I've read a bit. It's a real shame that all those people left. I think this RP's concept is very interesting, and immediately jumped on the chance to be a prison guard just to take an active role in urinating all over the Evol's plans.

Called Up - A WWII-esque Military RP (Alternate Universe)

A question, because I don't know jack about conscription and drafting and neither Duck Duck Go nor Google are giving me any straight answers:

How does the educational system work? I assume that highschool finishes at age 18; if boys are called up at age 17 into active service -- which, I assume puts them into a training camp that hands them uniforms and rifles -- will their education be postponed until the two years are up, or...?
