Jono shrugs. "I guess I'm in no rush. How far?"
Arthur winks. "Of course; I wouldn't say it if it wasn't true." He raises an eyebrow in amusement. "What?"
Marin smiles. "But I want to. So?"
Jono stops and faintly frowns at the oddly cheerful player. Glancing at her player stats, her frown deepens slightly; her own name and player stats are concealed. "Why would I want to help you?" Her tone is neutral, neither interested nor disinterested.
"And he's not even human! He's supposed to be the fucking paragon for humanity!" Yalanilue starts to go on a rampage in draconian, her eyes turning golden with serpentine slits. Later she takes a deep breath. "Pardon my outburst."
Cesidia slides her tongue into his mouth as they kiss.
"Nice talking to you too, bastard!" Yalanilue calls after him, then she drags a weary hand down her face. "Ugh, he's worse than the human."
Marin smiles. "Want some help?"
Arthur nods. "Good. No one deserves you, beautiful, but you deserve a chance at finding love on your own. My parents tried to pair Jonathan and me off with daughters of nobility, but I didn't want anything serious and Jonathan, well... doesn't like girls."

Cesidia kisses him back, pulling him close by his lapel.
Jono whistles as she walks around the town, foregoing her cloak so she looks like just an average player. She’d left the kid knight at a tavern, agreeing to meet her later while she checked on things at her keep, and on her clients. Out of the corner of her eye, she sees the bright red of scarves wrapped around what she assumed to be some kind of performer.

Zakiyya hands him the book. “It has tips on how to get used to it, and how to utilize it. It’s not finished, but it’s something.”
