I hope my actions and writing is ok. Haven't been in a group RP - even less a fight - in a very long time.

Cheers!

@I Need A Name I'm down for that melon bread tho. Can we skip the beating for the eating?

Gaia barely had the time to sigh in relief to Luna's answer before the magical girl quite frankly disappeared from sight in a burst of speed. Not ready, it took Gaia a moment to actually follow up. She spread her wings and gave chase, surprisingly fast for her looks. The multiple ribbons from her Magical Girl's outfit following behind her in a display that reminded a shooting star - not for it's speed, or force, but for it's grace. After crossing the lake, Gaia easily spotted the apparent enemy.

The tall looking, blue haired girl had just been kicked high in the air. Gaia's eyes went from the girl down to her guns, now pointing below her, which led to Luna's location. Instinctively, Gaia reached out to the local fauna and, after raised both her arms, two giant vines of interlocked roots and plants borrowed from the ground on each side of Luna and created an arch-like structure to block the incoming shots from the enemy's guns.

Realizing that this shield would block Luna's follow up movement, part of the vines also created a clear path to follow going out and around of the vine shield that could serve as a launching platform for her close quarters fighting companion. Now alert, she felt the presence of the rest of the Dark Magical Girls in the distance and her eyes met the approximate location of the closest group. She could have prepared a Flower Bomb to throw at them in prevision...but she did not.

Even after Luna engaged them and despite her defensive action against the gun-wielding one...they were not nightmares. They looked exactly like the two other Magical Girls she met this evening. Gaia flew closer to the ground, remaining alert but very much confused as to what was actually going on.

Why were they the aggressors?
Well, things escalated quickly. x)

<Snipped quote by Lonewolf685>

I'm sure they'll get very familiar fairly quick...

This may be the most scary thing said as of yet, though.
I personally don't want to respond before Scorpion. Since I addressed Vale in my last post. And quite possibly CAS, too.
So. Are we now three Light versus...how many Darks now? x) This idea of going poking them for reactions looks less and less appealing. :D
That's awesome. I figured, but it took me way too long. Thanks. I'm surprised I never actually seen it before... Sounds so logical/practical it has to be more widespread though.

EDIT:

Don't believe ERode. We're just on a wavelength so strong that we can copy each other's mannerisms and writing styles. It's a near science really.

Ahhh...Makes WAY more sense. Thanks ! :)
@TheWindel I'm always confused when your posts arises - and curious. They mention multiple characters, right? Do you guys build the posts together on the side to make one, fluid action text without having to wait for answers? I'm just so confused when I read it, and no matter how I look at it there was no posts from the people of some of the characters you write about between your last one and the one before. I'm a bit curious, is all.
Let me go read right back. Probably missed something big...

EDIT: I corrected my mistake. Sorry about that...I read too fast, too often.

Yui listened on to what answers Soma and Luna had to say to her many questions, all while sipping her tea every so often. There was that familiar feeling. The one when you meet new people and feel like you do not necessarily belong. Yui's shy nature and lack of social interactions practice reinforced that, but as the time went by it shrunk and shrunk ever so slightly. While quietly listening and taking in the information given, Yui was doing what she had a habit of doing: trying to analyze the people she met.

Luna, at first sight, seemed like a fundamentally good person. She seemed to possess wit and was certainly sharp in all of her answers and her way of expressing herself, but she looked and sounded like she meant good. Then again, was it possible to not be good when you are a Magical Girl? She was closer to finding that answer than she believed.

As for Soma, the first thing that hit Yui was how she spoke up her mind seemingly without second thought. Earlier, she jumped into the action after Luna engaged without really needing to understand what was going on...something Yui could take example on, from time to time.

The new girl's stare went from Luna to Soma as the two seemed to know of what Luna was speaking, but it escaped Yui's knowledge. The confusion was readable in her eyes as it jumped from one to the other. As soon as Luna stood up, Yui gulped what was left of her now almost cold tea and stood up after her.

"Of course!" she answered to the Evening Walk question "...As long as you'd have me, of course."

Soon, the trio were back in the fresh snow of Miso city, walking towards a destination Yui was unaware of. Soma mentioned 'girls' when Luna spoke of failing to uphold their Justice. She was new in the Magical Girl business, but Yui could add two and two together. Still, the truth it spoke - if she was right - was hard to believe.

"Excuse me, Luna, but if I understand you seek to meet with some people, is that right? If what Soma said is true, then isn't it a bad idea to seek something that could end in... conflict?"

Just as soon as she had said those words, she felt something. It was akin to the feeling she had earlier about Luna and Soma's presence but...different. And...approaching. Fast! More out of reflexes than anything else, Yui transformed and took flight just in time to evade the tempest of murdering icicles. Landing on a lamp post by the park's road, she immediately looked to her teammates. They more than certainly were able to fend for themselves as she had noticed earlier that night, but she felt bad for jumping out of the way without helping.

"Is everyone okay?"
It's what I'd expect from a Dragon-Species Mercenary. Fits with the character. Pretty much everyone's got some neat toys on this team, though.
