You are correct, first posts are introduction/stance posts. every post after can be an attack, interrupt/counter or damage post.
No worries. Everyone there is a designated arena for your fights. I linked them, probably should have done so when I posted them, I apologize.
You are aware there is a small town arena set up for you. You did not have to make your own.
How are you at a disadvantage? You cannot attack something if is not there. You can stance up but not prep anything.

Opponents stand across the road. One starts by the lean too the other by the white boulder across the road. The first poster may choose which side they want to start at. The weather is warm, it is spring time and a slight breeze flutters through the battle ground. The total combat area is roughly 1,200 square yards.

The opponents stand on opposite sides of the bridge, roughly 100 yards long and 30 yards wide. The water is about 15 feet deep and very cold, the current is not overly dangerous and if one is able to swim, they can get to shore rather easily. The bridge is made of stone and mortar construction, and can be destroyed with a little effort.

The water is about 15 feet deep and very cold, the current is not overly dangerous and if one is able to swim, they can get to shore rather easily. The bridge is made of stone and mortar construction, and can be destroyed with a little effort.

The tiger statues are roughly 60 feet tall, the temperature is roughly 20-degrees Fahrenheit, or -6 degrees Celsius. It is cold and the snow should be taken into account in your posts as well as the temperature.
First Post may choose which platform, left or right they choose to start from.
