That's what the leakers called it. In Japan it's called "Mochi Kaeru" which is a pun on Mochikaeru, meanin "to carry". I think the leakers were tryin' to anticipate what Konami of America was gonna call it and took the orange and number of objects in the artwork into account with comin' up with the name. Unfortunately they grossly overestimated the cleverness of the localisers.

Also Mokey Mokey is a normal monster and the Phantasmagoric stuff supports normal monsters.

"...Zero time has passed. You just ended your turn.
"Anyways, I play Pacifis, City of Mythic Radiance!"
The field suddenly gets swamped with water, turning into a sunken city.
"Next, I summon Gagagio in attack mode!"
A humanoid crocodile took to the field
ATK: 1850
"And now Pacifis lets me add a Mythic Radiance Dragon card to my hand."
Clashing Whirlpool slipped out of her deck and she added it to her hand.
