If you are working things out you wont incur a penalty. That is an acceptable reason for missing a post time. If you cannot resolve it I can make a ruling.

Treat the eagles as tier 1 for now.
Raptor the distance from the road to boulder is not that far and can be covered easily with the speed he has. I suppose the post can be revised to indicate 5 arrows were fired at him. Positionally where he is when he swings at you is important to understand if the strike makes sense.
Remember in T1 if you interrupt an action via a simultaneous action that is logical everything after the interrupt fails to happen and you must adjust accordingly.

Like a real fight everything happens simultaneously. This is not a chess board where everyone takes turns. However Melon can you please clarify the attack for me, I have some positional issue with your attack. The attack is well thought out but I need to see the position you are at when you make the slash. Are you on the right or left of the boulder?
As long as you are both working out the delays I won't impose a penalty deduction. Besides I am interested in how this fight plays out.

The distance between the platform to the center platform is a 15 foot jump. Each platform is 30 feet in diameter and there is a 15 foot space between them.The sword statues are 100 feet tall. Everything can be destroyed with effort. The swords can be used as beams and can support up to 2500 lbs easily. The darkness is an aspect of dreamer energy and as time goes on a dark ash will begin to fall. This ash has a temperature of -250 degrees below zero. The more the ash accumulates the more frigid and brittle the battle ground becomes.
