Hey guys and gals! I am a sixteen year old (almost seventeen! woo!) girl from the Northwest part of the United States. I am a writer, mostly fantasy or Sci Fi books. It would really help me out if you guys checked out some of my books. I have some uploaded to WattPad. Just type in Scarlett_Waters in the search bar and check out some of my work. I could change it if you wanted me to
It's fine. I didn't notice until a couple minutes ago and I changed my post to match with both of yours. Sort of...
Nolan's brow furrowed in response to the king's words. They had all come from the same place? Then someone else must have vanished from that field trip, he turned to examine the black-suited women more closely, it was clear now. The year spent in this world had changed her but now he could see that if she came from the same place as him she must be Robyn Silverman, the super-smart girl who was always reading. And the only girl he had a crush on but was to embarrassed to ask on a date. Loden hissed angrily, "This is no time for your wasteful emotions to occur!" Nolan colored slightly but it quickly went away and he hissed back "Shut up, this is no time for your spiteful and suspicious words either," Nolan sensed a sulky silence from Loden but refused to say anything else, luckily as far as he knew no one could hear Loden but him. Although he was positive that the women was Robyn he still had to make sure so he asked her, "Would you perhaps be Robyn Silvermna?" he asked somewhat nervously. He wasn't sure whether he wanted the answer to be yes or no and he didn't know how he would respond anyway.
Robyn looks over at the guy and instantly recognizes him as Nolan... something or other... the star jock from one of the schools nearby hers. She sighs and says, "That's correct. Aren't you 'Captain Nolan'? Star of the football team, the guy who used to bully me a lot when we were younger?" She says this quite spitefully and rolls her eyes. "But I guess that we're different now, huh?" She reaches back to touch her katanas. The Heroic Objects pulses and thrums, embracing her touch. It warms her fingers slightly. This is a man you fear? Yūkan'na says spitefully. He is but a mere punk kid from your former days. You are better than he is. Stronger, faster, braver. Yūkan'na's voice purrs to her. She squeezes her eyes shut as familiar feelings from him rush up into her head as well and she blinks slowly, looking back at Nolan. She grins tightly. "It's nice to see at least one person from home." She turns her cold eyes to Nathan. "I don't believe I recognize you..."
Hawk overhears this and shakes her head. "No. You will follow me to your quarters and you will head to training immediately. Please follow me." She opens the doors in front of them and walks inside. Inside is the tiled floor and metal walls that she has become accustom to. She remembers back when she first walked these halls. She had been eighteen years old, just found fresh of the streets, with cuts on her wings as she had tried to saw them off. They took her to a large meeting room and set her down. They made her stay put and she waited for what seemed like hours. She then saw a man with only one eye walk in and look at her. She had not seen anyone like him before, but she knew that he has seen people like her before. He introduced himself as Fury before explaining what she was supposed to do there. She was to be apart of their new heroes crew or whatever and everything would be alright with her. The one catch, though, is she had to obey their every command. She agreed immediately, knowing it was a better life than on the streets, but she couldn't help but feel there was something going on Hawk is jolted out of her reverie as the quarters comes up. She stops in front of them and points to the doors. "These are your quarters. Get situated. Fury might be here soon enough."
Evanglina sees Hotarubi disappearing on the rooftops. She smiles and kicks dirt over the fireworks. She leaves them there and runs over to the nearest drainage pipe. She climbs up it as quickly as possible and begins to leap from rooftop to rooftop. She pauses for a moment, looking back at the carriage. She smiles at the expression on the royalties faces before turning around and running after Hotarubi again. She manages to catch up to her with ease and she begins to keep a steady pace with her. Evanglina looks over at Hotarubi and says, "So, any issues? I didn't see most of the fight and couldn't hear it, considering the fireworks were exploding..."
Pssst Scarlett, the "situation" with the gamblers was already resolved kinda.
Sorry it was a rapid post and I felt bad for not posting in a really long time.
Blayze does not look down as the Commander glares at him and Rand. He does not care. He did what he was ordered to do and he cannot turn down an order. He watches the thief as he hustles some of the people there at the tavern and smirks slightly. He still stands close next to the Queen and has his bow drawn, an arrow notched in it down by his side. He most definitely looks like a Ranger at this point, but he does not care. He looks to the Commander, raising an eyebrow. The female knight that has joined the group looks interesting. She looks like she is brand new to this almost. She holds herself like a rookie in the knight field and Blayze smirks. If she wanted in with these people, she was going to have to look more professional. He does not know how well she is at fighting, but he can already tell that she is not up to the caliber as him and Rand are. Speaking of which... He turns his eyes over to his fellow knight and sees the healer helping him out. Blayze has traveled many places, but he has not seen a healer of this skill before. But something about that woman looks very familiar. He turns his eyes back to the thief, Thom, as he notices the hustled players get furious and begin shouting. The thief gives a smile and says something along the lines of taking it outside. Blayze looks to the Commander, curiously wondering if he should jump in and break it up. The thief would be of no use to them in jail, but because of his bad attitude, Blayze really wanted to see how this fight went down. He kneels down next to the Queen once more and asks, "Milady, should we break up the fight? I do not think that this will end well for anyone."
Okay, maybe a little later than I thought.
Sorry, been busy. I will try and post later today.
