Oh shit I totally forgot they could. Well I wouldn't use their powers anyway, it's pointless to give this character random powers. They're just human puppets I'll use as tools for long fights to be honest. I'll just add next to the jutsu "Doesn't have past powers". I'll also limit their independence to one minute and the amount of zombies to two or three as I think my character is loaded enough as it is.

Body flicker isn't intended for in battle as the rules clearly state. However I can't resist the "poof" shit they always pull in the anime to get away from dumb non-fight situations. In other words, it's decoration (srsly, anyone who thinks constant teleportating is a good idea in fights needs to die.)
Yeah I can also limit it to two corpses per fight, I don't mind any limitations for the zombies you bring upon me. However I fail to see how it's close to Edo Tensei other than involving zombies. They die in like two hits (and barely do jack shit), Edo Tensei have like millions of powers and never die. o;

Well it's more as to what Syn has planned. I don't really know much as of now and I won't spoil here the little that I do know. My character is here to support his grand scheme, otherwise I'd pick an alliance because freelancing is boring and slightly egotistical. (And yes I've talked to Syn, I hope you and I can collaborate plot wise soon as well :D)

Personality: Eikou is a very odd man, the kind of man you'd see dressed in classic 30's suit in the 21st century streets of Washington DC, but of course his bizare trends wouldn't end in just clothes. Indeed, we can consider his behavior as eccentric, with his foremost difference from the general mass being his high interest for the current villages at war, despite not being part of their population. He actually doesn't seem to fear the possibilities of being persecuted for entering villages at war or walking through a current conflict caused by inner or outer tensions of the villages. Oh no, he actually appears quite careless at times, as he always kept his own good time to do things, and in style. Yes, style is also something important for the man. If he were to serve someone a drink or massacre a bunch of foot soldier shinobis, he would always attempt his best to do it in style with impressive timing and elegance. Bonus points for getting zero stains on his black clothes.

Many would qualify Eikou as a good man, he usually smiles when adressed and never mistreats those who are not a threat or are a problem to him in some way. In reality he is very genuine when it comes to this characteristic, he isn't a sociopath - far from it, he truly cares and is happy to be of a joyful presence to the innocent. But this is never reflected in his fights as he doesn't hesitate to butcher his opponents for the "beauty of the climax". He is indeed ruthless, especially when he's given the ordre to dispose of certain individuals. When it comes to superiors, he's very obediant and gives priority to manners before anything else. Some might compare him to a butler, others think he's just a maniac hiding behind a civilized shell. In the end however, he's one hell of a creepy man.

Village: Soragakure

History/Background: Mister Savato is originally from a rather small country far away from the bamboo and the ash conflict, where everything was simpler and war never was in the benefit of their neighbors. Despite Eikou's inner joy of being in a sfae place where Shinobi had but a very weak importance due to the poor rate of criminals and international conflicts, he was bored of the same old train of life. Hence why at the age of fourteen, after graduating basic academy and trainee degress in his village's shinobi education system, he went off to discover himself. When he was in training, it was obvious he had poor shinobi talent, though he gave enough effort to manage to pass most coarses. He was too frail for taijutsu, didn't seem to have much of an affinity with genjutsu and his ninjutsu was crippled by his weak chakra stamina and his poor control at the time. But one thing helped him: Detail. He was veru precise with things and always won contests regarding shuriken jutsu and other things regarding reflexion and accuracy (both physically and mentally). So he was considered bright, but of poor use in higher tier categories.

During his journey, he became an actor with a passion for different cultural art. He simply loved to re-enact certain historical events and folklore as well as fictional litterature or even his fellow actor's improvised little scenes just for the heck of it. Indeed, as he traveled with a constantly growing group of gypsy-like wanderers, he became more and more keen with social interaction and understanding how to communicate with individuals from different origins. And this is how he discovered puppeteering. As his presentations became more and more packed with innovation. His poor ninjutsu expertise came into play as he discovered that puppets also offered interesting shows which would more than please people away from the deserts and whom have almost never seen these objects act as if they were alive.
Despite Eikou's dislike for the complexity in the machinery of the puppets, he managed to handle the basic functions, though after a few trials he quickly understood that he had a better comprehension of the human body and how to apply such a concept on it rather than on machines, like a child who would have a hard time with maths but be a complete master when it came to biology practice. He was just like that, and thus as he innovated more and more, he made his actor's actions much more "alive", sometimes over the top and sometimes perfectly natural, things that alone they would have a lot of trouble to prepare.

At the age of 19, Eikou's little travels ended for some odd reason, leaving his crew out of the blue apparently in ordre to accomplish something he had never talked about. Some say he wanted to try something else in life, others say he's desperately searching for something important, but the truth is nobody knows what he is truly doing other than those hidden in the shadows of what many people consider of a divine world. He is still seen traveling alone from time to time, but only to reach specific villages involved in things that can be linked one to another. His abilities have so far allowed him to remain completely harmless to the eyes of anyone who knew him in the past and would meet him in the present.

Tools/Weapons:

He has a vast arsenal of basic stuff thanks to this shit. Thi ranges from kunais to explosive tags to simple scrolls. Glory to the aristocrates.
He does cherish however a selection of five identical katanas he has named "Elsa Maria" which have the exact same black design with petal-like patterns on the hilt and sheath. They aren't particularily good at anything and he's never seen with them as he summons them too. These are usually used to give weapons to his clones or even himself if he's down to a certain point. With Eikou, the use of tools can be very different from one would expect.

However he does wield a specific tool which appears to ba rather practical for combat purposes, and that would be monocle. Indeed, this item allows Eikou to perceive chakra as an Uchiha would with the sharingan without the sight enhancement. It also prevents weak genjutsu from affecting Eikou's left eye, genjutsu from non-specialists or generally weak ones which involve sight.

Chakra Nature: Lightning

Kekkei Genkai: Chakra Hone
Description: Although not specifically a bloodline limit, this is a kind of ability that isn't possible to attain unless one would be both apt at doing so and having the motivation to go through tough self improvement. But the fact that very few people can hone chakra this way makes it a form of Kekkei Genkai.
Chakra hone "sharpens" one's chakra to a point where it is "very thin". This has two effects, the first is very general and affects the entire chakra reserves of the user. Their chakra is so refined that it isn't detectable by traditional means (sensory and such), making the use appear as if he doesn't have chakra at all.
The second effect is very unique to Eikou as it allows him to use the chakra threads in a way that they can be teated as monomolecular razor wires capables of slicing through almost anything with rare limitations (usually with chakra or UNBREAKABLE items). However in ordre to slice, both edges of the wires must be stretched in ordre to bind a target and completely cut. This can be done in multiple ways. It must be said that blunt approaches and non-precise ninjutsu (usually elemental) attacks will not affect any of the threads used, such as it will easily "slice" through fire or wind and barely be affected.
The wires can be cut by strong blade but can easily regenerate. These wires are also visibly blue and can thus be seen by the naked eye. Like the chakra threads, they are like an extension of the user and don't have too many limitations to their movements.

Effect: This simple ability allows Eikou to produce many threads and detach them from his fingertips a they wrap around his palm or arm (or anywhere as long as they held still). They remain passive in this state, and will not have any effects if they are touched by the adversary unless they are manipuated in a specific way. Because they aren't connected to the fingertips, they cannot perform any kind of precise task such as puppeteering or targeting specific parts in order to latch them on there. However an already connected wire/thread can be put in this passive state and be manipulated in a very simplistic, poorly accurate way (relatively speaking, of course, for a puppet master).

Effect: Using the Skillful achievement with a human body, the user can attach a thread to a member of their target and depending on their chakra levels as stamina, more and more chakra threads can be placed. More specifically, after a usage of 25% of their chakra and some use of stamina, a member can be freely taken over and neglect the target's commands. More and more strings can be freely attached as the chakra levels lower.
The user can also attach one and have it effective if their hand has physical contact with the opponent, which will be able to impose not one but two threads. Up to thre threads set on the body, the user can lock them on the arm for instance and litteraly lift them in the air and drag them as they please.
Weakness: Although invisible, one can easily understand that the wires are causing this upon seeing Eikou's techniques. Thus cutting near where they would guess the threads are would work wonders.

Effect: This time the razor wires are hurled toward the adversary with a shining white light covering the wires to make them even more visible. They will pierce nearly everything, especially Chakra, but they remain cutable. If one wire pierces the flesh, a powerful discharge will temporarily paralyze the target. Although short, it will only take a second for the rest to do so. If they all his different parts of the body, the target will be shocked again and submitted rather quickly. If it only hits a member, the member will be completely paralyzed and then rendered completly helpless to Eikou's will. Eikou can force the target to use the chakra thread technique through forced usage of jutsu on themselves if an arm is the only member affected.
If this technique completely subdues the target, a seal with the form of a lightning bolt forms on both of their hands, as it acts as a form of restraint that prevents them from using chakra without electrifying them to paralysis again.
Weakness: The best way to counter it is to of couse, prevent it (dodging and mostly cutting the wires). CASTING this technique costs a lot of chakra too as it is a very precise and powerful one, so it is to be rarely used, and missing can cost a lot. Possession of the leg is the least dangerous part as it doesn't open for self-restraint.

Effect: This technique requires the sacrifice of Eikou's remaining chakra, as little as it may be, but it is considered an all or nothing. As this is done, a bizarre entity emerges from nothing behind Eikou, a creature resembling a skinny wooden doll with an enlarged head, hands and feet. It has no mouth, small ears, one large green eye en overall shadowy figure. It seems to always have its arms opened and threads escape its fingertips which latch themselves on Eikou's body. Eikou's mind suddenly becomes linked to the creature's, and his body becomes his own puppet. The body itself is immune to pain, but it is still alive, thus hitting something vital can easily end this. However, the joints and many bones are broken, as well as muscles are shredded, to make this doll the perfect figure to be its master's plaything. It will continuously attack its enemies until they are dead or either the heart or head is destroyed.
However, it must also be pointed out that blood no longer flows in the body and is only kept alive by the entity, which makes the heart and head the only real targets. If all the opponents are defeated, large wounds are sown back together by the entity with its remaining power but all bones remain broken, leaving Eikou unable to battle, despite having finished the battle.
The body is able to hold one more minute without its head of heart, as a form of final vendetta to take down the enemy with it. The entity itself is completely intangable, like the Death God as well as its threads.
Weakness: The body isn't able to use techniques outside of close range attacks or throwing weapons, making it easier to handle. It cannot be outlasted, but considering its attacks are limited, one can easily adapt to it and prevent unnecessary losses by keeping up with the rythm.

It's so bad that it is good. Not that I want to bring back an old running joke but I've been planning to make a character based off this guy for a long time now. And yes I do know the limits, but I am warning you, if his fate resides in getting eaten by walkers, he's totally screaming: "You're tearing me apart, Walkers!".

Hello, I'm happy to see a successful walking dead RP series.

If I'm allowed, I'm posting a character. However this character is special, but not in the "I want 1000000 advantages and boost my unwarranted self-importance" kind of way. I've always wondered how it would turn out if they've added this kind of character (actor) into the TV series. Anyway, is head GM okay with this monstrosity? (I'll be frank, I just want this guy to make shit fun and cause trouble)

Johnny Wiseau

Name : Johnny Wiseau

Age : 39

Skill : Johnny is a rather odd individual whom the specialties leave many perplexed on his sanity. Indeed for his biggest talent remains in his ability to violently throw water bottles at the ground. However this has led him to become a champion football player who sees every round object as some football ball (even though the balls are not really that round). He is thus a relatively strong athlete who can beat up a few walkers, especially when he gets mad. He has a strong throw too.

Weapon:
-A baseball bat, because why not?
-A basic police pistol he tried to kill himself with as he remembered how bad his movie was
-Doggy, Johnny's noble Prague Ratter which he actually called Doggy. Doggy is fierce toward humans but doesn't attack walkers unless they directly engage with Johnny. It is generally weak but very vicious and persistent. Like any dog-owner relationship, their bond is strong.
-A full water bottle, because they should not be underestimated (This is a joke if anyone is wondering)

Personality : Let's be straight and direct here, Johnny is nothing less than crack addict lookalike. He seems completely disconnected from the world sometimes and very passive but when confronted with assholes or general danger he can get very angry and start calling his adversaires chicken, only to proceed to illustrating what a chicken would do in this situation. He also has this tendancy to vomit out extremely ambiguous replies or questions to the people around him, sometimes that would regard their sex life (women be warned). Other than that he's a nice guy who aways appreciates good company and adventures toward joyful survival.

Bio : Johnny was an actor before the outbreak, being a famous start worldwide while keeping his very mysterious nationality a secret. Indeed, many fans have wondered where his accent would come from but no one has even found out. The moment the outbreak happened he was petting his Doggy for three hours straight, enjoying every moment of it. He was just about to practice his bottle throwing when the outbreak took place, and thus Johnny's quest for suvival started. Now he's in New Orleans for... Some reason? He wanted a vacation maybe?
