Mera looked ahead as Larel started moving, glad he couldn't see her face. This was killing her. Where the hell did he go? She looked back over her shoulder towards the villages, 'You'd better show up... I'll never forgive you if you just left after all that mess you made me open myself up to,' she put a hand to her chest, clutching her kimono a bit, hating the assault of emotions that was being thrown on her. Something had happened to him, that much was obvious now, but she couldn't let Larel in on the fact she this conflicted over him not being there when they had all gathered. She looked back ahead, closing her eyes as she tried to calm herself down, to put all of it behind her. This was another reason she had never let anyone in like that. In the end, who can you really trust? she thought as she opened her eyes back up, putting her other hand back on Larel's shoulder, not wanting to get him off balance. She was doing her best to shut those emotions back off but Hotaru could have sworn when she glanced back, she saw her crying.
Hotaru looked back ahead as Raina and Eryn reached the edge of the woods, Raina going up in to the trees while Eryn began scouting for a reasonably unnoticeable spot for them to be able to set up some kind of camp. He found a nice boulder that jutted out at an angle from the ground, leaning against two large, thick bodied trees, "Here," He waved to the others, "We should be able to make a fire here without anyone from the village being able to see," he called before landing in the small space behind it.
Hotaru came up, gently setting Mary down against a rock, raising a brow as she saw Eryn putting little strips of paper around the area in a circle, "What are you doing?" she raised a brow at him, moving to grab some pieces that would make good firewood.
"It's not actual magic or anything, but I used to carry this scent on me when I was traveling and I found nothing ever bothered me in the woods while I had it," Eryn rubbed the back of his head, "Everything little bit counts, right?" he mumbled, clearly just trying to help in anyway he could.
Hotaru sighed, "I can guess why nothing comes up," she muttered, setting the sticks in a pile and it dawned on him that she could smell it and went to pick it up, "Leave it. It's fine," she waved it off, using a quick fireball to start the fire.
"Alright," Eryn murmured, standing near Mary, putting his hands behind his back to try and not get in anyone's way.
When Larel and Mera reached the group, she got down from his back, sitting next to her sister with a sigh, Raina landing on the boulder above them, "It's clear for a few miles around as far as I can tell," Raina said as she sat down, her legs dangling over the side.
"You should get some rest," Eryn told Mera, who smirked a little at the fact he was still trying to dote on her in a way, "But seriously, you had to be carried, and you only allow that at extremes, so you really should get some slee-"
"I will, Eryn, relax," Mera motioned for him to sit down, "We should be fine here for the night. There's no way any of them can recover from that overnight," she said as she leaned her head back against the stone, giving a heavier sigh than before.
Mera raised a brow as they arrived where the others were seeing Kaori.... over Kaori's shoulder, "Well that's interesting," she mumbled as Eryn joined them.
"The one doing the carrying is that little fox thing," Eryn explained though Raina had her hand over her mouth, trying not to laugh about it.
"Where should we go?" Hotaru looked at them, "The next village would be obvious and even going back to the woods would be obvious too, but we'll have a better chance of hiding from them there," she said.
"There are more woods in that direction," Mera pointed one way, "I can't tell how far away anymore, but it's closer than the woods we came from," she said, looking around them.
"Then that's the way we're going. We can come up with a plan when we reach the safety of the trees," Raina said, turning, fixing her hood before taking off, heading in the direction that Mera had pointed.
"Right then," Eryn sighed a bit, looking back in the direction where his home had been, "I suppose it was time to move on anyways," he mumbled before turning and following after his sister.
"Hey, aren't we short a member?" Hotaru looked around, raising a brow. As much as Larel disliked Alari, he wasn't usually very far away, and she was sure she knew why.
"He must have found something else to entertain himself. I'm sure Mary contacted him too and he just didn't come, so let's go," Mera said simply, an edge to her voice.
Hotaru frowned a bit before turning and going after Raina and Eryn, getting by the tone of Mera's voice that waiting for Alari wasn't an option. She was glad to get away from here, hoping that maybe putting some distance between her and the person Mary had been attacking my decrease the strength Sybil seemed to currently have. Even dormant in the back of her mind, she had never felt Sybil quite like she did now, that she was another identity in her mind rather than just an unwelcome guest. She would have to stay on top of her thirst to try and keep her back, because it was definitely clear Sybil would do whatever she could to screw around with their minds, to try and break them and tear them apart just for the fun of it.
"I'm quite tired of this place," Mera pinched the bridge of her nose, "The faster we put it behind us, the better."

Thanos sat up in the alleyway, holding his head, "What the hell happened?" he grumbled, trying to figure out how he had gone from sitting by the entrance to the village, just relaxing to feeling like he'd gotten slammed by one of Mera's old hissy fits, when trees suddenly started thrashing about. He got up off the ground and balked as he saw the state of things. He hurried down one of the roads, looking around until he came across his father who was trying to get up.
Thanos looked around, gritting his teeth as he realized Mary must have had a moment and looked at the man on the ground in front of him, "Seems someone convinced her to spare you," he held up his hands, two walls of earth coming up on either side of him, "Good. Her hands shouldn't have to be the ones tainted by your blood," he clapped his hands together right as his father looked up at him, his eyes clearer than they had been since Mary was born, the demon having gone in to hibernating when Mary was trying to crush him, but Thanos wasn't going to take the chance of it coming back out. He didn't so much as flinch when the walls slammed together, blood splattering up to his feet.
Now he had to find where Mera and the others had gone before something else came after them. He started towards the outer rims of the village, trying to get a reading for any movement to see which way they had gone. However, his head was clouded, feeling like he'd stuck in a mud hole, and he couldn't get any bearings at all, "Damn," he sighed, rubbing the back of his neck, "This is going to take awhile."
Bah, that one was bad, but I seriously didn't know what else to do with it right now T_T
"I hate to ask you to do such a thing, but if I were to try and walk on my own, I would only slow everyone down," Mera sighed a bit, rubbing her forehead, taking a deep breath.
"You're light enough that I could carry you easily, it's not like you'll slow him down any," Hotaru said simply, "Honestly, I don't understand how you're so damned light, it's really not fair," she huffed, shaking her head.
"Are you seriously getting upset about my weight?" Mera raised a brow at her, putting a hand on her hip.
"Yes, because it just shouldn't be possible for anyone to be that light," Hotaru muttered.
Mera rolled her eyes before continuing, point towards the inn, "It's that way. It would be faster for us to head to them and just exit that way than to have the backtrack and have us waiting here when one of those guys down there manages to get back up," She motioned to the road below.
Hotaru nodded, "Alright," she murmured, looking towards Larel and Rin, then started moving forward, "I'll go ahead and go that way," she decided, and started towards the inn. Mary was still out like a light, deadweight as she didn't so much as stir to the movement or the sounds around her, "I'm gonna get drooled on, aren't I?" she sighed a bit as she realized just how dead to the world Mary was, "Crazy kid."

Raina landed in the window sill, looking in to the room.
"Ah, sister, good news I hope?" Eryn looked up at her, standing up slowly, having sat down against the door.
"Yes. Some strange girl showed up and managed to talk some sense in to Mary, but we're running on borrowed time. Mary managed to disable the enemy for a short period of time, but she's unconscious now and Mera can hardly stand up, so we're going on foot and we need to go now," She opened the window further, pointing out before heading up on to roof, looking around to make sure none of the enemies had managed to escape Mary's wrath, "Quickly you two," she said to them, not seeing anyone, but she didn't want to be sitting ducks waiting on the two of them if that fact happened to change.
Eryn took a deep breath, "Well.... this was certainly not how I expected today to go. It's been a long time since I've had to run away," he mumbled before going to the window, "Can you handle the run, Kaori, or would you like me to carry you?" he asked him, "I might not look it but I'm actually kind of strong," He chuckled a bit, nodding.
Mary closed her eyes when Rin started to talk about Mera, clenching her fists a bit as she brought up seeing Mera suffer all that time. She glanced over at her as she continued talking, flinching a little at the mention of Mera's tattoo. She put her hands to her face as her emotions started to bubble up and everything around them started shaking before there was a final burst of energy and she hit her knees, sobbing. All she had wanted was to do something to help her family, to end their suffering at the hands of that man. And if Alari really was gone, she wanted to make him pay for putting them in a situation that would cause that, that would not only take away a friend of hers, but to take away the person that had managed to unearth Mera's heart, to show her that it was okay to feel again. Why was it fair for that to be taken away again, because she knew when Mera found out, she would shut herself off again. All she wanted to get rid of the source of all their sadness. She hadn't thought about just how much sadness she would cause if that had been her final action, she couldn't see anything past her rage at the situation, even as Mera and Raina had been begging her to stop. Especially with Mera, all she could think was how she would look when she found out about Alari, how the life she had finally seen in her sisters eyes would vanish again. She bent down, putting her head against the rooftop as she cried, feeling a useless child all over again, watching idly as her siblings carried her away from danger.
Raina helped Mera up, the two getting over to Mary, and Mera gently pulled her close as Raina looked down to see what was going on below, "I think now is our best time to run," she looked at the others, "He's not dead, but he sure as hell isn't getting up for awhile," she said. True enough, the last moments of that pressure that Mary had put on the ones just below her hand caused their limbs to be broken and some other bones of the sort and the majority of them were unconscious.
Mera carefully helped Mary to remove the helm but Mary held up her hand, when Raina went to take it. The helm began to glow lightly and then disappeared, one of the rainbow flowers reappearing from the field that she had once given to Kaori, "Now he won't be able to find it again," She whispered, leaning against Mera who held her close, carefully stroking her hair. It was clear Mera was more worried about the damage done to her sister than the damage done to herself.
Raina sighed a bit, knowing that that was the main way the two of them were different, not the ability to use magic, "I'm going to go get Eryn and Kaori," she told them before starting back to the inn, figuring at the very least Eryn wouldn't leave, but she didn't know Kaori well enough to know if he was still there.
Hotaru walked over to Mera and Mary, offering her hand, "I can carry Mary," she offered, figuring Larel would prefer to help Mera since he had an aversion to Mary in general. Mera actually seemed a bit hesitant to let her go, looking down as Mary lightly toyed with the flower, not seeming to be paying any attention. She finally nodded and let Hotaru pick her up, putting her on her back. She looked over at Larel, relieved to see his wound had been healed from that swing- hitting organs or not, it almost hurt her as much it did them to have to watch them fight each other that way- and then she looked over to Rin, taking a deep breath, "Who are you really?" she asked, the exhaustion clear in her voice. She wanted some answers, "Of course don't mistake my asking that as not being grateful, because I am, but Alari was the only person I told of the reasons for that tattoo."
"I'd almost forgotten about that one," Mary mumbled, laying her head on Hotaru's shoulder, her eyes getting heavy, dropping the flower as she did.
"Which one are they talking about?" Hotaru raised a brow.
"One you haven't seen yet," Mera answered shortly before looking back at Rin, waiting for the answer to who she was, though she slowly managed to get back up off her feet, figuring they should get moving soon. She wasn't sure how much longer she could keep moving, considering how weak she felt, how heavy each of her limbs were, but she had to try
Hotaru was still upset about having stabbed him, regardless of not hitting anything vital, but she turned beat red when he said he had kissed her, regardless of the fact it had been Sybil he was actually acting towards. She was about to say something before the red glow appeared the girl showed up, healing his wound, "Um," she blinked as she left, "What?" she blinked before she heard the sounds in the distance as the buildings were coming down from pressure now, "I guess we should go see what's going on?" she blinked, looking at Larel, not sure what she should do at this point, her head still feeling fuzzy, "Or we should we head to the inn, I heard Mary say go there, or I think I did," she rubbed her forehead, trying to connect the dots. Usually she wasn't really in control when Sybil was so she didn't remember much of what happened, so it felt a little weird having some recollection of what was said to her, but not of hitting Larel, "And I'm still sorry about that," she motioned to where the wound had been, "Even if it was technically her, I wasn't careful and that's why she even got to do anything to start with," she shook her head at herself as she put her katana back where it went on her back. She made a motion towards where the others had gone figuring it was better to figure out what was going on.

Mary looked over towards the girl and Mera's heart sank seeing her eyes. They were completely red and and her irises had turned black, "We have to stop this now," she looked at Raina, not addressing the fact Alari's voice was coming out of the girl's mouth right now, "Don't let me fall, or I won't be able to hold this long enough," she said before spreading her feet and Raina moved behind her, supporting her weight as Mera held her arms out again, focusing on Mary. Two thick vines burst through the roof top next to her, groaning from being so close to the source of the pressure, moving slowly. One wrapped around Mary's neck, squeezing just enough to get her attention by cutting off her air. The pressure dropped considerably and the second vine went to get the helm, but instead of doing what she planned, it completely backfired. When the vine touched the helm, both whipped back away from Mary and Mera gasped as it felt like something punched her in the gut, putting her on the ground, coughing.
"Mary!" Raina shouted, getting a little frustrated as the pressure shot back up.
"I am going to make him pay!" Mary said firmly, the roof under her cracking and one of the buildings behind her collapsing, "He will never cause anyone else's unhappiness! He will never hurt anyone else I care about!" she stomped her foot and a wave went out, knocking Raina on her backside, almost winding her as well. The gem started to turn colors from its original clear, turning black, "I don't care how it hurts me if that man is gone!" she shouted towards the girl before looking back down, narrowing her eyes as she forced the pressure to increase, red starting to run down her cheeks from her eyes.
Mera tried to push herself back up, at least to her hands on her knees, but her head was ringing and she couldn't feel her connection to the earth at the moment, which left her feeling even more out of sorts, "Damn it..." She panted, putting her hand to her mouth as she tasted the faintest hint of the coppery liquid, "I'm not going to let you do this," she forced herself up on to her feet, pushing against the pressure to move closer to her.
"Why are you trying to stop me?!" Mary demanded from her, "Do you know what he's done?!"
"I know a lot of it," Mera said, "But he's already taken too many people I care about away," She reached towards her, "If you keep doing this, you're going to let him take someone else- Mary, even Mother said not to use that, that it could kill you if you didn't use it properly! It wasn't meant for this! Please stop!" Mera begged her and Mary seemed a little unsure seeing the blood on her sisters lips, knowing that was her fault.
"If I stop now, he'll come here and he'll hurt all of you!" she said, turning back around, though the pressure seemed a bit more focused down below. Not feeling the pressure on her actually caused Mera to fall as she wasn't expecting the sudden shift.
Hotaru arrived at that point, catching Mera before she went off the side of the building when she fell, setting her down as she looked over at Mary, "I've got a quick solution unless someone else has a different plan that doesn't involve me having to knock her out," she said, looking over at Larel and the strange girl
Mary had woke hearing Eryn being so loud but had kept quiet, trying to go back to sleep, but she saw the scene that Jin showed them. She put her hand to her mouth, trying very hard to fight back the wave of emotions that hit her as she realized Alari had resigned himself to his fate, "He...." Raina and Eryn looked a bit alarmed hearing her choked up voice, "He didn't need to do that," Mary grit her teeth as tears stung at her eyes.
"I-I'm sure he had a back up plan," Raina said quickly, "Y-your friend just said it, he-he would just up and.. you know," she really didn't want to say the word.
"And a-as he said, if there's someone waiting, he'll come back, We'll all be waiting, especially you and Mera," Eryn said with a nod, "S-so just-"
"I could have done something!" Mary grabbed her head and Raina grabbed Kaori pushing him to Eryn, who moved Kaori behind him.
"Don't run, ok, but just stay behind me," Eryn whispered as Raina moved in front of Mary.
"I could have helped somehow!"
"We don't know that, Mary!" Raina flinched as a pulse of energy escaped Mary, "Calm down, Mary!"
Nothing Raina was saying was reaching her and Mary grabbed the helmet piece, jerking it on as Raina tried to take it from her.
"Mary, please stop!"
Mary stood up, disappearing as Raina went to grab her.
"Shit. Shitshitshitshitshit!" Raina punched the wall before opening the window, "You two do not move. If I come back here and you're not here I will kick your asses myself," she growled before climbing out the window, going on to the rooftops.

Mary raised her brows seeing the tactic used and Sybil's eyes went wide as she tried to pull against the shadows, growling a bit as she ended up swallowing the blood. She made a quick jerk of her head, smacking her forehead against Larel's so she could pull away from him, "Just you wait, you damn whelp, next time you won't be so damned lucky that I didn't stab you in the heart," she sneered, but her face dropped, the orange fading from her eyes,
Hotaru blinked, seeing completely dazed as she came back around but her senses quickly kicked in when she felt the sword in her grip and she went wide-eyed seeing where it was. She looked at Larel, horrified, mistaking the blood that had gone down his chin from forcing it in to her mouth as his own since she had no idea what just happened, She tried to pull away but realized not only did he have her but the shadows had her too,
Mera sighed figuring she didn't really need to worry anyone at this point about them but Zenmaru's answer didn't help her worry about what happened to Alari. She tensed as she felt the pulse in the air, "Mary," she whispered, jumping a bit as Raina landed beside her, out of breath from pushing herself so quickly, "Raina? What's going on here?"
"Mary's gone and lost it, I'll explain why later, but right now, we've got to reign her in before she hurts herself," Raina quickly said as she stood up.
"Well, where is she?" Mera demanded before another pulse hit them. Mera rushed forwards towards the source of it, Raina right behind her. If Alari really was no longer among them, even if for a short while, the cuffs would be nullified as he had the key. Mera probably wouldn't catch on right away because of her need to stop Mary, but it wouldn't take too terribly long before she caught on.
Mary was back where they had been before they went to the hotel, looking down at her father, who was still having his people look for the helm. She grit her teeth as she looked at him, "This is all your fault," she muttered angrily and the gem started to glow, the buildings around her cracking under the pressure and he looked up before feeling a bone crushing pressure set in on him, everyone around him hitting their knees as he tried to fight it, "I'll make you pay," she yelled down at him, her eyes already bloodshot from what she had done throughout the day.
Mera and Raina felt it too as they came up to her and Mera ended up taking a knee as well, her body already mostly tapped out as well, "Of course she's trying to squash him," she panted as Raina offered her a hand up. It was everything the two of them could do to stand up and try and get closer to her, especially since the pressure Mary was pushing down on their father seemed to be getting more intense by the second.
"Mary, you've got to stop!" Mera called out to her, but she definitely wasn't even aware anything had been said in her direction
Raina gave a slight eye roll as he mentioned rooting for her from a distance but she put her hands on her hips as she decided to address a different part of what he had said, "Who is this Oji-san and what's happened to him to cause that look on your face? I'm asking because if he's cared enough to worry about my sister, then she'll care enough to be heart broken if something happens to him, so I'd like to be prepared for that amount of emotional instability. If she has been using her powers this much, tipping her over the edge could cause some serious repercussions and I'm not going to be as comfortable with her trying to use her abilities to transport us," she said, shaking her head.
She went over to the window as she spoke, looking out to see if she could see where any of their enemies were, hating that she lacked the ability to see where they were in the way Mera and Thanos could, but her senses were well honed to try and see it in a different way. There came a knock at the door and she grabbed a blade from her side, but she relaxed hearing Eryn's voice quickly telling her it was him in their tongue before he came inside.
"I got Mary's message, and I'm hoping Sybil's too preoccupied to act on the fact she probably got it too," Eryn said as he came in to the room, "What's going on?" he asked as he saw Kaori and he looked to Raina, his brows drawing close.
"Mary's going to try and get us all out of here and away from Father, which I would prefer not doing it, but we've really not go a whole range of options. I just hope that this Oji-san this Kaori fellow mentioned is alright because-"
"Has something happened to him?!" Eryn suddenly sounded quite alarmed, "No, no, no, that can't be- what could have happened already?!" he put his hand to his head, "He's coming back right?!"
"Who the hell is he?" Raina arched a brow. Eryn responded in their tongue, sounded quite distraught and Raina looked surprised, "Oh," then horrified, "Oh, shit."

"This is a horrible idea," Mera hissed at Zenmaru, "The only reason I'm not intervening is because I am completely tapped out with these damned things on, cause I could careless if you tried to stop me at that point," she spat at her, "Pitting them against each other- even with Sybil in control, Hotaru will never forgive herself for so much as having raised a finger against the people she cares about, regardless of who wins," she looked over at them, "And he shouldn't have to be doing this either, it's unnecessary stress to the whole situation and you're adding it because you're a manipulative little shit," she growled as she glared at her.
Sybil sneered a bit, "Fine by me," she turned, taking off at him, ducking down as she got right on him, curving up to go under his arms, aiming to drive the katana in to his gut, though something caused her to hesitate for just a second- putting an angry scowl on her face, and causing her to put more strength behind the jab. She wasn't counting on him being quick to react- betting on some kind reaction to him seeing the face of his friend coming at him, regardless of all the schpeel that Zenmaru had just said about not seeing friend or anything like that. She was counting on the predictability of humans she had tormented in the past. But she also hadn't been expecting Hotaru to be able to cause even the slight hesitation that she had- she had forgot that she had spent most of her life as a human rather than as the pureblood- which would have caused her to act swifter, especially considering that the vampires had been treated worse than the gypsies at one point or another.
Mera visibly tensed up, wanting to intervene, her fists clinched. She looked at Zenmaru as another thought came to her mind, "What are you even doing out like this? What's going on that you would be able to create a manifestation of any kind?" she meant to make it harsh like a demand, but she was aware that Alari had some control over that seal and therefore how much Zenmaru could actually do and if he had allowed this... worry was what mostly dominated her voice, her emotions too open for her own tastes considering the level of exhaustion she had reached and after she had spent the evening trying to be more honest about how she felt and all that it was hard to quickly wrap it all up, especially when her own kin were coming after her. Her heart ached at the thought of it all collapsing on her at that moment and it was everything she could do to remain looking severe, not needing Zenmaru harassing her over her stupid emotions right now.
"Whatever you're doing, Mary, you're going to have to do it quickly," Raina whispered, "And discreetly as fucking possible."
Mary looked around, a little out of breath from teleporting Raina, not completely at her best to start with, before putting her hands on both of them and focusing. In a flash they were inside a building and Raina was up, barricading the door as Mary lay on the floor, putting her hands to her head, "Never done that one before...." she sighed as she got her bearings back. She sat up slowly before looking out the window, "Everyone, come to the inn," she put her fingers to her temple , rubbing as her head was starting to hurt again. She had no idea anything had happened with Hotaru, that Sybil had taken her over, and had also sent the message to her to come that way, however, she did notice that it didn't feel as if she had contacted everyone she intended to, "Don't worry, Kaori, I'm going to get us all away from here as quickly as I can," she gave him a weak smile, sitting down against the wall, "I'm just going to nap until everyone gets here," she mumbled as she closed her eyes.
"She's been using her abilities too much, hasn't she?" Raina looked at him, letting down her hood. Her hair, unlike her practical doppleganger of a sister, was short, almost like a boys, but it had been growing back out and had a slight frayed appearance to it since it had been in the hood so long, "I'm going to strangle Mera for not taking better care of her," she muttered, putting her hands on her hips.

Sybil raised a brow at what Alari did, scoffing when he vanished and looked at Thanos as he all but flailed because of Alari's explosion of Ki in his face, "Pathetic, brother, pull yourself together," She spat him before taking off after Mera's scent. She raised a brow as she got Mary's message in her head, sneering though when Mera and Larel came in to sight, "There you are," she stopped just a little ways from them, taking a deep breath, then scowled as she saw the bodies everywhere, "Desperate much?" she looked at the two of them, "But by making her more thirsty, you're not helping your case any and I just happen to have a bit more control than some untrained pure blood leech," she clenched her fists before starting towards them again, "By the way, I might just mention to those down below that your sister is waiting for you at the inn- guess she didn't get the memo that I'm back in the game," she glanced down as she moved closer still to them before several vines shot up, grabbing a hold of her arms, pulling them back and slamming her in to the roof top.
"You're going to have to make her drink the blood," Mera looked at Larel before slamming Sybil again, "If we want to avoid having to actually fight her in Hotaru's body, we have to allow Hotaru to get full control again and she can't do that if she's been starving this whole evening," she said before looking towards Sybil as she got up, dusting off pieces of the roof that had stuck to her.
"I'm not about to let you end my fun that quickly," Sybil narrowed her eyes again before crouching and leaping forwards, landing a few feet back from them, pulling out Hotaru's katana, spinning it around as she looked back and forth between Larel and Mera, ready to move if they so much as twitched, her own fingers twitched just a bit as she itched to be able to fight them, "C'mon then," she looked at Larel, "I'll kill'er if you don't do something, and you don't which her I mean either," she put the sword to her throat, "As fun as it is to watch you all squirm when I use her," she pressed the blade against her skin, drawing blood, "I'll kill her just to see you break," that wicked grin returned to her face as she waited for his reaction
Sorry if my posts are a little lack luster. I'm trying to not too much and cut off places for you to be able to react to what's happening, like with Alari and Sybil and Thanos. I figured Alari might try and do something if he's able with that whole situation so I didn't have Sybil take off immediately to give that chance to happen if you wanted it
