Marin rubs against his leg and she purrs.
When Marin deems the kitten fast asleep, she opens her eyes and looks up at Alex. I don't want to wake him, but I want to spend more time with you. He would hear her whispering in his mind.
Marin purrs softly as she curls with the kitten. She looks up at him, and she seems to smile before closing her eyes.
Marin purrs to the kitten and surrounds it protectively, ensuring him that she's a friend.
Marin beams. "A little animal shall always be a part of my family. Or... our family." She blushes and shifts into a cat and lays by the kitten.
Marin looks at him and smiles. "You want a family one day, correct?"
Marin carefully sets the kitten in his new bed and she smiles softly. "Is it just me or does it feel like this whole night led to this moment?"
Marin follows him home, and she warms a bowl of milk for Mr. Meow Meow, and she cuts up some fish. She hums as she works, and she gets a blanket off of the couch and gently wraps the kitten in it.
Marin smiles. "Then let's take our little boy home. He's freezing out here."
