Jonathan grins. “I suppose. But back to the situation at hand. Do me a favor and try not to rip the dress, and I’m warning you now, you will want to; it’s a rendition of our mother’s dress.”
Jonathan chuckles then he sighs. “I apologize for my behavior. I know it’s no excuse, but I guess it just struck me that she’s all grown up now. She won’t need me when he has you, and we both know she’s strong enough to thrive without either of us.”
Ren shrugs. “I guess it was.” She clears her throat a little and jumps off of the counter and walks over to him. She looks over his shoulder at his work.
Jonathan sighs a little then smiles. “Of course. As far as I’m concerned, your my brother as long as you take care of her, and family takes care of each other. Come with me so we can get you measured.”
Cesidia smiles.
