Bio

Role Play Preferences:[/b] Pretty much everything except playing other characters and most slice of life plots. Elastic on most shit.

Fandoms: Silent hill, Homestuck, Bioshock(1-2) and pretty much all of HP lovecraft's stuff.

Personality: Ambiguously ?????????????????.

Favorite Homestuck characters: In order: Eridan, Karkat, gamzee, John.

Hate kanaya and Jade.

My Homestuck class: Bard of Void

Likes: Scented Candles, Writing, RP'ing-in almost any form really. Even if I haven't tried it before- Pixel Art, Making things period, Dressing up in my mad mass. Talking to folks. <3 that understand what I say all the time without me having to tame my tongue.

Dislike: Political talk-light prods for opinions are fine though if private- Being tied down. Talking about myself too much. Playing party therapist, Edgy shit.

Pretty approachable, most of the time I'm all fine with, motherfucking. dancing down a door way to someone else grounds to chill. I tend to either be chilling or drilling the oil out of the works so random absence or silences are a normal.

This is something I was wanted to touch on, so thanks for giving me a good way to talk about it without a forced segway.

I may include some more elements, I'm talking with some of the folks about that concept and it's definitely worth exploring however I don't think there will be more elemental ones that those included. However, you bring forth an interesting idea. If a character was ice he would most likely just be an extreme case of a water manifest, corrupted and unhealthy. Just like, if a fire manifest became more and more absorbed/ruled by his own personality that he became a magma one- burning everything and one- They would still have the powers that they originally had but it might come out in more extremes ways.

Manifest work with their element, not because the element decided to give them the chance but because their personality attracts the element so naturally. It looks at this morose character and goes "I belong here" just as much if blight would look at a mass grave and say the same. To magic, the two are the same. We are both apart of the universe and exist with it. So, you'd always recharge as "space" inside you opens up for new magic.

So, a manifest would have a lot of little ticks that relate to their element: EG: A manifest of water might rain on other peoples parade without meaning too. They might, for example: Have a bad relationship with Earth ones. Making them stoic but when the flood gates are gone they drown everyone in thoughts and feelings.

A mage couldn't sap you to slumber naturally. It would take a very long time- a couple of hours- if things are normal and by some point you're character would start to feel tired/ frustrated to be around that mage, unawaringly. Sort of think of someone you didn't want to be around who kept demanding more of your energy, even if you didn't realize they were draining you, eventually your head will start to go "ok. This guy can fuck off now"

but if you're...say in a fight. Him sapping you as you're running about, tense, thinking a mile a minute is quickly to exhaust you pretty fast. A mage can't sap you to death. You would however need to stay asleep for a long time, a day or two at least as you're body draws in new magic.

The officers had little effect on disbursing the crowd as they started to slip past the local rabble and move up to gin. His announcer had vanished, wobbling out of existences finally at the first sign of law enforcement with the stealth of a politicians shadow. The people themselves look just as much at the guards as they did at him but gave only minimal space, causing many to be shoved aside while other guards were more concerned with watching at their pockets with so many slum sort lurking under and around them "You broke my shield!" cried out a voice, bellowing out a wild moan at the sight of a proud design being reduced to trash before his feet.

The black smith, equally as old as Gin himself but far more healthy looking with his dashingly white streaks of hair, brushed only with small remnants of youthful brown. His body lacked any wrinkles besides his eyes from obvious years of smiling but alas no such thing would be seen as he fell into sadness at the sight of his work discarded "You destroyed my shield" he said with the meek croak of a sputtering throat as he clutched a single side that had managed to retain some sort of identity outside of bent, overly dense bits of crumbled foil.

"Do you know what this meant to me. I needed this, how am I going to look into my nephew eyes and tell him I'm short for his wedding" he phrased his words in questions but the mans eyes sought no answer as they sunk deeper into the trouble that fate had thrown him in. He held his former crafty work for a moment before letting it fall on the floor with a clatter "Do you have the-" he begun before he was interrupted by a young voice.

“Hey!! You guards better not be wrongly accusing this man!”

Almost everyone in the crowd turned their heads to the charging man before them, those who did not shrunk into the floor and left with clenched fits and blatantly obvious fuller pockets from other around them, spreading like ants alarmed by rain in every direction. Three officers were standing by the guards, unarmored but dressed in uniforms and carrying the same sense of authoritarian protection in their gaze. All of their chest, whether wearing plate or not were paraded without shame but above that their faces were plastered with the stoic stare of dead assurance "We didn't accuse him. We saw him do it" one said in an accent not of the area "In fact, everybody did" piped up a close slummer as they all nodded.

Gin stuck his back up tall and without weight to it, even when holding all the shadows of those now against him on his shoulders. His frown spoke of a different story as it bore a ladder of frustration across his skull, it was a frown practiced time and time again, his wrinkles tailored to accommodate it in waves when it appeared. His eyes, remained sharp but the blackness in them slithered from abysmal to tar like, losing any shine to them in the situation as he inspected the man before him "They are correct. I am guilty" he said it without retention but he quickly blow out the last of his energy with each word, his tone tired in the face of this all.

"I do not have any money to pay for the damage I have done" as he spoke those words, all his rage would become nullified under the jurisdiction of law that stood before him, his straight back bending over slightly as he let his stiff head drop in shame despite the obvious anger flushing thru it as he admitted his poverty and inability to strangers of all sorts. His back open and his hands, now on his knees without a hint to combat what is to come.
I will post. I can't sleep but I've managed to get some energy back in my break. It might be a little off, though. I'm not sure how off balance I still am.
Oh, I simply claimed Frankenstein as my creation, nothing more. xD

Yep, this fake marriage is slowly entering reality more and more.
Op. Sorry, Sncheekie. I am afraid I cannot be 11 nor screenacne. I have now been made into frankenstein for it is the power of lightning that woke me up. Considering I grunt like him already right now, it shouldn't be hard to pull off.
@ScreenAcne we're actually going for the other pic.

I am dead. Plz rez and supply bread and water in the upward civ hole.
Is this an okay pic for Irakix?

That works fine for me.
@DeadlyEssence Oh alright! I particularly like this picture tho I may find another one in a moment.

OOO I like this one it's more city-looking and it's beautiful!

BTW @ScreenAcne, your guy is in the slums of Irakix right?

He is in a slum, yeah. But he's currently getting arrested by the guard so he may of moved to the local station, or locked up.
I didn't know marriage was an aversion?

Either way, Glad to see some action going on upon my return.

@ScreenAcne I simply make no excuse for my sleepless nights. In fact sleepless nights are more apart of my character and sleep-filled nights seem inexcusable. Nice to see I'm not the only one.

Can't wait to read it Xikari.

Well, it's not meant to be, but delusions are so I like to merge the two. It tends to get questioned less.

Yeah, I feel you. I get less sleep that a lawyer with a conscience. The worst part is that I'm not lawyer, dunno about the second part. It was there last time I looked.
>.< u r married?

No, but I like to pretend I am so I can justify my sleepless nights.
