Needs more Nightrunner.
Needs less fodder clans.
Needs more explosions.
Ruri Zuodian

The wait had lasted more than five minutes, making it 'unbearably long' for Ruri who started to pace from the right edge of the gate to the left edge, often stepping on her refined kimono out of lack of care. It was anyone's guess that she wasn't very patient, no matter what she had to wait for, she couldn't just stand around and not get what she wanted right away. This was getting embarrassing too, just standing there in front of a clan's territory like she was some kind of psychotic stalker didn't make her feel at ease whenever she'd feel people looking at her while passing by. But the worst hard yet to come, some blonde chick had stopped on her tracks as she noticed the overexerted so they could confront each other.

"Ruri, right? Would you mind telling the boy you’re undoubtedly hear to see to meet me at the fifth training field in the TOMORROW MORNING."

The exposed teen couldn't help but look at the adult in a weird manner, eyebrow arched as a sign of slight confusion fused with a tint of nonchalance, as if she was indirectly saying 'Girl, I ain't your messenger-bitch'. Though Ruri also recognized her as one of those Granite Guards she was supposed to become better than in not too long, so she couldn't simply consider them as mere peasants from the get go. Nonetheless, Ruri was preparing one of those sassy hostile-like replies that wouldn't reply negatively to the demand, but make it clear that she wasn't going to take much more from her, despite her ranking. Before any air could come out of the teen's mouth, her ego was struck hard by the following reply.

"Thanks."

Ruri didn't even say a thing and that woman just left like she owned the place. Ruri was left dumbfounded for a second there, she was shocked that such obviously low-classed people could talk her down like this. She blushed out of sheer embarrassment, feeling slightly dominated. The only thing preventing her from getting into a catfight was fear of of getting in even more trouble and getting her ass handed to her by someone with recognized skills. But cursed with immense rage, then only real determining factor that prevented her all out assault on the woman was her kimono. It was just that cumbersome when she tried to run and do certain movements, so she let that one pass.

"Tch, bitch."

She muttered to herself, not wanting to catch her attention. Kanajiro was going to take a serious verbal beating because of all of this. Speaking of the devil, as this little scene ended, Ruri's primary target had stepped out of his household and was walking toward her. She smirked, at least now she could release some steam on a poor innocent soul who had the audacity to make her wait more than one minute. As he introduced himself with some polite sentences to greet her, Ruri couldn't help but be irritated by every single attempt he made to appear correct. Not only that, but he smelled like he had sweated a bit, his clothes seemed clean but it was obvious he had done a certain level of effort beforehand.

"Yeah, no shut up. I just wanted to remind you of how much of a homo you are. And that you smell like crap. Ugh, dude you suuuuuck."

It was a combo of senseless insults, but anyone who knew her understood that she needed to release some steam because of X reason. Plus it was hard to be offended by her when insults were free and unrelated to what was going on. Ruri was quite surprised when Kanajiro grabbed her by the arm. A man touching her like that without her permission? Such unwarranted brutality bestowed on her being without actually crossing the line of violence? She liked this, though she would prefer it being her doing this and not the contrary, but it didn't matter, it was more fun than sticking around and talking after all. When he let go she started to speak again.

"Kanajiro you retarded pigeon, stop trying to affirm you virility. It's just gone my friend! Plus some blonde-bitch from the Granite whatever wants to see you at some training field tomorrow morning, the fifth or something."

They walked for a little while through the streets until her stomach released a mighty growl. Placing her hand on her belly, she noticed that it was already passed lunch time, and the best would likely be to walk back home. After all she wasn't going to do with typical restaurants nearby.

"Dude, I'm hungry. Walk me home like the semi-gentleman you are and maybe you'll get something nice in your life."

It was her turn to be a little dominant in this leisurely walk a she didn't grab her arm but his shirt collar and dragged him through a block in a jogging pace just to mess with Kanajiro some more before stopping in front of the Zuodian mansion. There she'd let go and let him have his say in the matter, but not before pulling a Kariru on him. Upon releasing the collar, the same oppressing hand had its index finger flick the boy's nose out of nowhere. She giggled and took a few steps back toward her mansion's front porch, blowing him a kiss as the nice thing she promised before swiftly entering her house. She left Kanajiro outside, alone, probably hungry too and a few minutes away from his home. It was a mission that had succeeded.

Inside her home, she was immediately greeted with a slap across the left cheek. Despite the strength of the hit, it didn't make her fall over or lose her balance, no she was used to getting into trouble. She simply flinched and her head took a swing with the hand, only turning back slowly so she could glace back at her father. He had that same, annoyed frown from before, making it much harder for Ruri to keep her cool. A little smile formed on her face, which earned her a second slap, this time she didn't screw around anymore. Her cheeks were marked and would likely leave a small bruise on each cheek, but it didn't matter. She wasn't mistreated at all at her home, she simply got slaps whenever it was necessary but they were never enough to compensate how spoiled she really was. Once this little correction session was over, she was dismissed to the dining room where she had her lunch. The rest of the day was dull, she didn't do much, went outside to test out a few paper bombs, or just simply making things she found laying around explode. It passed the time and well, she at least prepared herself for tomorrow.

THE NEXT DAY

Once again, Ruri had one of these ring fights with her alarm clock, but this time she had managed to gather enough willpower to get up, her legs felt a bit numb, almost paralyzed, drowning five extra minutes down the slacking drain so she could motivated herself to stand up. Following her morning ritual, she dressed herself with a black T-shirt behind her white vest combined with white, silk gloves. Along with these came a white miniskirt followed by a pair of black stocking she wear along with the mandatory shinobi black sandals. He look was rather simple yet still high class in her perspective, all that was missing was her trademark black peaked cap, something barely anyone would ever see in these parts.

Once prepped, she checked if all her deat- shinobi tools were prepped for the meeting that was supposed to take place. As she skipped out of her house, while expected, she was surprised to see her servant greet her in front of a carriage maneuvered by a horse. After all, Ruri did not know where the meeting place was but the Tsuchikage's associates did a good job in noticing the Zuodian residents without directly confronting Ruri. The trip was quick and the chauffeur dropped her at the designated meeting place, that being the monument. Who was she going to be with? Would she have to deal with peasants or was there going to be some adequate level by her standards? She asked herself so many questions and almost felt nervous. Upon arriving at the monument that was especially crowded the other day, the rich child stepped out of the wooden carriage and looked around to find anybody noticeable. The chauffeur stuck around, making sure nothing would go wrong during the process.
Ruri's bedroom - 2 hours until the funeral starts

What a good night Ruri Zuodian was having with her comfy, king size bed in her gargantuan yet still completely messy bedroom. Her alarm clock, set on the wooden night table adjacent to the bed started to ring as sunlight entered the dark room through the window she had left open all night. The machine just kept ringing and ringing and this was accompanied with the many footsteps that could be heard, notifying Ruri that the domestics had started working already. But that didn't matter, because for her today didn't mean anything, there wasn't any academy because she had graduated an tutorship stopped for a month now. As a response to the never ending torment brought by the contraption, she smashed it with her fist. This not only turned it off, it broke it for good, but she didn't care, all she wanted was to sleep and just drift away for all the problems in the world. Of course, she was inconsiderate enough to forget about the event that would occur that very morning. Perhaps this sleep would bring upon some wisdom to this bad seed's head.

Ruri's bedroom - 45 minutes until the funeral

She suddenly bounced off her bed, the movement had hurt her head in the process because of hos sudden it was and left her neck a bit sore, and skipped rather quickly to check what time it was on the big clock glued to the building near her window. She was indeed pretty late for an occasion she couldn't miss, otherwise her dad would give her one of those old fashioned spankings.

"Fuck. FUCK! Why didn't that piece of shit work right?!"

She ran up to kick the alarm clock she had broken an hour back out of rage she had to release. Of course, she blamed the alarm clock just to convince herself she isn't in the wrong and everything was going against her today. She was going to be late, that's for sure, with all the pampering she needs to actually feel presentable during events. That and dress choosing was something that could last up to an hour with her. Skipping to the bathroom, she took a twenty minute long shower, and then invested twenty more minutes in beauty products and hair brushing. Yes, she only had five minutes to get dressed and run to the funeral to get there on time. But was she going to do something inventive and interesting to get to the funeral efficiently? Yeah no, although she made the effort to select her set of clothes in fifteen minutes, she was still going to be horribly late. She had chosen a white kimono to cover the entirety of her body, a type of kimono that made it evident that she wasn't from the typical middle class, something her daddy bought her a few months back for such occasions actually. She had also stuck a little white flower on her head to add to the charm, or maybe just to turn more heads.

The Funeral - -20 minutes until it starts

She had jogged to get there before it had ended entirely, the Tsuchikage was finishing his speech and the Granite Guards were all noticeable at the front. She bumped against the masses to meet up with her father up front. Old man Zuodian didn't seem to happy, he actually had one of those hilarious frowns on her face coupled with his black mustache, Ruri had trouble hiding her giggle, the only thing keeping her from bursting into laughter was the inevitable beating she was going to take if she actually mocked him. The rest of the ceremony went by and Ruri didn't hide her boredom, yawning and looking away from the main elements of the event. People crying didn't affect her, she actually had barely any empathy for the people dead so why would she care about those who weren't dead? This felt dumb and pointless to her. They were dead, so what? No point in forcing an entire village to meet up, they weren't THAT important to everyone. Especially not to Ruri. When it all ended, she swiftly jumped in the crowd so her dad wouldn't snag her beforehand and she ran off in the streets of Iwa.

"I feel cheeky today. Maybe I should go see that faggot Kanajiro, it's been a while since I saw that ass's face."

She said to herself like the psycho bitch she was, the malicious expression on her face meant everything when it came to her thoughts and premeditated desire to mess with her old classmate and fellow non-peasant. Indeed, she didn't enjoy being around the typical "normal people" of Iwa, since she's part of the few aristocratic families of the village she did not find much amusement in interacting with people of the lower levels. Seeing them as mediocre in value, she's often known for how much of a bitch she is to people just by having a first glance at them, and stigmatized those who didn't even dress as would members of her family. Kanajiro had a position of power in a pretty influential clan, meaning he was exactly the type of person she'd sought to have basic conversations with.

After a short walk, she noticed many Hanamoto had returned to their main mansion already, but none of those who went by the front gate looked like Kanajiro. She didn't want the peasants of her powerful friend, she wanted the cool guy she could somehow relate to yet still qualify him of every possible insult imaginable. Either way, she was bored, and didn't have anything better to do than to wait. After all it was either that or return home for a slap on the face. She was contemplating the idea of blaming all of this on a servant, inventing the fact that one of the had the task to wake her up because the alarm clock was broken. But Ruri hated lies, and that would most likely lead to bad things for the servant, something that Ruri didn't want in her conscience for some odd reason. She waited, back against the gate near the entrance of the Hanamoto's mansion's gate, arms crossed and cleavage well exposed to welcome the slow Kanajiro.
I hope you suffer Hillan and you burn like the self-righteous meat ball you are. You and your endless resources of Ikea.
Alright, I wouldn't want to break immersion. So I'll probably make a new character, later.
Actually the bulimia thing is to justify the weak stamina and weak physical condition. The only reason I took this is because I have a clearer idea as to how it functions because I do see it in my every day life. The goal isn't to have drama, just to strongly limit her. Also the reason why it isn't so detailed is because of its lack of visibility by others. Her schizophrenia is what everyone notices ever, while bulimia is easily concealed. I thought that made sense. But I digress, I suppose it isn't required either.

Now for the power stuff, I can take off the pain resistance as I really don't care about it. It was just the hero thing. That makes two personality/psyche strengths and weaknesses (Impulsive can take en entire slot along with being Not so smart, is that alright?) and two physical/combat strengths and weaknesses. She's quick but severely limited, high chakra but one or two well placed hits beat her.

So Dumbed down is: Pros: She doesn't cower out of insanity, it's impossible to interrogate her without hardcore drugs or whatever, she's quick because she's light and I'll reduce from HUGE to above average chakra, but it should evolved as her KG evolves.
Cons: Reckless/highly provocative/arrogant are the typical cons of personality, She isn't very intelligent and thus she often acts on impulse (similar to reckless but low intelligence), weak stamina and yeah her body's frail and gets thrown around easy.

Altering reality in this case would be like, the mirrored field would actually be mirrored for about 20 seconds and this only applies on very strong Y users as you said. This is not Izanagi class power. Altering reality is also the act of making measure values useless when Z is used for advanced techniques for instance. But yeah, that's some high level stuff.

X: Yes, she gets all the damage and all the effects, she just doesn't budge (unless of course her body is too damaged to move or her arm explodes or something).

Z: Five meters? I'm okay with low flying. Also I can understand the difficulties of time scaling. It's never been an issue for me, personally, but it's perfectly acceptable. I suppose we can have chakra consumption be more and more powerful as she stays longer in the air. After all she needs to get back on the ground to land a hit with her current abilities.

For the weakness with the strength. Well it's no where as strong as chakra enhanced strength with is C rank and barely is on par with Hard fist style. Sending more punches makes her tired faster because low stamina?

Is everything alright with the solutions I've found?
