Sean watched as the four ransacked the White House, it's a funny thing what fear can do to a child's mind, a whole settlement taken down by four kids in masks. Sean walked towards the one holding the child at gunpoint and said "I don't think that's necessary, these kids are already scared enough as it is... but I won't tell you how to do your job.", Sean thought for a moment and remembered why he was at the White House in the first place, "If you don't mind could you leave some food and water behind for me? I was expecting payment for helping out these guys before but they didn't stay true to the agreement."

The skills are basically what he can do after going to komei, he can only really do a low power version of the compression orb and air walking right now.

The whole point of breaking/dead space is that it's a last resort or sacrifice ability, if he uses the dead part of it he himself will die, no matter what.

Freezing space can be nerfed if you want but as I just said this is a representation of after komei.
