I don't think, realistically, most of these characters will fit in with each other.

I know, isn't it great?
Fawful will, of course, plot a take over.
Also if crisis City mayoral elections are an actual thing I'm definitely putting him in that.
@BillsomethingAh, right. Though the height thing is something I made up; it's not really canon
Just realized that Fawfull is Going to hate Faust

Why's that?

@Dead Cruiser I really don't know the meaning of any of the game mechanic statistics you just listed, and I'm sure I'm not the only one.
@Psyga315 wait, does his helmet have anime hair sculpted on?
@GreatSalmon I cannot wait to see the ego clashes that are going to result
By the way, regarding that Consortium/Coalition idea, I wouldn't necessarily assume that all the villains would want to work together automatically. Plus it would prevent a bad guy from making the good guys think he was on their side to start with.
*Name: Fawful

*Universe: Super Mario Bros.

*Appearance:

*Personality: Fawful is a loony, severely narcissistic egomaniac with a particular genius for engineering and brainwashing, a tenuous grasp on the syntax of the English language, a lust for world domination, and a huge chip on his frankly nonexistant shoulder.

*Powers/Skills: Fawful's main skill is his mechanical genius - he was able to build a functioning robot out of junk. Power-wise, he has a hidden antenna on his head that can shoot laser bolts.

*Brief Bio: Formerly the right-hand bean to the evil witch Cackletta, Fawful struck out on his own after realizing that he was doing all the work while she was getting all the glory (Her defeat may have contributed to this decision as well.) He hatched a brilliant if slightly convoluted plot to take over both the Mushroom Kingdom and the Koopa Troop - which worked - then to steal the power of the legendary Dark Star - which did not. After his defeat, mutation, and another defeat, he exploded himself in an attempt to take out Bowser and the Mario Bros. with him. This also did not work. next thing he knows, he wakes up in this city of strangeness.

*Equipment:
Vacuum Helmet: Also simply called "headgear," this is an odd helmet capable of flight, shooting energy blasts, and sucking up things for storage.
Multi-purpose Ray Gun: A weapon/tool capable of firing lasers, with alternate settings such as an extractor beam and a minion powerup function (currently disabled)
Flying Platform: Useful to get around when you have tiny legs and no endurance
Jumpsuit: In addition to being very comfortable and looking suitably dashing, it also allows him to fly for a limited time by flapping his arms, though this function is only used if both the vacuum helmet and the platform are disabled.
Cape: Extremely stylish by default, Fawful's signature red cape can be transformed into several other disguises.
Swirly Glasses: In addition to correcting one of Fawful's only flaws - terrible eyesight - these glasses also give him some power of hypnosis. While the effect is not as complete as it would be with his Brainwashrooms (which I made up because the game never explains how he does his brainwashing), they can help to push someone's mind in the right direction. (obviously this would only be successful on PCs if discussed beforehand)

*Others: Fawful has an odd version of a napoleon complex - he's not too short, everybody else is just pointlessly tall.
We have magical unicorns and bloated security guards and vampires and I'm sitting over here with my Shy Guy in a sheet. I find this amusing.

That's half the reason I picked Fawful, the contrast between characters has always been part of the appeal of crossover RPs for me.
@ToadRopes Marioverse represent!

@Dead Cruiser Shouldn't be too much of an issue as long as - as Shoryu's suggesting - permission is obtained from the gm and/or the other player before shenanigans are enacted.

For Twilight in particular, if it's that much of a problem you could handwave in something about magic not working the same here as in her homeworld.
