb at terror and propaganda. He himself is a master torturer. At his beck and call is his "Royal Agency", an order of assassins and spies he uses to maintain his stranglehold over his people. Lastly, he is quite a fan of sailing. He often takes the Imperial Navy flagship out for fishing trips with his retinue. Info: As indicated by his title, Ai Lao is extremely delusional and holds himself to be of the divine. While his claims are extremely doubtful, his multitude of agents and other enforcers ensure that this remains the belief of his people, or at least that they pay lip service to the idea. Lao's reign only ever began due to a series of misfortunes that led to him being the sole remaining heir, a situation that his father, King Guan, had anticipated would be a disastrous turn of events and did all in his power to prevent in his lifetime. However, his efforts have obviously failed, and the dreaded insane King now sits upon his throne. Despite his intense delirium, God-King Ai Lao has proven himself incredibly capable of at least maintaining his power. Fear of upsetting the temperamental God-King and the dire consequences this tends to yield keeps his subjects in line. He is particularly fond of personally handling public executions of dissenters in gratuitous, bizarre spectacles. Not important info: Ai Lao is known to be an obsessive collector of miscellaneous things. Shelves line nearly every wall of his palace, filled from end to end with the odd trinkets he has amassed. PROVINCE CS__ Name: Imperial Qibisa Flag: [Flag](http://s17.postimg.org/pojgfpgor/flag.jpg?noCache=1422119678) Geographic description (see the map!): [Roughly around the part circled on the map as shown.](http://s21.postimg.org/x0brlf7o7/location.jpg) Capital city: Honu. 4 Important cities: Ikko, Danto, Eii and Mansu. Religion?: The old religions have been done away with and replaced with The Imperial Cult. The Imperial Cult is actually a patchwork of the beliefs of all its predecessors, only with the supposed God-King Ai Lao inserted into many of the old tales and parables. Belief in the Imperial Cult is mandatory. Customs?: Qibisa is known for throwing huge, bombastic festivals. The God-King himself is quite partial to them. His presence some (quite correctly) suspect is a strong motivator to the performers to do their utmost to strive for perfection. More info?: ARMY CS___ Unit types (footsoldiers, cavalry, Ships, Etc, PICTURES OF THEIR ARMOR NEEDED): The pride of the God-King is his Imperial Navy. His ships are in ways emblematic of his sadistic ways. The prows of his ships are fitted with brass heads of monsters such as dragons. Within the mouths of these figures are projectors that spew out what the Qibisa dub "liquid fire" or "manufactured fire"; a devastating incendiary maritime weapon. Furthermore, they are reinforced with a shell of iron, rendering them tough nuts to crack. [Qibisa warship](http://fc07.deviantart.net/fs71/i/2011/294/0/6/korean_turtle_ship_by_nonsense0909-d4djmai.png) On the land, the Imperial Army conforms to a more conventional, well-rounded structure, owing to the remnants of his father's expertise in military organization. Though it is rare, some soldiers are outfitted with handheld versions of the larger flame siphons outfitted on the Imperial Navy's vessels. War or Peace
Right here in the OOC, I think.
The power of love. (But seriously I dunno. That's kinda hard to quantify, what with magic and other bullshit in the mix.)
Seems to vary from nation to nation, but both certainly appear to exist.
It's really up to you. I'm not a moderator or nuffin', I'm just some goober. I just suggested the Andromeda one because it's younger and thus seems like less of a hassle to hop into. On an unrelated note, ![](http://springfieldpc.dyndns.org/shimmie/_images/532bb2602193d2746430fbabf6c3b652/2139%20-%20gott%20ponyfags%20strafe.jpg)

The Andromeda counterpart thread could probably take on a few more, friend : 3
**Somewhere in space** Three medium sized freighters were moving in a line formation, with several smaller escort vessels forming up on their flanks. A decently protected convoy, but it would not do them much good. They had assumed this obscure route would be a less traveled one, that they were entirely alone on their journey. They were wrong. "Alright. There they are. Keep communications to a minimum and maintain formation. Increase speed." A voice crackled from the speakers. The three siastriplinicorns occupying the cramped control room of the *Bifrost*-class Interdiction Vessel "Uni-455" illuminated the dimly lit compartment with arcane flashes as they articulated the vessel. The lead siastriplinicorn's horn sheath was combined with a visor that fit over his eyes and connected to the vessel's external camera array, through which he observed the convoy ahead. Uni-445, Uni-564 and Uni-342 would assault the freighters from their 6 o'clock and from above. Uni-555 and Uni-654 were approaching from the flanks in a pincer movement. Just as siastraplinicorn doctrine mandated. "Just remember, men: they cannot see us. This will be like taking candy from a sitting baby duck on a log!" Captain Daintyflash of Uni-445, one of the nation's most highly decorated Interdiction Vessel aces, reassured his crew. "Now, you doubtlessly remember procedure; empty tubes one through to six in a broad spread when I initiate a mauve glow." The other siastraplinicorns nodded silently. The mission was nearly compromised when one of the escorting fighters drifted too close, but the two pilots of the craft were rendered befuddled by a hex one of the magically endowed siastrapilicorns was able to cast upon them from such close range. Once this interruption was dealt with, it would be too late. "Rainbow." spoke the voice through the speaker once again. Captain Daintyflash's horn suddenly shone a refulgent mauve. This was the codeword to initiate the attack. The cloaked figures of all five vessels wobbled and betrayed their locations for a brief moment as spreads of arcane torpedoes closed in on the convoy from port, starboard, and above. Siastraplinicorns were not ones for accuracy. They preferred to thoroughly perforate their target with an absolute swarm of incoming ordnance. "No time to admire handiwork! Break formation and return to base! Bail!" The commander of the formation exclaimed. The five ships rapidly spun around and sped off at the maximum speed the crafts allowed, each taking a greatly divergent course to the others in the group. **Back at one of many surreptitious Siastraplinicorn Interdiction Vessel asteroid pens, hours later.** Captain Daintyflash brought the tip of a hoof up to adjust his cap as he examined the read out on the monitor before him; the after action report. Of the 30 arcane torpedoes launched, around 16 registered as hitting their targets. Two freighters were lost out right, and the final one had sustained damage so serious that it was creeping through space at a crawl, either likely to be abandoned or preyed upon by another siastraplinicorn pack at a later date. Of their own losses, Uni-555 had an engine failure during the escape. Just about motionless and with no power going to her cloaking systems, she was set upon by the escorts. Her crew did not return. Captain Daintyflash pursed his lips and lowered his head mournfully. He kicked his left and then right hind legs back, which was a sign of mourning for his kind. "It is always a shame when good 'corns don't come home, Captain..." a voice spoke. The clacking of hooves followed as another, more official looking siastraplinicorn moved up to his side. "But for the sake of your career and those of your colleagues, they had better have had operational self-destruct devices outfitted upon launch. It would be a travesty if they became wise to the origin of their woes. I'm sure I don't have to tell you this."
Hello there! Looks interesting! Application submitted.
