I think I'm young (20) but Michael Brown was younger than me and was unarmed when he was gunned down. The fact that he was unarmed when Wilson murdered him is reason enough for people to be angry. There was literally no reason for him to die. None. So I'm angry. Especially since this is not an isolated incident.

Unarmed or not if the facts are correct and Mr Brown chose to assault a police office, reaching for his firearm. And after rounds were discharged in the vehicle, where Mr. Brown suffered an injury as as a round grazed on his hand, when told to stop, he chose to charge the officer. The officer had no options other than to fire.

Judging by the shot pattern, if the autopsies are accurate, the officer was firing in a state of fear because his shot pattern was scattered and not centered on the torso. Also the number of rounds discharged indicate the officer was firing in a panicked state.
Steve grimaced as he realized the alien was not going to avoid the collision. Racing forward at such speeds, even with his ZPE shield wrapped around himself, depending on the muscularity and skeletal structure of the alien, this could hurt them both.

Slamming into the man, Steve tucked his head to the right of the man, trying to get his head under the Furian’s right arm while his shoulder slammed into the core of the alien.

What an impact, the immovable object meeting the irresistible force. The blow caused a shudder to race through General Freedom’s body as the two men collided and tumbled up and back, the speed that the blue clad hero impacted the Furian with had been blunted to less than the speed of sound, but still a significant speed of 550 miles per hour.

Steve knew he was in a bad position, if they were grounded he wouldn’t be so bad off, but as they were barreling skyward, he had no leverage to grapple the alien with any real success, however he also had the momentum on his side and he focused his eyes on the horizon.

The battle was now joined and both men seemed equal and capable fighters, however Steve knew his limitations, it was time to test the aliens and see what his may be.
All perspective. After all an undead demon possessed bipedal wolfman with gernades, magic and a jetpack that can lift 3 tons is no slouch.
Best of luck Eklispe, but I think it is much more fair just the two of you. With my range and your melee ability Vordy was in a tough pickle.
But...but I am just a human with a gun...
Melon will have my post up by Monday. I am swamped with work and need to get a revision done by Sunday night.
JT stared at the fight that unfolded before him. A hissing escaped him as he eyed the human gladiator. Shaking his head, JT put away the grenade in his haversack, his rifle continually pointed downrange at the two odd characters that were busy, engaged in their own world of violence.

Gritting his teeth, JT eased back slowly from the low wall, the entire time, his rifle pointed at the back of the human and the large boulder that the man stood before. JT stood slowly with the pillar betwixt his body and the two combatants. JT’s right side shading out from around the pillar, allowing the rifle to be squarely pointed back of the human warrior as he moved.

A quick scan told him that neither of two melee fighters were paying any attention to him, a sly grin spread across his lips as he quickly followed a snaking trail along the mountain. By running low and keeping the rocks and scrub brush hiding his position he quickly made his way from the fight.

“Tough luck bud, I wish you the best..” JT murmured as he glanced back one last time before he slipped down and off the mountain base, heading away from the mountain. If the kitty won, he wanted to be safely away, if the human won…well he was a lucky son of a bitch.
Since I am not really involved I can find a way out leaving them to finish it without complications.
You can never in a fight control another players actions. You can as I said 'suggest' the action might fail and why but never state that it cannot happen.
